Jacob Soto was very professional and let me know it is a one hour labor/ one day repair however they would have the repairs completed the next day. I was not pressed for time and was ok with that. He was always available through calls and texts, and even sent me progress pictures. He is a far drive for me, but I will definitely be back to complete some other enhancements on my vehicle! I had shopped around and decided to go with him not only because he quoted me around $1000 less than other places, but also because he is known for his flawless paint matching and quality of work. When I went to pick up my vehicle, he mentioned that I can bring it back after 2 months or so and he would help me buff it out since the clear coat can start coming off since it needs to cure. So, I brought it back and he completely buffed out both panels he had worked on.

Additionally, I had my calipers painted based on the service provider's recommendation, and they are also showing poor results already. It seems the paint being used may be of low quality, and the installation process may not have been done properly. As a customer, this feels more like a rushed job or a money grab than the quality service I expected. As stated, I paid a significant amount but the price was cheaper than places elsewhere. I guess I got what I paid for smh.
