When I stepped to the counter she greeted me like I was a regular at the shop "Good morning how can we help you today" with a big smile. I told her I was there for a simple oil change she asked if I'd like them to do a tire rotation she said "it's recommended when doing an oil change, but it's up to you" I didn't feel pressured to add services I didn't come for. Amanda was able to get the car taken care of right away I waited about an hour for the oil change and tire rotation, the wait was a breeze. The service tech wasn't condescending when he spoke with me, which if you've ever taking your car to a dealership you know what I'm talking about. This week, my water pump started leaking again. I called Preferred Automotive and spoke with Frank about the situation. He was great and asked if I could bring it in that same day so he could take a look, which I did. After inspecting it, he confirmed that the water pump was leaking.
