Six Stars!! I phoned in my order only to find what I wanted was EOL, but they had one on the shop floor. Roman was amazing and sent many pictures of the shower screen and base and then had it carefully disassembled, custom packaged and shipped to FL. The item arrived on time, in the best custom packaging I have ever seen and the item had been removed from display without a mark or scratch being created. It even came with installation instructions. Yes, the delivery company only put it in my garage but that was explained when the delivery was scheduled. No issue for me. I wish I knew about Disco Bath before I went to Home Depot to buy my bathroom tiles. My family moved to Brooklyn and we are renovating a house. Honestly, I had to return the ones I bought at Home Depot because disco bath had a better deal and they are a lot nicer than the plain designs the other hardware stores carry. Please see owner's comments and then my review of MANHATTAN LIGHTS for what I think proper customer service is. I bought many beautiful items at Disco Bath from salesman/manager Roman- shower panel, sink, tiles and accessories- and I received a very fair price in my estimation. All items were delivered on time and in good condition. So why the poor review? Because anyone can sell and deliver. But when a company does not stand behind its products, all the rest means nothing. After 4 months my shower panel wouldn't turn off- water kept running, even in the off position. After a few more tries, it worked. I assumed this to be a fluke. WRONG! The second time it happened, I called Roman, the manager. He told me to disconnect the panel (this requires a plumber @ $150) and bring it in (this requires a van). He said that it might take a few days to one week to look at. When I explained that I had only one bathroom and could not do this, he insisted that was the only way. Their site says "We make sure the customer is 100% pleased." I guess that doesn't apply to everyone. So I'm left with a shower panel that I have to expect to fool with every once in a while to get it to turn off. All this for $500- and I spent a lot more there than that. This is not what I call service-oriented. After my incident, a neighbor said they had the same problem with the same store. read more

We recently purchased 3 bathroom vanities to be delivered at two different times from Disco Bath. They were all delivered when promised with phone calls apprising us of arrival times. Our contractors, months later, damaged one of the tops and they contacted the manufacturer for us for the replacement. Both Roman and Alex could not have been nicer or more professional. This was an Internet purchase of a bathroom vanity. HORRENDOUS MISTAKE!! This item arrived NOT as described. My GC told me it was not solid wood as implicitly described on invoice. When he drilled to install the vanity, he saw what the material was made of and secondly it was far too light in weight to be solid. The marble top was made of cheap layers and remnants glued together. The vanity itself had multiple scratches and nick's all over. On the front some nails were popping out and had just been lacquered on top of the nails. Buyer beware, you are responsible for ALL repacking and all return shipping costs. The credit card company nor Paypal will protect you against that. You could possibly insure but then if additional damage occurs when returning (because of course you cannot repackage as securely as the manufacturer) then you would be involved in an insurance claim since the vendor will use this against you to not accept the return or refund. They are really great to work with, provide easy shipping and they stand behind their products. We've bought 1000's of dollars worth of things for our bathroom from Roman and they've all been high quality at a great price. He can get any product from any vendor so we've been able to do research online and he'll beat whatever prices they may have and give you someone local to work with on the product. I ordered a vanity from this company through Amazon. They are using the name (dba) "Art of Bath". I ordered the vanity November 19th 2018 and it was scheduled to be delivered January 10th 2019. On January 2nd we received a call from Disco Bath telling us they can't deliver the vanity we ordered and paid for 43 days ago. Alex said he would look to see if he could find anything that would work for us. We were elated because we had someone in the industry looking for us. It is a major pain to find something with the dimensions we have. Alex sent some photos to my wife but the vanity we ordered was 14" deep and these were 17" to 18" deep. My wife sent Alex a reply email asking for vanities that were 14" deep. The next day Alex called back and told my wife No One Makes a 14" Deep Vanity! Thinking I was crazy or something I looked at the product I ordered from them, the same product he should have been looking at when he tried to research a new option for us. Under the description it read 59" wide x 14" deep x 20.6 " high. I called Disco Bath back and asked to speak with Alex and asked him again for a 14" deep cabinet and he said as I told your wife no one makes the 14" deep vanity. I told Alex I was looking at the description on Amazon and it was a 14" deep vanity. Alex then said well maybe the base cabinet is 14" deep but the overall vanity cannot be. I said yes we know the sinks stick out like a farmers sink. We have a narrow space and having the cabinet 14"deep makes the space seem larger. The sinks stick out as much as our old pedestal sinks and that is OK. That is exactly what we ordered if you look at the vanity we ordered from you. What this encounter tells me is Alex took very little time to help us. Alex did not really look at the item we ordered. Alex saw it was a wall mounted vanity and that it was white so he sent us a couple of photos of boring white wall mounted vanities. That is about all the effort Alex put into researching an option for us. After 45 days now I have to cancel my order and order a vanity from someone else and wait more. Our bathroom has been without a vanity for 45 days and these people put us there and now they have no interest in helping. After our first call I started looking for vanities again and I found one that was 13.75" deep overall. Not just the cabinet but the sinks as well. We are not really crazy about it but it shows if you put in the effort you can find something. These people are not willing to put in the effort. They created this mess not me. They should try to clean it up. The real crappy part is, because the transaction was never completed through Amazon and I have to cancel the order to get my money back, I can't leave a review with Amazon and these guys get away Scott free. Would definitely recommend for any bath renovation or building needs. Amazing selection and prices cannot be beat. I actually drove several hours just to visit this store because after seeing them online I wanted to see the items in person before purchasing. The quality is excellent and I still can't believe that was the case given the low prices. Looks like it's worth 3 times the cost. Extremely impressed with the customer service. It took me a while to make decisions but the staff was very patient and knowledgeable. What a pitiful excuse for a company! I bought a vanity and Carrara marble top in April from them and had it installed today. The marble top cracked in half during a professional installation. Unacceptable! Has they dropped it, sure it would be their fault. However, they set the freakin' top down and it just cracks it half?! They sent me a piece of crap. I called and Roman (an idiot) said they were not responsible and he wouldn't bother calling the manufacturer about it. So how do you take responsibility for things?! What is customer service? NOT THAT! He also complained that I bought it in April. So what? Bathroom remodels cost a lot of money, we collected the materials over the course of a few months. This company is cheap, doesn't back their products, has zero customer service and idiots running the "business". If that's what you can even call it? Cheap cheap cheap! It's not quality.
