That would be if only the shaggy dog folks had an ounce of initiative and willingness to help their clients. But they don't! We had a scheduled appointment to groom our dog, but had to leave her with the vet for a bit. We asked them to pick her up so she could have her grooming session but picking up your dog from 10 feet away is not something they are willing to do.

The "business" side of the business is frictionless, run by Ian who knows that it means to provide services to customers, but he also truly has a dog-owner's heart.
