I am very upset with this company . Let me start by saying they stole money from me I filled up my tank . With oil When I called to place the order I told them I was paying cash and asked if the driver could have change and they said the driver doesn't have change . I thought this was weird for a driver not to have some change. So Nicole told me they would send me a check for $10. They said it would take 7-10 days . Well it's been over two weeks I called again today and spoke to a supervisor who could not help me at all So I asked can you tell me if the check was sent out . Her reply was I'm sorry I can't look into that . So I said you're a supervisor . She said yes . So I said there is nothing you can do. She said no . So then I said I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere . Then I also said I would be contacting the district attorney's office She didn't seem concerned at all. I would give them a 0 review if possible. My wife called and scheduled a oil drop on a Monday. We woke up on Wednesday with no heat. I looked under my mat and seen that the money was still there. I called the office and was told that my drop was never "Confirmed". They dropped oil the next day and charged me at a higher price. I also have a service contract with them, and since I ran out of oil I was charged $200 dollars for a service call. We have been using them for 6 years so I figured I would call and see if I could speak to someone. I spoke with the manager who was extremely rude. I finally was able to speak to the owner and his exact words to me were "You live in Westhampton you can afford it"..... WOW.... I have never had such hellacious service in my life! They deliver 5 days a week off season and 6 days a week in season there prices are always the lowest rate per gallon in Suffolk for home heating oil. Now they allow you to order at night at 11:00 pm for the very next day COD, shows you your COD. If you arrange a Credit Card on file you can pay a Check or Cash. COD. They ring bell to check for pets in the back yard. Once they have your email they send $15 off coupons, I add hubbies and mine Incase we miss on promo then the opposite e mail tends to get the next weeks e mail. And they have $159. I strongly suggest that people look elsewhere when shopping for oil or services. I've been using this company for over 4 years now. Last year I had to take 7 days off of work within 1 week due to the fact that they're contracted service company couldn't fix my problem with my burner. They offered no compensation. Last night I placed an order for oil, apparently someone at the office entered it incorrectly. So I had to call up and enquirer when my delivery was coming, and I was informed (only after I called) that I would t be getting my delivery til tomorrow. On top of that, the manager (name starts with a J), told me "too bad"'. Are you kidding me? I will never use them again. Yes, Phil ( "fill up") sent his brand new driver to our home and delivered 100 gallons of oil to an abandoned tank in the ground. We have been with this company for over 5 years...they ask every time I order oil if the tank location has changed since the last delivery. The last 2 years it was "No. The above ground tank was installed over 2 years ago, and they were notified of this. Never had a problem until now. First , Phil ( fill up) agreed to remove the oil from the abandoned tank on Saturday (12/2) and deliver our 100 gallons on Sunday (12/3). GUESS WHAT! They never showed! After 2-3 calls on Monday, the owner and operator (fill up... better known now as full of shit) called my husband and said he would take the 100 gallons out of the abandoned tank and put it in the new tank. Of course my husband said no, since that tank was over 8 years old and contained gallons of sludge. Phil proceeded to curse my husband out with language I'm sure his mother would be proud of since most of his disgusting pornographic rants was directed at my mother in law , my husbands mother, who has passed. We are seniors, retired, and cannot begin to comprehend this level of disrespect and low life quality of this business man.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MAN. I got a contract for oil burner service w/ "Discount fuel.com", you can get one w/ a cleaning ($250). A great value since a cleaning will cost you $200 clam$ anyway from any company. You must buy all your oil from Discountfuel.com for 1 year (a bargain anyway). "Wally" came over and tuned up my burner and vacuumed it out ! He checked the stack and flu for obstructions and showed me that it was O.K. ! My burner is running healthy and efficient ! I recommend Discountfuel.com, a very reliable company ! These people are a bunch of crooks. I was quoted $149.99 for a tune up of my oil burner and $119.99 to tune up my hot water heater plus parts. After the service was completed I was presented with a bill for $456.00. I was charged $150.00 for parts! WTF! $150.00 for a couple of nozzles and strainers that retail for about 10 bucks. My advice is to use another oil company, unless you liked to get hosed. read more

We've been using this company for years... for oil, no problem but for service issues they will charge you THROUGH THE NOSE!!! I am recently widowed so I just went along with what company my husband was using... then i had to ask them to do something because I could no longer afford to keep my home. Most recently i called about 5 days prior to my closing asking for a tank read so the new owners could reimburse me. Waited waited. No one called. I called Monday am and said my closing is today! At first I thought it was because I switched carriers, but then I realized couldnt be because the switch was done just 2 days ago so he either lied or called the wrong number. But lying is no stranger to Dominic. He then tells me that it is $140 to come and do a read ?!?!Huh? Then he tells me what to do myself. Ok I say, nice guy. I couldn't do. I call him back he says not sure I can get someone there by 12. Ok. He comes through again - lovin Dominic. Guy shows up is there a total of 5 minutes. Not $140 but $155 plus tax! My attorney had never had her clients be charged anything no less that amount of money; and several people i know who've sold there home have never been charged either. My attorney tried calling - nothing. I called and said well he overcharged me. Then he said Dominic thst is, that's what I said it would be $155. Grrrrr!! And it's not the first time they've tried to rake me over the coals this year. The guy came and said I can't do this becarse this and this will need replacing and I can't guarantee that if I take them off to clean the boiler it will stay in one piece to put back. So he called the office for pricing. I almost had a heart attack. Needless to say I got someone else to do it who did more than what they were going to do for half the price! I called this company on Wednesday before the Bomb Cyclone snowstorm (last Thursday) after I realized I only had a 1/4 tank. They unsympathetically told me they couldn't deliver a even drop for me for 5 days even though I was with that company for 5 years. I had to turn down my heat to 55 degrees to conserve the oil even though we had such extreme temperatures. I ended up calling Domino oil delivery that Friday who delivered a full tank for me at 12 midnight Friday. I have ben using them for years for all of my oil. Today I received an oil delivery. When I went home the house smelt like oil so I went downstairs and there was oil everywhere, so I called them to ask if someone can come look at it because I had a delivery today and there's oil all over. I also told the lady on the phone that I think they over filled it, she said she talked to the guy that did it and there's no way he over filled it. After hours of going back and forth as I am inhaling fumes and cleaning up as much as I can we went back and forth to as what it could be I again insisted it was over filled. She told me someone would come it's probely the gage but it's gonna cost to come look at it ok no problem Wasn't looking for anything free was just looking not to have oil all over my basement floor. She called back an hour later sorry the driver has no Gage's he can come tomarrow.
