I then went to give the owner the keys as I am supposed to do after I drop every vehicle. He then came at me after I put the keys onto his desked. Grabbed the back of neck and my hoodie and put the keys into my hoodie. I then told him "do not touch me" two times he then pushed me out of the door and luckily I moved my hand fast enough because my hand was in the door before he slammed the door.

I found out that Newport Collision Center has new ownership and the business has changed. I was given a quote for the work and we agreed on a date to bring the car in. After I dropped may car off I got a call a few days later that the owner was not happy with the quote and wanted to charge more. I agreed to the new price and when I went to pick up my car, not all of the work was done. Some of what was worked on did not look good. I went to pick the car 3 times and found that what we agreed to was not done. They did not complete the work even after I agreed to a requote. I had 3 other jobs done here under the old ownership and the work was flawless.

I brought in my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Hard Rock with a 6 inch Rough Country lift and 37 inch tires…read morethat drove like crap on the road (death wobble etc) and told them I wanted to have them make this thing drive smoother and be more stable. They recommended a Clayton 3.5 Right Ride + Lift kit with Fox shocks. They also recommended Teraflex ball joints and a new steering pitman arm. I can't tell you how much better this thing rides now, the difference is night and day. I am extremely pleased with the results and can only say it was money well spent. brought my 2014 f150 in for a transmission last oct took them 2weeks to get the work done, when i…read morepicked up truck i suspected them of putting more miles on my truck then there should have been, i was also missing a bed liner, i did not say anything cause i was not sure if they did use my truck and if the bed liner when missing on there watch. i put 800 miles the truck , then Jun 3 i brought it back for warranty work on the transmission , was shifting hard. but this time i locked my tail gate and took pictures of my dash milage and fuel .so they had my truck 7 weeks trying to find out what was wrong with the transmission, witch they could not fix.so they put in another rebuilt transmission .when i when to pick it up i notice tail gate was unlocked so i asked why is this tail gate unlocked ,, he replied i used your truck to go get parts a few times,, so i went to my truck and took another picture of the dash they put 114 miles on my truck and burnt 1/2 tank of gas front grill was damaged and there was debris and dents and scratches to the bed of my truck. i said to him don't you think this is totally unacceptable he said no. i said do you drive all the customers cars like this he said i do. i then said this is not right and at that point he told me to take my truck and go. seems to be a good mechanic if you don't mind him treating your car/truck like it ant shit! if you use them i highly advise you to note your milage and condition of your vehicle. would not even give 1 star if i could post with out doing so.
