As a woman, car service places don't always make you feel respected or fully informed, and sometimes it can feel like people are just trying to take your money. That was not the case here. Hector and Crystal were honest, patient, and genuinely caring. Hector even helped me reset all of my sensors, and they were able to locate a nail in my tire after I mentioned my tire sensor kept going off but I couldn't find the problem. Their customer service goes above and beyond, and I'm always thankful for their help. This is the location my family will continue to trust and return to.

I pass by this American Tire Depot regularly on my way to the 405, so I decided to make an appointment this morning. As soon as I arrived, Jordan greeted me and explained they would first check whether the tire could be patched or plugged before recommending a replacement. He estimated it would take about 30 minutes to an hour -- perfect. About 30 minutes later, Jordan called to let me know the repair was complete and the car was ready for pickup. I had just been enjoying a coffee next door, so I headed back over. That's when Jordan told me the tire had been successfully patched... and there was no charge. No charge?! That almost never happens anymore, especially at a business I had never visited before. I was genuinely blown away by the honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. I have been a loyal customer for over two years, having purchased a full set of four tires, a wheel alignment, and even opening a credit card through this business. Unfortunately, my recent experience has made it clear that customer loyalty is not a priority here. I visited the shop to have a flat tire repaired--a service that is supposed to be free of charge for customers who purchased their tires here. I dropped the tire off at 3:00 PM and was assisted by an employee who identified "cupping" on the tire. While he informed me they could not perform a rotation, he confirmed they would patch the flat and even provided a quote for rear shock replacements. I was explicitly told the tire would be ready before their 6:00 PM closing time. When I returned at 5:50 PM, I found my tire sitting in the exact same spot inside the shop where it was left in the first place nearly three hours prior. No work had been done, and no one had bothered to call me to explain the delay. It felt as though the staff simply didn't want to perform a complimentary service, despite my history of significant spending at this establishment. Telling a customer a service will be completed and then completely ignoring the task is unacceptable. I value my time, and it is clear that American Tire Depot does not. If you are looking for a shop that honors its commitments and rewards long-term customers, I suggest looking elsewhere. I certainly will be.
