These guys are great. I didn't even know they were near me. I called them about 25 minutes before they closed to get a truck tire repaired. I showed up and they instantly took it. I went in to pay and by the time I finished paying (Not even five minutes) they replaced my valve stem and began checking the tire for leaks. They dried the tire off and even put it in my trunk. The staff is very friendly and very polite and they do everything they can to get you tires and they actually have good quality used tires. Came in early in the morning yesterday for a flat tire luckily I had my spare tire since I was moving stuff yesterday I thought I had forgotten to put it back in the trunk when I called to make sure that they had my tire on stock they said yes quoted me a price that was fair and then went in to later find out the tire was not in my price range. I got a flat . Literally called everyone on yelp but Jireh! Long story short I called big O tires lady quoted me $60 I drove all the way there and some how some way the price drastically changed to $150 so pissed I drove passed jireh on the way there so I randomly called them and politely he quoted me $45 so I left big O and went there . Less than 10 min they got me a new tire basically new and I barely spent $50 with the tip . The workers were helpful checked my other tires too and their customer service was amazing. Def going back for another if ever in a need . I highly recommend if you need a tire the customer service was everything plus the reasonable price and not to mention used but NEW tire . On no notice I showed up at this shop at 8:30 in the morning and was met by Gent named Fabian. Having done my homework prior to arrival about my tire repairs I knew what to expect and had heard lots of BS from other businesses about the price of repair and replacement. This Gent had two replicas of my tires that were needed for my Acura and gave me more than a fair price to replace them, and they did so immediately.
