These guys are so fast and efficient. Going into any auto shop and getting work done on their car can be very stressful and tiresome, (no pun intended!!) not only the cost, but the time one has to wait. I missed my original appointment, at 10am and was 45 minutes late. I was worried I was going to have to wait forever. There was a guy behind the counter who greeted me right away and had no issues brining my car back. He quickly got to the cost to replace all four tires and suggested the lifetime warranty adder. This wasn't pushed on me or forced on me at all. I politely declined and dropped my keys off. They said about 45 minutes and they were done in 30! Although getting 4 new tires is not the same as waiting and struggling with the cost of damage under the hood, I really respected the way they handled my situation from the time I walked into the store until the time I left. Think about it, when getting work done on your car, how often is the work finished early?! Tire price was standard, nothing more or less then any other tire, but I knew what to expect going in because I already ran the cost online. No surprises here, just simple and easy. I needed some new tires and shopped around a little. I asked a few coworkers and they mentioned discount tires. I tried calling a few local shops first to get some prices and in the end discount tires was cheaper and their service was good. $15 per tire for installation which includes the warranty and free rotation and balance for the life of the tires. That's hard to beat. They offered several options based on what I was looking for. I had to wait an hour and a half for them to install but it wasn't bad since I just walked in. Hopefully when I come in for rotations/balance it's speedy. read more

So my inaugural Discount Tire experience started out rocky but it ended well. I made an appointment and was promised one hour service. Not even close. They were jammed. And then we found they put the wrong type tires on the car (not their fault). The Discount team quickly found an option, let me drive on the installed tires until I could bring the tires back in for replacements. They made every effort to make sure I was happy. They did a great job of making this a good customer experience. This really showed how this crew has a good handle on customer service. read more

I came here initially from a recommendation from a friend. Coming in I assumed that I needed to get a new tire and was preparing myself to pay for as much. Once we got there I was quickly told "we fix flats for free all the time" and that is all that was needed. It was also done in a short amount of time (enough time to grab lunch nearby). I did purchase the tire coverage for $60 that in the event one of the tires is damaged they will fix it for free or replace it. Less than a month later I had to come back for my other car that had a flat. I was able to get in there first thing on a Saturday morning and they replaced my flat plus my other worn front tire and had me back on the road in twenty minutes. I also placed many calls to them for towing advice, advice on trying to get my flat off my car (it was stuck on there) and advice on what tires to get. Each interaction with them was very pleasant and easy. I will always come back here for my tire needs and will be recommending friends and family to come here as well. Friendly and helpful staff! They inspected my damaged tire to check if simply repairing it was an option, and when they discovered it wasn't they didn't try to automatically sell me the most expensive tire or anything more than what I really needed. I purchased tires and got them on after a week it started slow leaking. At first we thought it was because of weather change so we let it go for a week but had to fill one of our tires two more times before bringing it in. So in total three times in 2 weeks. We even opted into buying upgraded tires because of the tire situation...come to find out that our tire was bent. Keep in mind our tires were perfectly fine prior to getting them done. The manager went ahead and said that "we were busy when you dropped the car off here and left". But my husband waited here for 2hours. Beware of sales tactics, and horrible customer service. I came in for a flat repair. They came and told me that i had a cracked rim. Salesperson came in and talked to me in the crowded waiting room, and basically told me i was going to be endangering the public if i drive on this rim. I reluctantly agreed, mostly due to the sales pressure. They changed my rim size from 16 to 17 inches and said it would not be a issue. 800 dollars and some cheap 40000 mile tires later, and i was on my way. Unfortunately the tires were too big and made some nasty noise when going over bumps etc. I called the next day, and informed them of the issue. They told me to come in, and they would fix it. I called following days about coming in and having tires exchanged, and they were too busy. I stopped in today and it was just past 30 days of installation, and so they were gonna now charge me 300 dollars more to exchange tires. I had not been told by anyone it had to be in 30 days, and car had been driven little in past 30 days. They were at fault as they were not able to exchange tires on days that worked for me. (I live nearly 2 hours from Discount tire. If you want good customer service, and dont wanna be shamed into purchasing expensive rims/tires then stay away!!!! read more

The other reviews are absolutely 100% correct. This place is as good as it gets. They took my car in right on time and it was completed in 45 minutes to an hour just like they said it would be. They replaced all 4 tires. I was hoping my rear tires would get a credit from them for having tread life, unfortunately they didn't, however, they decided to knock a few dollars off the price of each of my new tires. They clearly didn't have to do that but they did. Awesome customer service, I'd recommend this place to anyone requiring tire service. read more
