I have been a loyal customer of this business for the past four or five years, even have the unlimited car wash. But unfortunately it has gotten worse and worse over the years. The car wash is closed at random times, the customer service is very poor, unprofessional, rude. The employees are always on their phones or not at the entrance to guide you in because they're sitting on the inside.They no longer will take the brush to get the grime off the front or back of your car, and the vacuums work only sometimes. I prefer to only leave positive comments for businesses on yelp however, this is not OK. I will be switching to Crew across the street. I remained so long because I figured they were going through transition and I wanted to be gracious but this has become unacceptable and not showing improvement on working equipment, having the car wash open during operating hours, friendly customer service, and actually getting the car clean. read more

This is cheaper than Crew Car wash across the street. Take 5 includes free vacuuming in the price but you have to pay for it at Crew Car wash. However, you get what you pay for. The car gets washed; however, the attendant on duty (older gentleman) seemed bothered that he had to come outside of the office. He didn't even bother to brush the bugs off the grill or back of my vehicle even with the bucket and broom right next to him. Also the first vacuum that I pulled up to didn't work. Think this location needs to pay a bit more attention to details or Crew Car wash is going to put them out of business. read more

I chose the one time $11 wash and I'm really glad I did. The price for the other washes is ridiculous. The display outside says $16 but the kiosk on the screen says $17 for the middle wash. What a joke! The car didn't even get clean. It barely sprays and barely washes. I had snow on my car and it didn't even get that off. The soap didn't even get rinsed off. I sat at the entrance of the carwash for over 20 minutes waiting to be assisted. When he finally got out of his car , he proceeded to go inside the store. I walked in to get some assistance because my pass wasn't working. He was sitting down watching a movie. I asked for some help and his response was "I'm busy" with no other customers in sight. I drove my car there 3 weeks ago and had my antenna ripped clean off by the scrubber. I've been calling almost daily with no response. No one's returned my messages from the location or corp. I REGRET WASHING MY CAR HERE. Update: please stop telling me to call you. I'VE BEEN CALLING YOU DAILY, no one picks up or returns my call which is why I left this review in the first place. I would also accept if anyone responded to my online customer service forms, or emails I've sent in. I've had a membership for years. I appreciate that I only pay $16/month which is an excellent value. However, the wash is horrible. I'm only decently content because I can go through the wash multiple times. I'm not even sure management is aware of what's going on so let me inform you. Not only does no one do any kind of pre-washing anymore, it is rare that anyone leaves the office to guide your car onto the track. Most people complain that it doesn't clean your car well. My biggest complaint is the dryers barely dry anything. And I second the reviews about the vacuum cleaners not working. Either fix them or mark that they're not working. I once moved my car 3 times just to find a functioning vacuum. What are the people employed here doing with their time??? With Crew being built across the street, I urge this business to get it together if you want to remain open. Because the only thing you have going for you is price. The manager working on Sunday was abusive. He used profanity and was extremely hostile He said I needed to remove my trailer hitch so the machine doesn't get $60,000 worth of damage. I don't have a trailer hitch. Never have. I have a tow package where I could put one, but I don't. Not exactly sure what was wrong. I told him I wanted a refund, he said I had to drive through the tunnel. That was the only way I'd get it. I was actually scared as he ranted and raved and used profanity. The location of this car wash is ideal and its always fairly busy unfortunately, I think they cut a few too many corners. They system that you order from is totally electronic and because its not managed by a person it feels like there is a lot of room for error. While we were in line there was a huge lag getting people into the line and it was evident that folks waiting in line were getting annoyed. Once you get to the opening of the car wash, there are people that are waiting there to help you get lined up and start spraying down you car. The vehicle ahead of us was a very large truck. I was in a very small Honda Fit. It appeared that the brushes barely touched the very wide truck and it was very evident that my car did not get touched by a few of the brushes. As we were heading out of the car wash, we noticed that the tailgate ahead of us was still covered in soap and water. It was clear that the back of our car did not get cleaned or dried either which was disappointing. Overall, the price point is pretty on par with Crew Carwash and I believe that their service provides a better wash. In the future I will drive the few extra miles to get a better wash at Crew. read more

This Carwash is now called "Take 5 Carwash" I have had a full membership since the business opened. I have to wash my car a minimum of 5 times a month as it gets very dirty. Over the last 4 to 5 months this place has really declined. The place ALWAYS has at least one thing broken in the wash!! Usually there's more than 1!! Today 3 things chamois, rinsers, spot free rinse. The owners take NO INTEREST in keeping the place in top shape. Sprayers don't work frequently. Rinsers don't work frequently. Dryers don't work frequently. Chamois rollers don't work most of the time. Vacuums are almost always clogged. People who don't pay, taking up parking for vacuuming. Kid who won't spray car correctly. Machines never EVER clean wheels. But they always have the device that charges you,..working! If things aren't working, you would think they'd charge less. It could be a really good place but it really SUCKS now. Don't go, save your money, go elsewhere. Trust me, I'm going to cancel my membership. I'm sick of giving these owners my money. read more

I paid for the family plane which give myself and another a discounted monthly charge for the unlimited car wash option. For some reason no one can figure out why my second car pass never works, most of the workers have no idea what they are doing, and I have even gotten laughed at for complaining. Just unreal. I was a bit taken back by the cost of car washes in the area as a top of the line drive through car wash in California was $14 here is about $20 to $25 from what I've seen. I got the unlimited washes monthly membership for I think $44.99 and take advantage of it getting my car washed pretty much every time I head into town. The crew spends a little more time and effort on the front and back of the car when I ask, because sometimes the back doesn't get it the first time and the front sometimes has bug and such. I am very happy with the job they do here and that they offer both interior and glass cleaners, towels, and vacuums for free. The staff is young kids, but they have been polite, attentive, and responsive to my requests and always have a treat for my dog. read more

It says TAKE 5 CAR WASH on the building. They just changed hands as of Dec 2021. I had one truck monthly membership, which was OK-not as good as CREW but closer to home. I joined my Jeep in March. I noticed the guy on passenger side was doing a good job with the sprayer and the guy on the drivers side was spraying the windshield a lot before it went through the automatic wash. I took it through twice because tires and wheel wells were filthy on drivers side. They still looked bad after 2nd time. I spoke to a tall handsome kid who was apologetic and helpful, I followed him inside and he was talking to the manger who said, "If he doesn't like it, he can stick it up his @ss. Tell him to cancel." The tall kid stepped aside as the he said the last and the manager (a short dark kid) saw me. I cancelled both memberships. You be the judge-do you want to go somewhere they think this way about their clientele? read more

First time getting a car wash here. The card payment system is super easy, like using an ATM. I selected the $9.00 wash since I wasn't sure what to expect. The arm raised and I took my place in line, which moved pretty quick. When it was my turn, there was no way of knowing what wash I was going to get. In this regard, I'm happy I didn't pay more than $9. The wash itself was uneventful. Upon exiting the wash, my rear window was still covered in soap. There is no one at the end to dry your car. By time I got home, I had dry soap streaks down the back of my car. This place is fine for getting salt off or a quick wash, but I don't recommend if you want something more than that. read more

Went through this car wash and my side marker light cracked. Asked the attendant if he could check the wash to see if the piece broke off inside and sure enough he walked out with the broken piece. At this point, no big deal. I asked if they would reimburse me the cost to buy new one/have installed. Told me no & try going through corporate contact. Emailed corporate address; they gave me the run around and said I'd have to address it with the car wash directly. Went back to the car wash again and they said they couldn't help me. Car wash is consistently bad and does not clean the car well or dry it. You have to spend 15 minutes drying and cleaning the spots the car wash should have cleaned. Half of the vacuums barley work. I would not give this car wash any money as it does not wash your car. read more

I'm not one to go and trash a local business, but today was the last straw. I've had the premium wash monthly pass at Take 5 since they first started offering the membership when it was Dirtbuster. For the past several months, it seems like every time I go in there, something is broken. The last 3 washes, there's been no soap dispensed, no wax, no tire shine and the cloth dryers have not worked. The first time I complained to the manager on duty, he acted like he had no clue that the soap was not coming out. And after he ran me through a second time with no soap, they shut it down. Today I go in, same thing. I tell the young man spraying my car that the guy in front of me didn't get soap. He said the soap was now being dispensed in a different area of the wash, which I know is bullshit. I go into the office and talk to a young girl inside. While she really couldn't do anything about it, they were still running cars through. Still charging people full price for something they could not deliver. I'll be calling the manager tomorrow, but just so you all know, you're getting ripped off when you go there. read more
