First , managers don't know what's going on. They give you a time frame then forget about you completely. I brought a single tire to get replaced and they gave me a 2hr wait time and when I came back nobody even knew where my tire was and still had to wait another hour for them to just do a simple swap. By the grace of goodness he pulled it out and I didn't need a repair. He was super honest with how much longer my tires had. Zach is an amazing customer service manager, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. I had originally gone to a different discount tires location and i am so happy and lucky that i ended up leaving and coming to this one instead. Zach is extremely friendly, patient, and pleasant. He showed me where the air was leaking out at in my tire and ensured i had a thorough understanding as to how it could've happened and why it was unrepairable. I live 35-40 minutes from this location but will always be going back just because of him. Noah also was the one who did the actual work on my car and he too was very friendly and helpful. I checked prices and types of tires for a while until I finally needed some last minute after a flat tire. I went on their website to see the available tires and unlike other places I checked that day, these were available that same day, and they had appointments for a couple hours after my incident. I quickly compared tires, prices, types of tires, and made an appointment through their online system. I paid for these online and showed up to get them replaced. I was there a bit earlier than my appointment so they started working on my car right away as soon as they could. They were polite and professional in every interaction I had. And they simply took care of it all in such a short amount of time. Less than an hour I'd say. I highly recommend their excellent service to anyone. It was convenient, easy and smooth. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE ! When I go in to get anything fixed for my car, I get a lot of anxiety but you can tell the people that work here understand that. All I wanted was a couple tires replaced but the guy at the front desk was super friendly and hooked me up with a great deal to get all 4 tires replaced, plus a wheel for a spare tire and windshield wipers fixed. So here I am with a tire that was destroyed because apparently I'm a terrible driver. I knew exactly what I needed which was new tires. I parked my car and went in and was approached by Billy! Very nice guy and super informative. He comes out to check ALL my tires, just to be sure. He checked my flat to see if its patch-able before just diving into selling me a new tire. We go back to the lobby and he shows me the various tires that they offer. We compare about 3 to 4 and shows me the options to purchasing them. He was very thorough and very friendly. Got here at 7:45am before opening- 3 people ahead of me. I came in the store to get a flat fixed. Sean, the service guy, came and looked at the tires and said that everything looks good and that the sensor is just being sensitive. Going back and forth, he finally got the machine, and it detected the tire needed to be fixed. The two customers who came after me not only left 20 min before me but had their cars parked in the front of the store to be driven off. I, on the other hand, had to get my car from the repair bay where it's dangerous and unsafe . Either they are racist or sexist, but I was extremely disappointed . They were very quick to fix it and the mechanic even told me I had 2 bad sensors. I've asked about the sensors before (not here) but nobody said which one, or that it was more than one sensor! I pulled into get my tires checked and waited a pretty long time (14 minutes) -ended up leaving. The guy who works the inside walked out a few times and looked straight at me and walked back in. The guys working on the cars were working on the cars- I get it. Super odd how no one took a moment to say they're not offering this today or take a hike. That would have been better than having the signs set up to get tires checked and just not acknowledging. Just let people know guys that you're not able to get to us for a while. Knew I had a slow-leak in one tire, and the others were probably getting a little low too. This location was in the vicinity of other businesses I needed to visit, so I arrived at this Discount Tire location around 1PM on a Monday afternoon. I figured I'd have to park the car, go inside, talk to a sales person, and since it was a low-priority kind of job, I'd have to sit around & wait for about 30 minutes until someone had a chance to pull my car into a service bay & check/inflate my tires. So I was VERY happy to see that because so many people stop by to have tires checked/inflated, they've got a lane on the side of teh building with a service tech dedicated to that, so I just pulled in-line (four cars ahead of me) & got to wait in my car for the service. It was wonderful! Takes about 4 or 5 minutes per car, but the tech goes around & does a basic check on all the tires -- wear & tear/tread remaining, age (here in NV, even with good tread tires should be replaced every 5 years or so) & inflation, writing the info down on a card that he then gives you. No hard sales-pitch about getting new tires, etc. -- they focus on giving you the valuable info about your tires, inflating as-necessary, and then moving-on to the next vehicle, all the while being very friendly, and FOR FREE! I do wish they'd have the option of inflating with Nitrogen, but doing so would probably be expensive on their part. I need to start thinking about either new tires or a new car, but if I decide on new tires, I'll absolutely go to Discount Tire, to reward them for the free services that they provide everyone. read more

Yesterday we started an RV trip. Drove up from Phoenix for our first night stay in Las Vegas. Coming into the Vegas area we started experiencing a bad vibration. I went to this Discount Tire location. Told Zach my issue. He got my truck in, found that one of the Goodyear Wrangler truck tires had a separated tread. He called the warehouse and got a replacement tire delivered. My Discount Tire warranty covered the $230 cost of the tire. Only minor complaint is that Discount Tire does not have Nitrogen for tires, so today I am at the Chevrolet dealership getting Nitrogen in the new tire. But overall...GREAT service! When it comes to anything to do with my car I freak out. Discount Tire saved my life one night. It's 5:45pm and I'm leaving a shopping center on Stephanie and Sunset. It's dark and I'm done shopping. All I am thinking about is grabbing something quick to eat, getting vodka and getting home to take my damn bra off. I back out of my parking spot and hear a crunch. I ran over a soda can, no biggie. WRONG. I drive ten yards and it sounds like I'm on Rocky Mountain Railroad. This mouseketeer was not happy. I get out and notice an enormous screw in my tire. Immediately I get back in the car and head up the hill in hopes I can make it to the nearest tire store. I was screwed. At 5:57pm I pulled into Discount Tire. More like stormed in because I hate car drama. Two friendly salesmen welcomed me and asked what I needed. I explained the situation and also said my tires are not from Discount and I am not here to buy four new tires tonight so don't even play that game with me right now. He smiled, took my keys and within seconds someone was looking at my tire. Mind you, I was exhausted and this is the last place I wanted to be. The employee offered me coffee, bottled water and a sucker. All of which I declined. He also told me to check out Chicken Shack across the street. Still, with my piss poor attitude he was being nice to me. That's when I noticed the sign on the door that said they close at 6pm! WOW. I humbled up real quick knowing they could have locked the door on me. 6:15pm he brings me the keys and told me it was all done. They were able to fix it, but I will be needing a new tire very soon. NO COST for fixing the tire. He handed me his card and said if my tire place doesn't take care of me than he will be happy to. Thank you Discount Tire for saving my pathetic ass that night. I haven't bought tires in 8 years! Don't get all crazy on me, I've bought a second car so didn't need to. The last time I did was at a Discount Tire and had a pleasant experience and a great price, so decided to try them again at a different location when it was time to get tires put on my latest car. Glad I came here. The customer service cannot be beat. The sales team is very courteous and upfront with you in regards to the conditions of your tires and what you should purchase. The salesman I dealt with was shocked I had gotten so many years and miles on a basic tire that he recommended I go that route again, rather than trying to convince me to upgrade. What?! He then told me it was because they do not work on a commission. That helps your wallet out a lot, considering I was expecting to pay way more for new tires than I actually did. All in all I was extremely happy with the customer service, the price, the amazing warranty of free tire replacement and repair throughout the duration of my tires (if purchased as an upgrade, in which I did) and how smooth and nice my car now rides, exactly how they explained it would after install. They even replaced the valves. I will be back here soon to get new tires on my other car that they worked on 8 years ago. Now I admit that car is way overdue for new rubber, but I hardly drive it now so don't judge. :) read more
