My puppy is happy to go there every time. She LOVES seeing familiar faces and the employees are pleasant and helpful. We have had to use them for last minute boarding and day care since we started and they are truly there for their clients. I know I can rely on them and they listen to any concerns I have. I took my puppy for intro grooming to another place and that service messed up her cut. Brianna, the groomer at Gemini, is currently helping to get her shape back and she has had detailed conversations with me on how she will help. My puppy is looking adorable again. Trainers there are very detailed and knowledgeable with what they do and how your puppy responds. I think I may go for additional training. Overall, I'm very pleased and would highly recommend them. Now I understand why their evaluation process is so detailed. They truly care about their dogs.

Aussie Mobile is a remarkably well-run, locally-owned business staffed with patient, flexible, and caring groomers. I would give Ian and his staff 10 stars if that were possible. This business is a pet owner's dream and it became a critical component in supporting my Shih Tzu in his elder years. The "business" side of the business is frictionless, run by Ian who knows that it means to provide services to customers, but he also truly has a dog-owner's heart. When I came back she was in "the Back" with many other dogs and was breathing heavily. A/C was OFF. The place was very warm and quite frankly too many dogs and hot. I put my dog in my car started to drive when she started foaming at the mouth and could not breath. I raced her to Middlesex Animal Hospital in Billerica. They brought her in as a medical emergency and saved her life. They placed her on a cooling bed with bolus "I/V's- she was diagnosed with heat exhaustion. Her temp was dangerously high and thank god I got there when I did. She had to stay in the hospital for monitoring. I called "you dirty dog" and the owner actually did not want to give me my money back. I threatened to take her to court and showed my paperwork from the Vet. This place is not what it use to be. I will never return every again. Not safe and its a dump. All set!

So, I was not too thrilled to pay $35 instead. That being said, the owner, Cheryl was wonderful and gave us excellent customer service. Our dog has a lot of fur and she waved the $5 fee for that. Although, like I said before $35 for a self dog wash is a lot of money. Most places only charge $20-25. So, to then try to charge fees on top of that seems excessive. The pros though are that there are little massagers you can use on your pet while you dry them after their wash. The washing station is in a separate room than the drying station, which is different from other self dog washes and one could view this as a perk. A personal loofah and cotton swabs were also provided for our dog during the process. The owner let us take our time during washing and drying. We never felt rushed at all and our dog was adored the entire time and felt safe. I'm not sure I'll be back because of the cost, but I would recommend coming here if you live in the area!
