Originally went in to install a new tire on my wife's bike. Took him the rim with the tire that had a nail and the new tire. He suggested that I return the tire and he could patch my tire. Came the next day picked up my tire and it was done! Saved me about $150. Reason for the 3 star review is because while he saved me $150, he still charged me $75 dollars to patch it! I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. The owner appears to charge significantly more than expected for both parts and services. Additionally, I was charged $220 for a diagnostic service that did not provide any meaningful information, while other reputable shops in the area offer similar diagnostics for around $80. I also found the owner's communication style to be unprofessional. Responses to negative reviews appear dismissive and confrontational rather than focused on resolving customer concerns (please see his responses to 1-star reviews below). Given this pattern, I anticipate my feedback may be disputed as well. This is his typical response to avoid accountability. I am also confident that his positive reviews are paid. I drove my bike into there shop but yet had to trailer it home after paying them over $2,000. No accountability just blaming it on the vehicle it self. They also put a quarter size chip in my "one week old" paint job, at 1st they said it was there till I sent them there own Instagram video showing the bike off with perfect paint. they then brushed it off with "you should have picked the bike up sooner". Don't make the same mistake I did, find a shop with a better rating then 1.8 stars at the time of my review. read more

For the amount that I paid I assume that the job would have been done right but unfortunately no upon further inspection on my bike I was able to notice that there was a part missing from my clutch assembly and then the cable was placed in properly due to this improper placement my bike was unable to hold the clutch and while doing a turn it accelerated and got into first gear instead of being able to slowly open the clutch into first gear so it'll get a little speed attraction and be able to move forward it got completely put into first gear and the bike slid out from under me. It was over $2,000 worth of repairs and for a part to be missing and it assembled incorrectly to where the parts are able to be damaged . (The owner's response was to insult me and my bike and tell me that it should have been thrown in the trash if it were up to him.) I've never heard of anyone doing business like this. read more

If I could leave no stars at all I would these people from the beginning they were supposed to do a time and change I brought them all the parts a day later they said that I was one time and change short so I had to go and buy another timing chain which was another $200 and might I add first of all they had charged me $1,500 total to put it in well it took 6 months for them to do the job they took everything a loose on my bike that they could things that should not have been taken or lose had nothing to do with a timing chain when they put it back together I was missing boats everywhere and most importantly I was missing one boat on the camshaft I I was missing boats on my shocks they then one day later my blinker stopped working and my headlight very expensive headlight that I had one more day later my throttle cable broke and my clutch went out I ended up having to take my bike to a reptical bull shop because this place screwed my bike up so bad it was never the same I also think they switched out my carburetor with someone else's don't ever trust these people they are just like the name says dirty I don't think it was the mechanics well they were inexperienced but the owner Thomas he is a low down dirty snake don't you trust him he will overcharge you and not hold himself accountable for anything he's done these people deserve no stars at all read more

Dirty rancho because they did me very dirty indeed. Owner is cool but it doesn't justify the bill that he handed to me. I came in to get a new chain and sprocket kit and an oil change in my hayabusa. I provided the parts for the chain and sprockets and I was charged almost $800. They will not give me a quote over the phone or in person. They just wanted to do the job and invoice me after the job was done. BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY! I took my motorcycle to dirty Rancho motorcycles after speaking to the owner Tomas, he seemed like he knew what he was doing and seemed very optimistic about motorcycles. He told me he would get to my bike on a certain day, when that day came I never heard anything. It wasn't until two days after he told me he would get to it, they got to it. Skip to a day after that. He had told me over the phone that they had fixed my motorcycle, the problem was I had electrical wire that needed cleaning. What? When I got there, none of my wires had been touched. They literally charged me for no reason. The grand total was $867. The reason was for front and brake pad replacement, " cleaning the wiring", And diagnostic. I went to pick up my motorcycle. I got down the road and my bike started doing the exact same thing that I took it in for. He tried to play it off Like it was my idle air control valve. Someone who did not even speak English to my motorcycle in the back tinkered with it and then they tried to send me on my way again. My bike died again.. Tomas literally tried to send me away on my motorcycle three times that day. All three times my bike died. when I was frustrated and brought my bike in for the third time Tomas seemed to have an attitude change and was being very short with me. To try to make a long story short. I picked up my motorcycle in pieces after almost 2 weeks. The Motorcycle Mechanic, who picked it up told me they clearly had no idea what they were doing and they had left my intake ports open where dust could enter. My new Motorcycle Mechanic also told me there were parts missing. I had to spent $180 on the parts they lost. His mechanics do not speak English, and I do not think they are certified on anything, they are also illegals. I had to follow with the Federal Trade Commission, dispute my credit card and I am filing in court. Apparently he found out I disputed the charges and decided to call me. Just like all of the review said he just insulted me he knew the best he knew how. The "owner" Tomas is an idiot so I thought it was hilarious. He called me poor, which I am far from that, I just don't make a living stealing from people like Tomas does. He is a criminal who needs to be deported back to where he came from. Worse experience I've ever had with any type of so called "mechanic" I dropped my harley off for a simple misfire at full throttle. Everything else worked flawlessly on the bike. The bike on has 2 thousand miles. But it's a 2007 so it's been sitting most of its life. Explained to Luciano on the phone he has good reviews and I trust him. He tells me on the phone sounds like injectors need to be cleaned. And a diagnostic is 120$ or so Show up in person to drop it off. He tells me again to my face yeah injectors are dirty that's the issue 2- 3 hours of labor. Give me till tomorrow I said great get it done. Tomorrow or Wednesday that comes around He says he got busy give him till Saturday. Gave him till Saturday. I pick up the bike and they say everything is good. Pay him 560$ because they "had to clean the gas tank injectors and recalibrate the injectors" ? Sure okay. But you told me it would be around 2-300$ what happpend why didn't you let me know before you did the work it would be more? I just sucked it up because I was happy to have my bike back. Not even 5 mins down the road after I left the back was doing the same thing Brought it back and I get told once again give us a few days. I call back monday without hearing anything. "I'm sorry Luciano is out of town you'll have to wait for him" Wait till Wednesday . He tells me oh we have to clean the fuel tanks and injectors. I told him that's what you said you already did? He replies yes but we really have to take it all apart and clean it really good. I'm sorry so you didn't clean it really good before? Okay sure please get it fixed Thursday I call him he tells me the Orings are bad on my injectors. I ask him when it would be done. He tell me "we are lucky if saturday" Saturday I call him 2 hours before he closes to get an update. Mind you not once has he ever called me for an update and I have to call him. Then he tells me it's my throttle body and a sensor. Next week rolls around I call Tuesday to get an update. Luciano isn't there again on "vacation" Mind you during all this time NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH and I'm struggling with my very little Spanish trying to figure out what's going on with my bike. Still get told only Luciano can help we have to wait for him to be able to work on the bike. Luciano gets back Thursday. I show personally. He shows me this is the part you need. I personally go up to harley part because if he got the part it would take a week or more. Bring the part back he tells me it'll only take 30 mins to give us till tomorrow. I told him I would pick it up Saturday. Saturday rolls around now Luciano tells me the spark plugs are bad. So I asked him the Sensor wasn't bad? How are all these things bad when the bike has 2k miles. He gets mad and honestly I was fed up with him at this point. He then on the phone instigating a fight with me. " come up here and and we can handle it me and you we can fix this problem right now" How is he in customer service and cursing me out and trying to fight me? I felt the need to call the police to just get my own bike. I show up and he tells me that it's fixed and the only problem is the air filter. How is the air filter bad? It has 2k miles! And if that was the case why didn't we just replace it the first time instead of me spending 700$ He then shows me all kinds of holes in my air filter!!! He stabbed it with a screw driver it's clear as day!! I had just had taken it out 2 days prior to dropping it off to try and fix it myself. Luciano is a joke a thief a crook and a liar. I can't believe he really tried lying straight to me. I'm not a mechanic by any means but I've been working on vehicles my entire life. And he had the audacity to ask me " if you know how to work on bikes why did you bring it to me" Seriously? I finally got my bike back and after everything it running worse than before. I rode my bike in & dropped off with Luciano (the owner/manager) 4/8/23. I told him I had an issue with the bike not wanting to accelerate after 7-8k rpm. He said to diagnose it will be $160 and I approved of that and left bike with him. He said he would reach out to me 4/10 around lunch time, but I didn't hear anything so I reached out 4/11, and he said he still didn't get to it which is understandable because he did have a lot of bikes. Finally 4/13 he said he was able to ride bike and verify it was fuel related for the most part. He said he would give me and estimate with parts/labor for further repairs the following day 4/14. I reached out to him everyday besides Sunday 4/16 for an estimate and he would not send one until 4/18 when he said my bike is ready for pick up your total is $1458. I never authorized that dollar amount, and I didn't receive any new parts. I do not recommend anybody using this guy because he will stiff arm you like he did me. He does not care about his customers. He only cares about his own financial well being. Dealers prices without dealers warranty or invoicing! He will not be in business very long if he sticks to doing business like this I assure you this! He ended up coming down on price to $1244 after expressing myself to him. I just paid it because I didn't want to leave my bike there any longer than it needed to be. They did not put back all my fairing hardware which is annoying, but it's not worth it to me too go back for any reason at this point. Over all good experience. The first thing l appreciated was they actually made me feel like a customer. They were helpful and gave me rhe feeling that they would be looking forward to repairing and restoring my 2003 Honda Shadow ACE. Unlike dealers who flat out refuse to work on vintage bikes. Other shops act like it is a major PITA and they would do you a big favor and look at it if you call them back in a couple of months. They had the bike for about a month but I put this down to parts availability and shipping issues. When l got it back though all the issues l asked them to address were dealt with and the bike runs great. They were in constant contact with me via text through out. I went to this business because my bike had trouble starting and I wanted it lowered. I paid for the air filter when he ordered it and there still was no service quote provided for the installation of the air filter. When the air filter was installed, they "lowered" the bike which was 5 minutes of the mechanic playing with my suspension, not actually lowering the bike. I brought up the fact the bike had not been lowered at all when they brought the bike back out and the they became combative and argumentative when you bring up an issue about the service provided, well in my case NOT provided. The next day, I tried to start my bike and it did not start. They don't give you a detailed bill of labor or a quote so they can overcharge while not fixing the issue. Even on the receipt you don't know what you're paying for. I guess it depends on the day, person, and/or likely political affiliation what he FEELS like charging on any given day. Just avoid this place if you want quality service.
