Unfortunately, I cannot use this location anymore as my car has had several parts broken off in the past year. An expensive roof piece last summer and just recently a window trim piece and front bumper grill. I go through the process of reporting and filling the claim and every time it's a denial citing the "part was already loose" We have emailed corporate several times and get no response. There is something about this particular location that is damaging cars. I have never had issues at any of the other central Indy locations. Very frustrating that I must incur the expense of fixing the issues themselves and also going out of my way to use another location. read more

I needed a car wash and Crew car wash was in my neighborhood, so I stopped in the drive thru lane to get my car washed. I had a code from Kroger for a car wash that I purchased , and the staff member was able to redeem my code for a basic plus car wash. She was extremely pleasant and professional. I went through the car wash and then pulled into one of the lanes to get my car vacuumed. The vacuum is very good and powerful enough to clean out your car. The basic plus car wash is excellent and does a fantastic job cleaning your car. The staff is always pleasant and has a smile on their face, which is always great to see at a business. You definitely receive top value for your money and your car is cleaned to perfection. I have always been impressed with Crew Car wash and how magnificent the quality of the car wash is. They offer a car wash membership for a monthly price, but I'm not willing to commit and add another expense so I always pass. Staff is friendly and service was quick. The car wash is convenient, but I don't feel it leaves the car spotless. This drive through car wash comes in handy and price is fair for the service. I am a member of the unlimited wash club and I love this location due to them having a separate line for unlimited members, so it makes your visit that much quicker, especially on a busy day. Due to this you don't get any interaction with the staff, but all of my visits here have been very pleasant! This location is usually pretty busy and hard to get in and out of due to busy Wal-Mart shopping center traffic. For some reason it always leaves the back of my car extremely wet as well. Causing streaks and looks dirty with soap residue. Cancelled my monthly , due to the long waits and unsatisfactory end result. Crew is a great option for a fast, quality car wash at a very reasonable price, particularly if you buy a multi-wash book when it is the buy 4 get 2 free deal. My car always comes out looking great, and all that is left behind are things like tar which I don't think any automated was removes. They do a great job handling crowds, and the wait is never too long. It is sometimes a little challenging to get the tires lined up to go into the tracks particularly when the overhead mirror is fogged over, but the staff always seem to manage to direct everyone to the right spot...even if say one's car sometimes clunks down into the tracks when the initial approach is slightly off. One tip -unless you have the unlimited wash package stay out of the far right lane! I somehow missed the sign and got in the wrong lane but was able to back up and correct my error. read more

Been a customer for years even worked here at this location. I had all type of black markings on my pearl white car from the wash. Went back thru and asked for them to get off the tar type smearing. They didn't badly wiped and sprayed my car off. They send you thru way to close to other cars just got my car not to get as dry either. I will be canceling my monthly membership. read more

I enjoy carwashes, odd guilty pleasure I know but I think it brings me back to my childhood when my mom took us through them. I've never had a problem at Mikes except some of the blue cloth gets stuck in my front headlights (car design flaw methinks). They're easy to pull out though. The monthly unlimited deal is worth it if you wash your car at last 3 times a month. They just got new vacuum cleaners with an ingenious design to clean out your car's interior. I think the vacuums accept credit cards too. They have 2 hoses, one on each side of your car so you can clean easily without losing time having to struggle pulling the hose across on the old models. So let me say Mike's is nothing new to most people. I don't know if any of you have seen the Goldfish commercial where the mom and kids are going through a car wash but that is exactly what it is like for our family when we go to Mike's. I went there to get my carwash on Monday around 7:30pm. As I was exiting the wash I looked over and saw my mirror was hanging. So I went to advise the manager of this issue. He looked at it and took pictures. He stated that they will give me a call and more than likely help getting it fixed. Today I received an email stating that their equipment is tested there is no way the carwash did that to my mirror and offered me a free wash. My car mirror is almost a$150 plus $190 labor. I was beyond livid!!! I saw that there was someone else that had this issue but it messed up their paint job. We bought an unlimited wash pass for our Ford 150. Because we have some wider tires we were measured before purchasing the unlimited pass and it was approved. Great! So we've been visiting this location and another location at 106th & Michigan regularly among other Crew locations. Today we're we're told we were too wide and we couldn't get washed. We told the manager we'd been through before and his only response was, "well our equipment keeps getting broken so if you want a popped tire." That's it, then he starts calling in our number on his little ear talker thingy. No other communication about what we should do or what he was doing or what's next. We had to ask what now and then they had to start backing up the line behind us! How embarrassing!! We asked what will happen to this monthly pass we purchased. And finally get an answer that corporate will reach out and ask us what we want to do. We are upset about being told we can't wash our truck but more upset about how it was handled and how rude we thought the workers were to us. They motioned us up into the wash & had us go in neutral then decided to tell us we can't wash our vehicles! So guess what we went thru the Michigan Rd location without any problems! read more

Crew's Car Wash is the only car wash that I ever use, the employees taking payments are always young and excited about their job. Whenever I pull up, I am always greeted with a smiling face. Prices are quite reasonable as well! Every time I use Crew's, I am always satisfied. Never am I left wishing that I could go through again due to dirt left on my car. But even if I did, they would allow another time through for free if I am not satisfied with my first car wash. The only reason that I could not give them the full 5 stars is that there is always such a long line whenever I go. While they have an efficient system set up to keep the line moving in a left to right pattern, there are always one or two block heads who cannot wait their turn and mess the whole system up, causing confusion and frustration. I wanted to use the vending machine to buy window cleaner, but I needed to break a $5 dollar bill in the changer next to the vending machine. The machine took the $5 but gave no change nor did it return the $5. I had to hunt for an attendant so I had to walk all the way around the building required and because they were not busy, all three were in the office. I opened the door asked for help and the attendant assisting me walked all the way back to the changer just for him to tell me he couldn't give me the $5 back because the machine was showing it was ready for another $5 to be placed into the insert. I got displeased with his answer so he said he would get his mgr, so his mgr comes out just to tell me the same thing and gave me the district mgr phone number. I called the district mgr and he had to call the business mgr back just to tell him to give me a form to fill out so he could pay me the $5 back. Nonsense! First off if the employees aren't busy they should be policing the area, doing a process improvement checklist, fixing poor sucking vacuums, or doing something productive like assisting Customer's without the Customer having to track them down. Put a sign on the changer and vending machine's to use at your own risk, or put the machine's in the office so while they are playing around on the job they can at least watch to make sure the Customer has done everything properly while trying to get change or purchasing a product. Hey Crew Car wash, if you are selling a product or providing a service make sure the Customer doesn't have to jump through hoops for you because "you are suppose to jump through hoops for the Customer." This process is as efficient as a Cluster F__K. I won't be back to this Crew Car Wash! read more
