He explained that no one wants to step in mud or use dirty hoses, and he takes real pride in maintaining a clean, respectable place for people to use. After seeing the labor involved in cleaning up after disrespectful behavior--not to mention the costly storm drain mitigation requirements--I felt compelled to say something.
