Normally never have an issue here, but we came today (3/23/25) and arrived at 10:20a (they open at 8am) the girl saw me, walked to the back and took over 10 minutes to help us, once we finally ASKED for some service, and she was rude with her answer. None of the lights were on in the store, and she acted like she did not want to be here at all.

These cookies were amazing! We got a box of 4 and got the regular chocolate chip, Oreo, Reeses and Butter Cookie. They're all great. I would much rather come here rather than any other cookie stop. The service there was great and friendly. Can't wait for my next cheat day to come back.

We've been excited to try this place since they opened. I read a few bad reviews about it being too doughy, but we wanted to try it out. The box says you either microwave or bake the cookies after purchasing so we did that and honestly, they were still too doughy and not good. My favorite was the one with the pretzel, but likely because it was the best texturally. I wouldn't return.

It was opening day, the restaurant filled quickly at 10 am and the receipts had no names or numbers on them making it a tad difficult to know who had what. Online ordering was on a thirty minute delay. Adding to the confusion was additional opening day events such as balloon animals and a wheel which was near impossible to spin against the flow of incoming and outgoing traffic. The raspberry chocolate cookie was being handed out freely to the line as well as buy one get one cookies and coffee which was both free and utterly terrible. The chocolate chip cookie was quite boring. A lob of dough. The raspberry filled cookie was more of a lava cake when reheated and was a wonderful gooey mess. The inside out Reese's cup was brilliant. This shows the brand's value to a crowded cookie marketplace. I can see them being friendly and relaxing when the issues are ironed out.

I was skeptical about the concept of cookies with filling! I am a pretty plain cookie eater I guess (love a good sugar cookie). These are tasty and not overly sweet. My fave was the cookies n creme. The raspberry toaster tart had great flavors but the cookie itself was way too raw for me. This was like eating dough basically. Crisp on outside and soft on inside is my ideal. The Reese cookie had a liquid filling. If you like peanut butter desserts - this is a must try. My second fave was the the kitchen sink which was sweet and salty, and topped with a pretzel. Overall I think they are good and pretty creative esp at the price point. I'd compare it to a lions cub in both size and price.

Being fairly new they've got some staffing issue kinks to work out. There was only ONE worker as far as I can see and she not only had to run the register but she had to make the cookies as well. Also the door was locked from the outside automatically so if you want to get in then someone from the inside is going to have to open the door for you to get in. Nevertheless the one worker exhibited great calm under pressure and was polite and efficient. These cookies aren't pre decorated and ready to go like at CRUMBL's. The one worker had to get the base stuffed cookie, add the toppings, swirls, and decorations herself after she rung you up so this makes walking in kind of a hassle because there is a considerable wait, especially if the person in front of you orders dozens and dozens of cookies. I recommend ordering your cookies ahead after you see what you want on their website. Now to the cookies. They are ALL fabulous and scrumptious and there is like a stuffed gooey center filled with various peanut butters, creams, chocolates, fudges etc. I would say that they're BETTER than CRUMBL's because of the thick rich gooey lump in the center, the moist, homemade taste and flavor as opposed to CRUMBL's mass produced appeal, and the cookies at this place are made to look EXACTLY as advertised. The last time I went to CRUMBLS the worker had the nerve to ARGUE with me about how much toppings could be placed on the cookie and how it's against managements orders to apply more. The cookie I paid for not only didn't look like the ones advertised online but didn't even look like the sample cookies they had out on the counter! All I asked for was a FEW more pieces of cookie dough on the featured cookie for that week and the CRUMBL worker began shaking, gyrating, foaming at the mouth, and preaching about how she can't put a few more nuggets of raw cookie dough as decoration on the cookie and if she did how she would be sent to Chillicothe Womens Correctional Facility. I guess CRUMBL's was so comfortable being at various locations and especially Hilliard that the overall customer service at that place has gone SOUTH and they don't believe in giving you your moneys worth anymore. Sometimes competition can be a good thing and hopefully this place works out their staffing issues because overall I think they have a great business model, good location, good product, and great customer service and hopefully they mop the floor with the CRUMBL's Hilliard location and wipe them off the face of the EARTH!

Wow! This place is dangerous! We tried the Chubby Hubby, and it was delicious! Chocolate, peanut butter, and pretzel combined to create an unbelievable delight!

I would give this 6/5 if I could coming from spoiled California here. The workers here are just the nicest, the cookies are absolute GOD TIER and for being such a busy place and the service is lightning fast (when I say fast, I mean like faster than fast food fast). Seriously thrown away by this place, haven't had a good cookie in a while: not too sweet, layered flavors, nearly perfect texture, and great palate variety! I will say, I've tried a few cookies places before: Crumbl, Insomnia, Dirty cookie, etc. (more than I can count in Cali) but this is still easily one of the best! When I moved to Ohio, I never really understood the hype behind Crumble besides maybe the size. Their cookies were a little bit too sweet for me, farrr too dense (almost uncooked) and in general just doesn't match the balance that Dirty Dough has. PLUS, Im not sure if it's just me but I absolutely hate wasting my time waiting for a pack of 4-6 cookies (I'm talking 1-2 hours, not including waiting in line). If you're looking for one of the best cookies in Ohio, I always recommend this place as a staple of the Columbus area!

This could be one of the more esthetically pleasing places in Columbus! All the pastries looked so good within the display case and I had trouble choosing. The service was friendly, and I ordered a chocolate eclair and a braided cheese danish. I really enjoyed the eclair, and it had fun little sprinkles on it. The cheese danish was very cute, however, it was mostly air and very little filling, so I wish I would've just picked the normal one. The two pastries were about $12, so a little pricey but definitely worth the novelty. I'll have to come in and try their food/drinks next time.

Crooked Can Brewery seems to be the center point. Then there are about 6 food options to choose. There were 4 of us and we all got something different. I got Dojo Dumpling. I got the pork dumplings and won ton soup. Dumplings were just OK. Not a lot of flavor. Same with the won ton soup. Good portion. But not a lot of flavor. Kinda bland. The Pita place was good. The person who got that loved it. The meatball place was good as well. But the serving for a bowl was tiny for the price. And the Burger place was a hit. Good burger and good fries. The brewery has a long bar that is on the one side. Lots of TV's everywhere and seating is everywhere. Got the apple cider. Again. No flavor. Kinda bland. Very disappointing. Love food halls. This place is popular and packed. But just thought it was OK and my food drink experience was just mediocre.

My husband and daughter ordered pizza from Meatball Mafia. The pizza came out fresh, hot, and steamy. They ordered a half cheese, half sausage pizza! The cheese on the pizza was super melty and had a nice cheese pull every bite - pure perfection! (5/5) I ordered the pork dumplings, pork bao, and french fries from Dumplings of Fury. The pork dumplings were pan fried and cooked perfectly; however, it seemed that the dumpling were all pork - no other filling. Too "meaty" for me! The pork bao were not my favorite either - the bao was cold and the pork belly was primarily fat (not worth the cost). Ironically, the french fries were the best part of my order. The fries were crispy, crunchy, and thick; however, a tad cold (they must have been sitting while the other items were cooking). (1/5) My husband and I also ordered drinks from Crooked Can Brewing. I believe he had an IPA while I enjoyed a Bloody Mary. (4/5) We would like to come back again and try some of the other food spots the next time we're in town! I like that they have a nice outside/patio area and would like to enjoy it once the weather's warmer!
