These guys offer great customer service. I have purchased several sets of tires there. BUT...Last time I went in to get tires rotated they adjusted the tire pressure about 15# lower than it should have been. (This practice makes tires wear faster...hmmm) the pressure monitor on the dashboard picked it up. Also they left the caps off of the valve stems allowing the expensive monitors to get contaminated and then the need to replace them @ $150 each. Beware and inspect thier work. read more

I had an appointment at 12 to have one of my tires checked and my car did not make it into the shop until 12.50 ..got my tires at this store and the service has always been good, but this time around, very disappointed. Picture it: The day before Thanksgiving - everyone and their mother AND their mother's friend Trudy are bringing in their cars for air checks, new tires and general tire assistance. Woe to the new car owner (me) who has a check tire light bright and blazing. EXCEPT NO WOE. The Discount Tire professionals not only assessed my tires, confirmed that, yes they could stand to be a bit more inflated, they puffed those babies up like marshmallows in a microwave FOR FREE. Now in this day and age when the airlines would like to charge me for the oxygen I consume, I appreciate any freebie, especially one that comes with exceptional service. I made a reservation to get my tires balanced and rotated on a Saturday morning. I know that most Discount Tires are crazy busy on Saturdays, so I planned on being there for a little over an hour. Not only did they beat another local competitor's price for Cooper tires on my F150 by over $200, when a wood chip punctured my tire 8 days after installation, they patched it for free, reinstalled it, and put the spare back under my truck. Don't go anywhere else for tires! It doesn't get any better than this for price or service. Great military discounts too. read more

on a set of 5 tires, with wheels, overpaid 600. they piled up all kind of extra charges , charged full price on everything, and then gave generous 5 off each wheel. what a rip off. next time should shop around and not buy on impulse. trusting these guys is like trusting used car salesman! read more

We've been getting tires here for the last 6-8 years and value the service. They do seem to go the extra mile. Most recently, my wife had a flat from a nail a few nights ago and after calling AAA (and me), was able to drive it a few miles to Discount Tire where she'd bought the tires. It was near closing time but they replaced the tire (for free) and also fixed a problem with some sort of build up outside the rim of another tire that was causing a slow leak. While I was waiting for my wife's car, Todd solved a problem for a worried young woman without a spare tire in her car by giving her a tire that would work for the being. That concern and helpfulness was inspiring. read more

I walked in to get new tires and was told getting new tires would take hour to hour and a half. Three hours later and wasting 2 hours at store I drove away. Sadly I trusted expectation set by service representative at Store and it hosed up my day. If they had been honest I would have scheduled something more convenient for both me and the store. I came in today to get a nail out of my leaking tire when another place told me it was unrepairable and I would need to replace all 4 tires costing me 400-$600 just because one tire had a leak!! So I decided to go to Discount they patched my tire and had me on the road in less then 45mins and they were extremely busy but they were quick all of the employees were super nice and helpful. Brought my car in after my back tire went completely flat on the highway and I must say, I have never has such a great experience at a Discount Tire before. Everything moved very quickly, Todd the assistant manager was extremely friendly, and they even showed me the hole in the tire from the inside when I came back to get my car. Todd went above and beyond to help me get the best rate for a new tire and gave advice on how to keep my tires in good shape so they will last. Well, I;m NOT happy with this location's style of customer service and sales on 4/13/17. I've been a long time customer and I could care less about returning. The sales guy asked if my 2002 Honda Accord was for my kid and then went probe me as to why I didn't have kids. No reason to get personal when shopping for tires! This has never happened in all my visits to this location and Discount Tire. The sales guy can go screw himself for all I care! I brought all my cars to this location and NOW I will never return. I'm on my third or fourth set of tires from this shop. Chris is awesome to work with, knows tires, and got me 5 4x4 tires delivered (they were a special size and not in their store), balanced and mounted the day after I ordered them They called me to let me know they had the tires and got me right in and had it done when promised, even though they were super jammed with customers. I barely have any wait time to get helped on any visit- they run a very efficient shop with attentive customer service. I keep coming back here as they are the best at what they do, and stand by their work and tires with in-and-out repairs or whatever, mostly with no charge in my experience. I don't think they have a coffee machine for customers, but the awesome Sparks cafe is across the street, and I never had to wait long enough to settle in for a cup of coffee anyway... read more

I have nothing but praise for Discount Tire! I had a flat tire in Denver and was afraid to drive home to Colorado Springs on a donut tire. I went to Discount Tire to get the damaged tire fixed. They were extremely professional and helped me right away. They plugged a nail hole in my damaged tire, checked my other tires and replaced the donut with the repaired tire. They had me in and out in 25 minutes and they didn't charge me ANYTHING! I was so impressed with their helpfulness and quality service! Thank you, Discount Tire, for a job well done! read more

I was very pleased with the service I got here. I walked in and I was immediately helped at the desk even though we are in the midst of tire season. The sales person worked with me to look at all the various options and he let me know which of the options had rebates. They promised I would be done in 45 minutes and I was done in 45 minutes. It also was fun to look into the shop to see how much fun the employees seemed to be having. All of them seemed full of energy and were giving each other high fives. While you are waiting go for a walk in the park just north of this location. Now I hope the tires will be as good as the service! read more

got new tires and rotation here last week before a road trip. blew out a right front tire on the highway in the middle of nowhere. after i changed the tire and checked, the back tires had almost 10 more lbs of air than the front tires. all of them should have been equal or at least checked in my opinion. i'll go somewhere else next time. read more

Over the past three weeks, I've had two flat tires with two different vehicles (such is my luck!). Each time, I took the car to Discount Tire Store on E. Hampden Avenue in Denver. The service was fantastic and friendly both times. My first visit there led me to purchase a new spare tire. The service person was patient and honest. He did not try to sell me an expensive tire, but led me to a practical, inexpensive choice for a spare. The second visit to the store was just prior to a winter storm and the place was slammed with cars and customers. The manager assured me that they would repair the tire and have me on my way within an hour; he was true to his word. I stood at the bay windows watching these men work. They all appeared to be dedicated and focused. The best part....the manager did not charge me! Not a penny!! I will continue using this Discount Tire Store and I hope you will also consider using their services!! read more
