Discount Rain Gutters had been recommended to me by two different neighbors. First chance I had the money I called Jesus. He was out the next day giving me an estimate. I was worried as I had 4 sides gutters, but the price was great! And they had a color that worked great with my house color (slightly odd off white). 1 week later the guys were out to install, right on time. I had expected 4-5 hours, but they were done just shy of 3 hours. Jesus had concerns about the flashing on the patio extension (not wide enough) but he said they would do their best. Week later it rained and the one area with concerns did leak in a few places (every place else worked perfectly). I called Jesus and a week later the guys were out to figure out the best way to resolve the issue. New flashing installed in about 20 min and they were done - I was totally prepared to pay for the additional parts/labor, but I was told "no". Jesus told me he would not install the gutters and then be gone if there were any issues and he didn't lie. We just had our gutters installed by Jesus and his team and are thrilled with the job they did. Jesus was the first person to give us an estimate; I was impressed with him from the start but did not want to rush into such a major project. He said to go ahead and get other bids, as he was sure his would beat them all. First review I have ever posted online. Let me start by explaining that I looked for awhile and did some research on quality and value in gutters. Jesus was one of four contractors I had come out and, to me, offered the best value in his product. We scheduled the gutters to be installed (whole house) while I was in the process of getting my back porch covered. I had initially requested Jesus to come out and install the gutters when my patio was finished but they ended up coming out to install the gutters during the construction which I was thought was scheduled at a later date. Long story short I had the dates wrong but Jesus went above and beyond the call of duty. Even after my patio was finished his crew came out and re attached the gutters to my porch which was my fault and he didn't have to do. He made sure no matter what we were happy with the end product which is hard to find these days. I would recommend Discount Rain Gutters to anyone looking for a company that is honest and does a great job. Jesus and his team actually first did work on my home a year ago but I failed to write a review - BAD me! The first time around they installed gutters around the back of my house in preparation for a extended patio and landscaping I was having done. Jesus came out the next day and gave me a quote (an excellent price!) and helped with positioning exactly where the downspouts would go (I bought a rain barrel also) and his men came out the next week and did an excellent job! I called him again this Monday because I failed to realize I also needed gutters running along one side of my house (the rain from the roof was causing issues with my new precious grass) and he came out the next day to look at what I needed done as I also needed some minor changes made to what he had installed the year before. His guys came today and within 2 hours were done! Same excellent job, same leaving my yard the way it was but now improved by their work. Just wish I needed some more gutters! This past September, after months of getting the run around and no shows from a large company who gave me an exorbitant quote, I found Discount Rain Gutters online and was impressed with the yelp reviews so gave them a call. Jesus came out to asses our situation (W/D room had been flooding for years the few times we would get heavy rain), gave us a reasonable quote, showed up when he said they were coming and did the work to reroute water drainage. This past fall we have had several heavy rains...I held my breath for fear there would be flooding in the house again...bone dry!!! Extremely pleased the problem has finally been taken care of! We had a terrible problem with back porch flooding and assumed we need to install a french drain to help with drainage issues in our yard. It turned out, we just needed new gutters! Jesus came out to assess and was very knowledgeable about products and even gave me great pointers for adding rain barrels so that it would be most affordable to do so. Not only was I provided with a great price for gutters on my 2500sqft single story, but the quality of product provided was excellent. The crew from Discount Rain Gutters was on time, very courteous, and very professional. I called Discount Rain Gutters Inc and they came out the same day to give me the best price over others by a lot. I was hesitant at first, thinking you get what you pay for when it comes to purchasing a product or service. The short of it is, I couldn't be happier!!!
