Kelly is the man! What was amazing is how pumped I was that he was pumped about my install. It makes me feel good when my installer wants nothing but the best for my vehicles audio. Kelly stayed in contact with me and answered all of my questions regarding equipment for my vehicle and gave me some awesome recommendations. Coming down here and setting up my appointment was extremely fast and easy. When it came down to do the install I was extremely happy with the results! My install was really fast and well-done! The best part is the amount I paid, Kelly gave me a really good price on my Install. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their speakers, amps, subs, and any other car equipment installed. Level 10/10!

Level 10 does excellent work. They are very friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. Even provided training on how to use the features of the new stereo after installation. Highly recommended.

I requested a double din unit installed in my FJ Cruiser w/ Bluetooth, Android Airplay, and a Reverse Camera. The result was better than expected, especially w/ the mounting of the reverse camera. I was quoted a very reasonable price and it didn't change once all of the work was completed. I would definitely recommend this place.

So this business partners with LifeSafer Interlock. I've been doing business with LifeSafer for more than a year, at their Tempe location. After not being able to get an appointment at my normal Tempe shop, they sent me here. The receptionist scheduled my appointment for 9 am at Level 10 Audio. I drove 40 miles to this location only to discover a sign on the door saying they're closed. The receptionist scheduled my appointment for a shop that wasn't even open! I can't put into words just how inconvenienced I am, as my car will lockout at midnight tonight, due to THIS missed appointment. And the next available appointment isn't until TUESDAY, rendering me car-less, relying on a $60 round trip uber to work and back, for the next 3 days. Level 10 Audio.... I think you forgot to proofread your business name; someone accidentally tacked a zero onto your business name: Level 1 Audio. PLEASE LEVEL UP!

Very pleased. Kelly and Level 10 did an excellent job of installing a new stereo and backup camera in my vehicle. Highly recommended!

Kelly was very empathetic and told me he could take care of it all and gave me a great price on the rear speakers.

After the install: I lost power to my 12V lighter socket, so I couldn't charge my phone. He mostly likely tapped into the same circuit as the lighter socket, causing power loss (Yeah. He didn't warn me about that before the install!) The audio was also making intermittent Bluetooth pairing failures. I would be driving and then music would stop and start again. Bluetooth phone calls stopped working--only music streamed. The install skipped key components I provided, including the fuse tap, LOC, and amp integration What I learned--and what others should know: The 3.5mm aux jack on the BTC-Five is audio-only and doesn't support calls To restore full functionality, the fuse tap must be moved to a different ACC slot so the lighter circuit isn't interrupted. For Bluetooth calls, you need to use the BTC-Five's RCA outputs and route them through a head unit or amp that supports hands-free calling. If I had known all this upfront, I probably would've skipped the install entirely and just kept using my regular USB-C to 3.5mm Audio Aux Cable Adapter. It was simpler, reliable, and didn't disable anything in my car. No wonder the guy had a weird vibe! I would have given them 5 stars if they had wired correctly, but the job was rushed and sloppy. He didn't create a solution. He created a problem! Now I'm going to have to get my brother to help me fix this. He said the tech most likely installed the tap with only one fuse (for the BTC-Five). Or inserted it backwards, cutting off power to the original circuit. Or used a single-slot tap, which reroutes power entirely to the new device. This experience taught me how to reclaim my install and turn shortcuts into teachable upgrades. If you're integrating amps or planning full audio control, skip the aux hack and wire it properly. I wasn't impressed with this install. What a total waste of money!!!!!!
