Independently, she had asked for referrals and assured me to follow her ideas on where to take her car. She had a good feeling about this place. As I clutched my wallet not knowing how outrageous chasing an electrical gremlin in the vehicle could cost, I told her to get it in right away. After all, winter is coming. She took the car in per the scheduled time, and popped the hood. Presumably a little later they came out and informed her that her issue was quite simple and taken care of. Her battery cables were loose. She went to settle the bill and they said there was no charge. She called me, and told me what the result was, and despite our insistence to pay the shop for their time and consideration, the refused payment and wished her well. This isn't an advocation or review of how to get free work, because no one would be more deserving of some form of payment than here. For the peace of mind and increased safety for my daughter when she is beyond my range of protection or immediate rescue; this was a sigh of relief that she is at a quality establishment, in a quality neighborhood, with a reputation that deserves the highest marks. Super-honest, they will always call you once they have an estimate, and somehow, they are always reasonably priced. Very friendly. If I had a kid who wanted to be a mechanic, I'd recommend them working there, and whenever someone new moves into the neighborhood, I recommend they go to All-American. It's a weird name in that they work on Toyota, Honda, Lexus, etc., as well as American carmakers such as Ford. 100% approve!

I also appreciate how they approached me relatively quickly after pulling into the garage because if you don't know what to do, it's very confusing. All that's to say, stay in your car and wait for them to come. :) the waiting area is comfortable with a few snacks if you get there early enough, coffee, and a flavored water station. This repair shop is the most dishonest place I've ever been to. The owner is not transparent, rude,…read moreand disrespectful. I requested for an oil change and was quoted $65 and discount of $10 with coupon. Upon picking up, I was told to pay $70 even. I start to question the details but was not given a paper copy to clarify but rather verbally explaining to me about the breakdown of costs that did not add up. Owner said that my Nissan Pathfinder needed more than 5-quart of oil, which is not true. He claimed that $65 quote was just an estimate on my car model, and nothing can be certain until they start to fill the oil. What I don't understand is how can a repair car expert claimed to have 45 years of experience but yet uncertain on the volume of motor oil needed for Nissan Pathfinder. I've changed my own oil and also brought to other repair shops, but never once that I needed or was told that the Nissan Pathfinder needed more than 5 quarts of motor oil. Upon questioning more, the owner gets impatient and started to yell. When I'm about to pay with dissatisfaction, owner pull my key fob aside and insisting that I pay in cash. I protested and commented that the shop clearly showed the acceptance of credit card. The owner told me that he was making me to pay in cash because of my attitude. Not sure why a customer dissatisfaction can be claimed as bad attitude. He simply told me that "now I have your car, what are you going to do about it?" I insisted that credit card is the only form I will pay him. After he ran my credit card, and I get my receipt, I complained that this shop is running a dishonest business and will share my bad experience with all the people I've known. This triggered the owner going ballistic and started yelling again. He even charged towards me and holding on both my arms demanding me to get out. I told him to get his hands off me and not touch me at all. He threatened to call the police on me, which I dared him to do so by questioning what violations have I committed. He kept yelling and told me to get out. When one is caught not being able to explain the unreasonable charges, this person would believe that raising his voice and yelling can somehow justify his dishonesty demeanor. Strongly advise against going to this shop at all costs.

Budget Auto is honest with what they recommend, they don't pressure you to get un-necessary services, their pricing is reasonable and the customer service is great. Here at this shop, as a women, I don't ever feel like I'm being cheated out of money for services I may not need. My husband & I bring all of our cars here for our auto repair needs. We have bought new tires from them & had them do the mounting & balancing (I also want to add that they take great care of expensive wheels & we've never had any damages to our wheels while being serviced here), replaced brake pads & rotors, replaced wheel bearings, fixed & adjust the suspensions.. I dropped my car off for a front end alignment, which they charge $159.95 for. Fair enough…read more I was told that during their pre-alignment inspection they discovered that the passenger side outer tie rod end was worn and needed to be replaced in order for the alignment to be done. This makes sense, so I said ok go ahead and do it. I was then told that with the alignment and tie rod end replacement, the total cost would now be $565.04! I decided to do it because my car was already there in the shop and it needed to be done, however this price is insane for the work that was done. They charged me $98.92 for the tie rod end, which is a very large markup. They charge $239.81 PER HOUR for labor, which is completely crazy. I was charged for an hour of labor, when I know for a fact that changing out one single tie rod end should only take a decent mechanic 15-20 minutes. It is ridiculously easy. Finally, they charged me $57.83 for "RO Fees" which include recycling, environmental, shop supplies and hazardous waste disposal. This makes no sense to me because I had no fluids changed that needed disposal, and the only shop supplies they would have needed for a tie rod end and an alignment would be paper towels, maybe a dab of anti-seize, maybe a pair of nitrile gloves. Nearly $60 is straight up robbery for the job they did for me. Yes, they are friendly. Yes, I think the work they do is fine. What they charge, however, is not reasonable and I think they are taking advantage of the many people who need their car fixed and don't know a whole lot about mechanical work. This is why I try to do most of my own repairs, but some things (like alignments) a guy just can't do in his driveway.

Signal could have suggested a new part and the subsequent labor of installing it. I frankly expected this. Instead, they just reattached to old part, and they did not charge my anything at all. I will definitely bring my vehicle to this garage.
