Came here last week after waiting at another tire shop for over 2 hours before they can even look at my tire. Called to find out if they were too busy and ask how long the wait was. I was told there wasn't a wait so I went right away. Got there in 5 minutes and maybe took another 5 minutes for the manager, Steve, to look at my tire, fix it and replace it back. Honestly this place is not worth your time or money. Went in to get my brakes changed and get "new" rooters, everything seemed fine at first and got a great price for the whole service. Not even a month went by when I heard the brakes squeak. I called and Steve told me to bring it in to have him check it (since I had warranty on the brakes) when I got there one of his guys drive tested it to see if they heard the noise and oddly "they didn't hear anything" nothing was done since THEY did not hear anything. I came in a few days ago for service. I stood out there waiting for someone to ask me how they can help for about 10 minutes. Mind you, there were two tire technicians there. Finally someone did ask how to help. I informed him of the service I needed and right away was able to help. Once the service was complete I notice someone taking the car, no one said anything and he drove off. No gloves and no mask. He returned after 5 min and I was informed my car was ready to. I get in my car and sanitize everything. And all of a sudden I smell a strong cologne. Turns out the technician who drove my car left his ugly cologne smell on the seatbelt. It's been approximately 5 days and the smell is still lingering. I returned for an additional service and again two technicians are there and they don't bother to ask how to help. Until finally a man name "Victor" approached me says nothing even though I greet him and advice what I need. He looks around and tells me to put the car in. Finally Steve comes out asks what he can help with and helps me without a problem. Although the service done on the car was great my complaint is about the customer service and the non existent protocol for COVID. As a business that is in and out of someone's vehicle I personally think it should be mandatory to have technicians with a mask and gloves. I used to take my cars there but not anymore I took my car for AC repair but, Steve the owner doesn't inspect their workers job, they did a terrible job in my VW putting the wrong coolant that is going to cost me hundreds of dollars to replace the original coolant, on top of that they brake a part of my front bumper leaving some screws on top of my motor. When I went back to ask Steve where those screws come from, he went to ask the guy who did the job; and returned with a stupid answer saying... oh he say those screws are not from your car!..: HELLOOO ...so what those screws were doing inside on top of my motor?... he just said he's crazy!... not a professional job. OK deals on wheels, but DON'T let them work on your brakes. Had my rear brakes worked on, and as I was driving home I heard high-pitched grinding. Went all the way back to the shop, they found what they did wrong and fixed it... supposedly. 8 months later I was getting my front brakes done at the Nissan dealership, and they told me the rear brakes needed replacing because whoever had worked on them last put them in wrong. Unfortunately after coming here for four years and developing what I thought was trust, I caught Steve, Paul and Alex in a big lie. I had bake pads, rotors and calipers replaced on the front and rear Jan of 2018 of my 2010 Honda Accord. After 8 months when I came in for an oil change they told me I needed to have the rear brake pads replaced. I thought it was odd... I had just had it done but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn't check my records. I had been hearing grinding in the back when I would come to a stop very quickly, like from freeway speed, like at the end of an offramp. I figured my memory was bad and I had only had the front done. I agreed to let them replace them. Turns out I had only driven 10k miles over the last 8 months and I had indeed had all four replaced as previously mentioned. When I brought this to their attention and asked them why I would be hearing grinding after only 8 months and only 10k miles. They didn't have an answer. The manager, Steve, just kept telling me he wasn't there and he didn't know why that was ordered. I now believe they charged me for all 4 brake pads last January and didn't actually replace the rear ones that's why I was I heard the grinding. Really sad. You think you can trust people and you can't. They offered to give me my money back but the damage is done. Not only that, I live in southern California. I should have never needed my calipers replaced. You need those replaced when you live in a corrosive environment like in areas with lots of snow. . .these guys are scum. read more
