He asked again I said no! This Discount Tire is seriously the best ever. I've had multiple dealings with them over the last few years, and with multiple cars. Whether selling, warranting, or just rotating my tires (a free service), the guys at this location are always so friendly, surprisingly polite (holding doors open for me!), and very efficient. They consistently go over my tires with me so I know if any have been damaged are are getting too worn. They even have a free curbside pressure check station where I can just pull up and they will air up any low tires- super helpful before road trips! Perhaps most important, they have never once made any mistakes! All of their work has been performed completely and professionally, so my family stays safe. I have been buying from Discount Tire for years with no problems but this location is terrible. I paid for four new Yokohama tires for my teenage son. I couldn't be there to pick up the car so he did. They sent him on his way with just the front two replaced. We did not discover the problem until several weeks later and they acted like we were trying to scam them! I have spent well over $10K on tires for various vehicles at Discount Tire over the past 5 years, just so I can lay the groundwork to maybe scam them for two tires for a Hyundai????!!!! The managers here are imbeciles. Go to a different location. UPDATE: They went ahead and installed the two tires we were owed. Get your act together people. They said they would repair mine if they could but that otherwise I would need a new tire. They were honest. They fixed it and then did not charge me. This took 45 minutes. I made an appointment online because it was close to work and I would be able uber it back and forth. The only problem was that I wouldn't be able to pick up my car until 6 and the location closed at 5. I only needed to replace a blown tire and my online quote was $148. I make it on time and after having them assess and requote, I walked out with all four tires replaced for $263. TALK ABOUT AWESOME!!! Had to put on the spare due to a leak just as I was getting back from lunch. Couldn't leave early. Rushed to see if I could get to the shop before closing. Got there at 5:40. Within a few minutes, Patrick checked my tire, pulled up my record, and had the car pulled into the service bay. At 6 (closing time), car was pulled up at the front door and ready to go. This has to be the fastest Discount Tire I have ever been to. Very quick service! I had towed my car here because of a flat tire on the highway. I told the sales person that I live 100 miles away from here and need to get this done as quickly as possible. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Despite the integrity poster hanging on the wall, this is my story of the caps on two of my nuts being broken off after having four new tires installed. After installation, I did a quick inspection of the work. Did somebody notify me of my broken nuts, or did I discover this during my own inspection? You guess. I brought it to the guys attention, and he tells me "yeah, sorry, sometimes that happens." Then he offered to sell me a new set of nuts for $40. Why couldn't the store just tell me what happened and be honest up front? Like I said, there's an integrity poster hanging on their wall. If this would've been handled differently, it would have been a win for all of us. The whole situation was a nut breaker. read more

They were honest...I got a brand new set of tires. The gentleman went through each of the price brackets and explained to me my options. I would like to start off by saying that my last 2 vehicles I have brought them to discount tire and got tires there. This time I had ordered tires online to save some money and was just going to get them mounted and balanced. I had just got my 2017 f150 leveled so these tires could fit 305/55r20 and I've done my research and knew they would. But for some reason the guy that came to help said he wasn't sure and said they might fit to tight he even had to call somebody to ask them I mean come on these guys put on tires on vehicles everyday and they don't what fits and what doesn't. Anyways he told me if they put them on and rubbed they would take them off and still charge, so I was starting to second guess if I wanted to get them installed here but said ok just put them on. Then he came at me with the price which was double from another discount tire I had called but this one was on my way to work so I figured I'd go here and it be the same price but no it wasn't. so I left and just took them to a small local tire shop and they put them on without giving me any trouble and same price I was planning on spending. read more

Flew into Houston to get my new truck, immediately brought to discount tire for new tires. 95.4 miles later, doing 70mph, my rear d/s wheel and tire fly off, passing me on I-10. Turns out, they forgot to tighten the lug nuts on a lifted ford f-350 with 37" tires. That's a big truck to lose control of, and a very big heavy tire doing 70 on the freeway. Claims dept are worthless, along with everybody in this store. PRAY that they do it right, because if they don't, they really don't care about you after you leave. read more

Whoever put my new tire on did not put my tire monitoring sensor valve back on my truck - they put on a regular valve stem - I didn't know this at first - as I was driving I noticed my tire pressure monitor was showing tire pressure issue - I checked tire pressure and researched on line - all of which I shouldn't have had to do if the original person had done their job - I looked on line at solutions to the problem - nonetheless even had I known exactly what to - I was wasting my time because of the valve stem issue - so I call you location - the guy says y'all can take a look at it - it should take about 5 minutes - when I got there - the initial guy at the air pressure check point - got in my truck - didn't know what he was doing - could get my truck going into relearn mode - I know he didn't know because he did nothing like gmc website said or any other research I had uncovered - I asked the guy - if someone else could help me - his reply it's not gonna matter because it's not working properly - I said can you just get somebody else to help me - he replied yet again - it's gonna matter because it won't work - I said based on your 1st and 2nd response you don't care if it works etc and can you just get me somebody else to help me - another guy (looked like tom cruise) came and less than 5-10 seconds put my truck in learn mode and discovered that the front drivers side wheel didn't have the tire pressure monitor valve - while he was checking - he knew what he was doing because he did everything that I had read and so on and so forth - nonetheless no one knew / tried to make it appear as though it was possibly already existing when I brought my truck - come on man - you can't even get something as simple as new tires put on your vehicle without someone causing issues - so I asked to speak with a manager - his name was Rickey - he has to Have some of the worst customer service skills - because after I told him this entire story - his facial expression and body language had no care in the world to try to prevent the problem from occurring again - I waited for a response - he just looked at me - I then said - you don't care do you - his reply - I do care - nothing else - I said after all this - I said i have missed 1 hour of being at work because had my truck had been done right the first time I wouldn't be here waiting on my truck to be fixed based on someone else not doing their job properly - he says you haven't been waiting for an hour - I said - I made it hear at 1050 - I'm not talking to you and it 1155 yes I've been waiting for an hour - he was like ok - I replied again - you obviously don't care - I said if I had an issue from something as small as buying new tires - other people are having issues and most people won't take the time to tell you about the problem - they just won't come anymore and when we stop coming eventually Your store will be out of business - he replied ok again - I left - I won't be back at that location again - read more

I've had to go to Discount Tire more than I'd like to, but I have to say they make it as pleasant as possible. They are always extremely nice, and even the time I got there very late the day before a holiday, the wait wasn't nearly as long as I'd expected. BEWARE LADIES!!! My mom and I went up to discount tires to get three new tires. Her and my stepdad paid for two I paid for the third. The fourth tire was a tire I had recieved from discount tires not even a year ago and has a lifetime warrenty on it, so if anything is wrong with the tire they have to replace it for FREE. Well they replaced that tire with the new tire I bought and put one of the tires from the back in the front. So, basically they ripped me off on two tires. No one said anything and my mom and I left thinking the tires we bought were fine. Long story short, we got home and my step father looked at the tires and it wasn't right. We went back and Jason helped us and refunded my money and gave us the two tires that I deserved. Scott on the other hand threw a fit that Jason gave us the two tires and had THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! Scott acted like a 2 year old and it was uncalled for. I have been a Discount Tire customer for many years and have purchased tires for all my vehicles . I came to this location because it has great reviews. And also because I have never had a problem with them, but this time everything was going well until I picked up my vehicle I noticed that three of my wheels were scratched on the lip of the rim. I spoke with the manager about it and he said to bring the car back to fix the scratches, so I bring my vehicle back and left it there the whole day ( so I had no car for a whole day ) and when I picked up the car it looked like they painted over the scratches with a touch up paint from auto zone. What a joke. My wheels were in perfect condition when I came to this business to get tires, which That's all they specialize in, and now I'm driving around with scratched wheels. I wish they would pay more attention to what they're doing, and maybe handle their mistakes in a more professional manner. Just left the store and my lug nut was broken in the process of them re-installing them I saw while it happened so they drive my car out and tell me it's ready so I told the worker are you not going to tell that the lug nut was broken in the process so after I asked him he pulled it out of his pocket and tells me it's not a big deal. I just thought it was shady of them not to say anything about if I would not have said anything I would of later seen it and not realized it was them so I asked to atleast tell me so I can buy a new one and they responded that I had to buy a whole set . They said they could not replace it, even tho they broke it. I just think that was really rude and dishonest of them to not even mention it, I was lucky my car was right by the window and saw it. Well I just got home and inspected all my wheels and a whole lug nut is missing from another wheel and that was not mentioned either.
