It is filled with grasses and flowering plants, as well as a California Sycamore tree, a couple of moderately sized pines, and a small Japanese Maple. Barbara and Richard work as a great team. They listen to what you want but also gently push back when they feel they need to based on their expertise. It was a great collaborative experience. We sort of knew what we wanted and didn't want, Barbara was great about giving us options, talking through ideas. Richard came in a little later and solved a wonky legacy sprinkler setup en route to great two tier irrigation system. And the lighting design and execution is fantastic. The actual install took about a week after a day of demo a few weeks earlier. Barbara and Richard were at the site every day and for much of the day. Their team doing the work were very nice and hard workers. Maintenance is key so make sure you agree to a good maintenance plan if you're like me and don't quite have a green thumb.
