I still wanted to purchase it, at the register upon opening it to see if it had any damages it looked like it had a scratch. I politely asked if I could get some sort of discount. The cashier said normally no but that she would ask her team lead. The cashier was sweet no issues with her. The team lead on the other hand, rose or Rosa she was very rude. She told me to my face that she wasn't sure if I had opened it so she couldn't offer a discount. I asked her if she could check the cameras then because I didn't mind waiting and again that's the condition I found it in. She continued to have a rude tone with me and gave me 11¢ off. Not what I was hoping for but I accepted the¢ discount. I then told rose or Rosa with a very polite tone that she was rude and she said back "I'm not being rude" and refused to check herself. Rosa or rose also told the cashier to go on lunch so she turned off her sign but the rose or Rosa turned it back on then got mad at the cashier for not turning it off.

I appreciate the great staff and they have great customer service. My go-to for toilet paper is here. I have been a Kroger Brand toilet paper customer for about 16 years now. I stopped buying Costco TP. Kroger TP is perfectly thick, soft, and does the job well. The deli has more hummus, cheeses, meats, and options now. The bakery is the same but they offer great filled cupcakes that taste better than some bakeries; at a great price too! Overall, I am now happy with this location. So we came into this store for the first time as we decided to do sushi night at home for the very…read morefirst time. The store has an amazing selection of ingredients, sauce, snacks, sake. They also have crab meat and shrimp tempura in case you need some. The best part of it all they also have a sushi bar so you can go in and have some made for you to enjoy. As we where getting our ingredients the owner politely asked us if we needed help and I proceeded to tell him that we are doing sushi night for the very first time. He immediately told his chef to show me how to do a sushi roll which I didn't not expect him to do for me. I will for ever be grateful for that and definitely gained a life long customer and friend. The process seemed easier than I expected so now I'll be going home prepared and won't have to YouTube it. The store is always clean, helpful Employees, Prices are fair compared to the other Hispanic food stores around the area and I've never had any issues while shopping here. I'm usually in and out quickly since I already know what I need and I try to beat the rush and will go super early or later in the evening. Makes life a lot easier!

I miss getting my Starbees (aka Starbucks) coffee here and was super excited to see 32ct for $19.99 until I remember to check the expiration date. Was able to pickup Slim Jim's 2 for $1 which my SO loves. I love the variety of cheeses offered and for the price, it is the best for your charcuterie board!! Plus if you are unsure or don't quite know which cheeses to buy, then you can get a pre-packaged 3 cheese blocks for under $10, steal deal in my book!! One of my favorite is the wine cheese. The downfall is they don't always stock the same items each visit, make sure to get items while you can! I love the random finds!

I got there just after 7 am and there was 3 or 4 staff standing up front chatting, nobody greets you, just dirty looks. Same at the register, the male cashier ignoring the line with one lane open. Him and another staff just laughing and carrying on like they're on a first date. He was so annoyed with me asking if the lane was open I had to ask a couple times to interrupt their quality time. No hello or good morning just grumpy man who appears to hate being a cashier. I passed about 3 other staff stocking shelves and none of them friendly or helpful. I'll drive a little farther next time and go to the 3rd Ave Grocery Outlet from now on. Lesson learned.
