Don't let these other posts fool you Alex is an asshole just trying to upsell everything.. he doesn't listen and even when told something then tried to turn it on you because he isn't listening. Says "this is why we need to communicate" even when the other worker heard what I said. Next... Brought my car in to repair a flat front tire. They took my car in, repaired the nail puncture, installed the repaired tire onto the car, and replaced the spare in the trunk. About 15 minutes later, the manager came over and handed me my keys. I asked, "no charge?" He replied "no, we only ask that you think of us when you need new tires or tire services in the future." Their services were way overpriced so he recommended me somewhere (specifically) cheap for the services I needed. Originally took my car in for a new alternator and oil change. When I picked it up the maintenance light was still on. Was suggested by Frank I needed a new water pump and serpentine belt. Was quoted over $900. I took it to another shop for second opinion, and was told I just had a loose hose and needed the hose clamp tightened, zero dollars. Seems like they're a bit shady in my opinion. Also turns out the maintenance light was still on because they added too much oil and never did a reset. Raffy or Cisco these two guys kept me laughing from day one when America's Tires turned into Discount Tires. The staff here will let u know if they have tires in stock or any issues with your car. I came in first time coz I had a screw in my tire. They took it out but luckily it didn't puncture thru. Whew. The second time I came in is coz my front tires were balding and wanted to be safe on our trip to Vegas. I told them to give me whatever is in stock that's budget friendly. Cisco made sure, and double, triple checked, the tires were in stock. They also took care of my alignment too. I am so grateful for that. Especially with the amount I drive to work every day. Arrived not knowing that the previous occupant had moved. At first I was hesitant, but decided to give them a shot. I had a slow leak in a tire. They said it would be around two hours. After about an hour they said my car was done and that they did find a screw in it. Gave me my keys and sent me on my way. Overall very happy with the service I received. As a walk in, I expected to have to wait but it was a very reasonable time and they didn't gouge me for a new tire. Will be back when it's time for new tires. read more

I pulled up service person was out front I asked how much to get my tires rotated he said free.. he bent down to my tire and yelled at me and said these tires are bald and it's it's against the law. I'm now at America's tires in Cerritos and they're telling you made. My tires are not bald. I came to discount tires after needing 2 tires for my wife's vehicle. I met the manager Alex and he helped me choose what I needed. My car was done in an hour. My only complaint was that the TPMS sensor wasn't reset but they took care of it right away. A few days later I needed 4 new tires for my truck and needed advice on how to fix a tire clearance issue. CUSTOMER SERVICE- Pathetic, Big, BIG mistake America's Tire for leaving thus location in the hands of Discount Tire. Just for a simple Air Pressure Check took someone not in uniform almost 10 mins. before they notice me, no apology , sorry for the delay or noting. They only had 2 cars in the bay area. I had to ask the guy if he worked their because of his dress code and then inform him what I needed. SMH! Then the guy pulls out a " old gas station "hose air pump and started the procedure. From the looks of this place interior wise and personnel they might as well bail out of this lease and close. These guys are awesome! I brought my Jeep in with a slow leak. I was anticipating needing a new tire since I couldn't find a nail. I window shopped at Lowe's and drank the delicious free latte they gave me. When I came back, they were done. They found that it was a leaking stem and fixed it. Terrible customer service! I purchased a set of tires and alignment from this store and after about 3,700 miles, went in for tire rotation and balance check. The agent told me that my front tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced. He told me the alignment went out because the power steering pump was "leaking like a sieve" and added that my 2000 Jeep was just old! He offered to provide me with an estimate to repair the pump and replace the worn tires and got pretty upset when i told him that I didn't believe his story about the power steering pump. After picking up my car and experiencing a negative and rude attitude from the agent, I went to a different shop where they told me that the alignment was definitely off, but the power steering pump was not leaking and would not be the cause of the problem if it were. In my opinion the alignment was not done correctly when I purchased the tires and this agent should have recognized this and offered to resolve the issue. read more

Despite having a terrible experience at Discount Tire, I wasn't going to leave a review at first but after learning they lied about the service preformed on my vehicle, I'm choosing to leave one so others can double check the work preformed at this location. Upon arriving as a walk in oil change around 2:30pm, I was quoted 2.5-3 hours. Longest quote time I have ever gotten for an oil change but I understood I was a walk in, I said no problem as I was going to go next door to Walmart to do some shopping. After an hour and 45 minutes at Walmart, I was done so I headed back to discount tire. I politely asked if there was any chance my vehicle was done as it was sitting in the parking lot. I was told by manager Frank, "It hasn't even been an hour, you should have dropped it off at 8am." A simple "not yet" or "no" would have been fine especially since it indeed had been over an hour, basically 2 hours after my walk back from Walmart. I waited another HOUR while my car sat in the parking lot and 3 bays remained empty. During that wait, I listened to all the employees complain about how slow this shift was, I listened Frank scrolling on TikTok at the front desk while he occasionally made a phone call to confirm an appointment for the next few days, let someone know their car was ready for pick up, or to crack back handed jokes at his employees. Also during this wait, I listened to 5-6 grown men get giddy over hot chocolate from their "brand new $6,000 espresso machine," not offering anything to the guests (myself and one other person) in the lobby at that time. One of the employees even left to go purchase cups for the employees to drink more hot chocolate. After this, Frank jokingly said to everyone "get back to work," and told me my car was next as he pulled his cell phone out to scroll on TikTok again, I asked if they would be topping off my fluids as the service states fluid top off is included with oil change to which Frank says "they only top off coolant and power steering," to which I respond "awesome, I know I'm low on coolant." I waited another 30 minutes until my vehicle was finally pulled into a bay and service was finally being preformed. At this point 3 hours had come and gone yet my vehicle was still not ready. After 40 minutes of my car in the bay, Frank called me over to sign and pay. I signed, I paid and I waited outside for an additional 20 minutes before they backed my car out of the bay. We're at 4 hours for an oil change and fluid top off and, although, I'm irritated at the wait and disrespect of the staff, I decide to just be on my way. It has been 9 days since I went in for the oil change and fluid top off, I checked my fluids this afternoon as I got gas and to my surprise, the coolant is lower than it was when I brought it in, so nothing was topped off and now I'm leaving this review as these employees work needs to be double checked since they're more excited about hot cocoa on a slow shift than actually doing their job to get people out of the lobby in a timely manner. I've attached the service coupon that led me to use their shop, they didn't preform ANYTHING except an oil change. Disappointed is an understatement. I will not be back. read more

You are in a place to talk to and provide good customer service because if it's not you, then you will be dependent on Eric to provide that then. The moment I got there, you told me that you couldn't rotate my tires because of a specific amount of threading. I'm calling that a lie because you wouldn't even spend the time to show me why and how much threading was left. Shame on you.
