I was very impressed with Discount Tire in Belton, MO. The entire staff was friendly and polite. I blew out my tire and had to run on the donut spare which is not fun, I need ZR Rated tires and they are extremely difficult to find, I called late Friday around 4:00 pm and they told me they could have it by tomorrow and would get my car done by Saturday afternoon and they did. I really like the entire model of Discount tire. Their sales people are not based on commissions, so they are not pushy. Also, they only sell tires, so you don't have to worry about going in for tires and leaving with a new engine. So far, I have bought two sets of tires from this location and another 2 sets from a location in Las Vegas. Every time I have dealt with Discount Tire, their sales people and mechanics have been extremely friendly, their stores have been clean, hot coffee, and they stand behind what they sell. Not only are they great in the customer service department, but they are also the best deal out there. I price checked between NTB, WalMart, and Big O. All I have to say is keep it up. read more

He listened to everything I asked for, and even offered to try the tires on my truck before I bought them. They had them mounted and on my truck in less than half an hour. I have been a discount tire customer for nearly 5 years, have always had a good experience. Yesterday my wife had a simple appointment for a flat repair, after waiting nearly an hour and a half she called me to see what to do. Initially I wanted to drive up there and give the manager a piece of my mind, luckily for me I didn't. As a courtesy top us the not only fixed the tire they replaced it, free of charge! I will continue to do business with them, I'll also be telling all my friends about them. read more

One of the best tire-buying experiences I have ever had. I drive my 3/4-ton 60-70K miles a year. My truck has a unique tire size. I worked with several of the guys to get my size in stock, right before Labor Day Weekend of course ;) . They did everything possible to get my tires in stock before my trip, but Goodyear left them hanging this time. I ended up using an alternative tire that they recommended and have been happy so far. One item of note, the tires that NTB recommended for me previously were not the right load rating so use caution when using an alternative. read more

I had a blown out tire replaced at the dealership where I bought my car even though the tires had been purchased at Discount Tire. The reason I did not have Discount replace it was the flat happened on a Sunday afternoon and I had the car towed to the dealership who had a night drop off and Discount Tire did not. I went to Discount Tire to explain what had happened and they looked up my purchase record and saw I had road wear coverage on my tires and told me they would reimburse me for the cost of the tire I purchased from the dealership in full, which they did. The salesman I dealt with is named Jay and he was very pleasant and efficient and I would not hesitate recommending Discount Tire in Belton to anyone looking for tires. read more

this place is one of if not the best place to get tires and tire related service. the sell warranties on tires you bought elsewhere and really stand behind the warranty. other places always give you a hard time with their warranty you paid way too much for when you try to use the service you paid for. this place just takes care of you without making you feel like you are an idiot that you even thought they would stand behind their road hazard. this place is easy to deal with. and where in the world have you seen a tire shop straight fix simple flats for free no matter where you got the tires. read more

Took our car for TSP service, they got the TSP right, however, they forgot to put on the valve caps and the broke one of the wheel center caps. They said they would order a new center cap and call me when it came in. After 6 weeks of waiting for the cap, calling them, stopping in and emailing their HQ, I gave up and ordered the center cap from Amazon and got it in 2 days. My elderly father needed new tires for his car, I had heard good reviews for this store but had never been there myself. Turns out dad got a really good deal on new tires and they treated him like a king, i was very impressed! A month or so later he drove through a spot on the road that had just been patched and it got enough tar on his right front tire that it threw the balance off and made it impossible to drive over 50 mph.
