    The owner diagnosed my audio issues with my Pioneer car stereo. He fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very nice and helpful.

My favorite section is Dyson. I love looking at all the new gadgets. I already have my eyes on an in-room purifier for Christmas. I saw my husband's eyes light up and I was like oh no, I knew this visit was about to get longer. He took me over to their e-bike section. Which I didn't even know they sold those here. Our associate was Roosevelt and oh boy were we lucky to have met him. He was so helpful with getting the bikes out, letting us test them, was extremely knowledgeable and had a fun sense of humor. Anthony got his wish and we left with his Father's Day gift. Thank you all, Best Buy was a lot of fun!

Our experience tonight was worth writing about. We had prompt service, while we were looking for a home security camera. They even helped us find a package that made the cameras much more reasonable. They were so good in fact, we broke down and bought two e-bikes from. Overall (5/5): they had a good selection of items in stock and were prompt to help us. Customer Service (5/5): Roosevelt was amazing, we appreciated him helping us with the e-bikes and selecting the right ones for us. They did such a great job helping us load them into the car. Store Layout (5/5): the store is verge well kept and organized. Store membership (3/5): This is the only drawback, you know have to pay-to-play to get the maximum benefits. Even if you spend a lot in store they no longer have the generous Best Buy elites that helped with extended returns and bonus dollars seem harder to earn. Whether you're looking for a new appliance or a new TV, Best Buy is definitely a go to for us.

When I finally took it out, one controller wouldn't actuate at all. Everything else was brand new and untouched. First I took just the controllers in. They asked if I had an extended warranty, I said no, but they told me it would still be okay if I brought the whole unit. So I went back a second time with the entire Switch. Then the guys acted like they'd never seen me or the stuff before. I asked for a manager and the duty supervisor showed up. He said the exchange looked good but refused anyway because of their 15-day policy. I showed my bank statement with the store number on it. Still no help. I asked for the regional manager's contact information and he handed me a Best Buy customer service card -- the same one I had already looked up while waiting for them to fumble around. Then I asked him to take my info and escalate it to his GM. He said he didn't have a number, told me to hold on, went to another desk, came back with a GM business card and said just email him because he gets customer emails all the time. I told him I asked for contact information, not just a number. He said "no you asked for his number." I said no, I asked for contact info, but thanks anyway and left. On top of everything, when I looked at the bad controller I noticed dry glue under the kickstand. Pretty sure it was refurbished and sold to me as new. I just bought a TV and extra controllers that are still in the return window. Those are going back Saturday. Too bad the scooter is just outside the date or it would be gone too. For a $25 controller this store just lost a loyal customer for good. I will never be back. Stay away from Store 177 if you don't want the headache and the runaround. 1 star.

    I've been here many times with varying results. This last time I went in to purchase a phone…read morecharger and they had a helpful greeter who immediately sent me in the right direction. I figured out which one I wanted from a wide variety of products and was most impressed by the number of dedicated associates waiting in their respective departments, They always appear to be in some kind of hurried motion going somewhere but if you watch closely they never seem to have an actual destination. Incredibly, after I traversed the 30+ foot long empty, theater style line that lead to the lone checkout counter I found it to be deserted or possibly abandoned. I dismissed the idea that it was now self serve process not unlike the grocery store and waited. Then I waited some more and another person got in line. Then out of nowhere an associate appeared behind the counter and it seemed as though our long pointless suffering appeared to be over. Instead he immediately began rummaging through items on a shelf then quickly disappeared without a word. At this point, I began to try to narrow down possible explanations. A. This was a carefully planned and orchestrated experiment by Best Buy to gauge individual customer loyalty. (Perhaps future plans to reduce cahiers accordingly on a national basis?) B. A newer, crueler version of the old Candid Camera Show with the evil spin, that there's no humorous ending reveal. C. I had somehow transformed into a ghost or phantasm and was now helplessly trapped and unseen in the real world. I'm no CEO or CFO but even I know you can have the pricing, the inventory, the associates, hell even valet parking but a business model that doesn't allow for actual purchases is destined to fail. As I left empty handed the greeter inquired if I'd found everything okay and I told him everything but the cashier, taking comfort and solace in knowing that I was no longer a prisoner of the ethereal.
