Barbara and Richard work as a great team. They listen to what you want but also gently push back when they feel they need to based on their expertise. It was a great collaborative experience. We sort of knew what we wanted and didn't want, Barbara was great about giving us options, talking through ideas. Richard came in a little later and solved a wonky legacy sprinkler setup en route to great two tier irrigation system. And the lighting design and execution is fantastic. The actual install took about a week after a day of demo a few weeks earlier. Barbara and Richard were at the site every day and for much of the day. Their team doing the work were very nice and hard workers. Maintenance is key so make sure you agree to a good maintenance plan if you're like me and don't quite have a green thumb.

Mr. Carrillo showed up as scheduled, sent an estimate by email the next day and then he and his crew came at the date and time we agreed on and worked incredibly hard from 9 am to 6:30 pm on a very hot day. They had to break up hard, compacted dirt to install turf, repair an area of DG and put in a new border all the way around, remove sprinklers and check the drip system. When I looked the next day during daylight, I realized there were a few minor issues. I contacted him and he immediately came back to fix them. They did a great job and were professional throughout! I made some changes to the estimate due to our budget and once I approved it, Mary finished the project in a few days! We love how our planter turned out.
