I bought a set of American Racing wheels along with two new tires for my van, and I went in excited about what was a substantial investment in my vehicle. I also purchased brand-new black lug nuts so the entire setup would look clean and finished. Unfortunately, the service experience was very disappointing. When the work was completed, my brand-new wheels looked like they had been handled very roughly. The lug nuts looked worn as if they were years old, and my center caps had visible scuffs and surface damage. It appears the wheels were treated very aggressively during installation. The service manager who took my order also did not seem to listen carefully to my requests about how I wanted the wheels positioned and mounted on the van, which caused confusion and delays. I had previously left them a low score, and this is an updated review. I gave them more business hoping that this time things would improve, but I am even more disappointed with the outcome. Overall, I feel that my investment in new rims and tires was not respected, and the service quality did not meet the standard I expected. I feel that the damage caused during service outweighed the value of the work performed, and I am very dissatisfied with the experience. read more

Furthermore, when my vehicle was returned to me, the front wheel was damaged. While I spoke with the manager, Jordan, who made several promises to resolve the issue, he failed to follow through. It ultimately took a very long time to get my wheel repaired. Due to the lack of consideration for both my time and my vehicle, I will not be recommending this location. read more

I had a huge gouge out of my tire and it was unsafe to drive on it I spoke with Teddy on the phone and he was so knowledgeable and very quick to "prices and warranty packages to me. It actually cost less for two tires than I anticipated and I am grateful They have a text link that they send you so you can keep track of the status of your vehicle, and when my car went back to the service bay a technician named Trevor came and double checked with me over the service he was going to be performing. I have been buying my tires from Discount Tires for many years now. I always feel valued and appreciated as a customer, and I love that they never try to hard-sell me on new tires when I need them. They provide free air checks, and will also fill your tires to the correct PSI if needed. If you have a flat tire, they will repair it for free if it's repairable. This was the issue that brought me into this location. I recently moved into a new build community and discovered a nail in two of my tires. I went to this location around 8am and was greeted, then added to the waiting list. Within 5 minutes, I was helped by one of their technicians. I was told that my truck would be ready within 45-minutes. 15 minutes later, Cody came up to me and told me that he found the nails in both tires, and that he could successfully repair both tires free of charge. Cody was very friendly, welcoming, and had patience with me when I asked him a couple of questions. Overall, I waited about 35-40 minutes from start to finish. The staff here are friendly, and service is fast if you arrive earlier in the morning. The icing on the cake is that I was able to get both of my tires repaired for free. What a relief on my wallet. I'm getting close to needing a new pair of tires on the front of my vehicle. When the time comes, I will definitely return to this location to buy my new tires. Stopped in for a tire going flat and found out there was a puncture in it. I took off after it was patched by them, only to find out it was still flat. I came back and had them look at it again only to find out there were multiple punctures. They ended up replacing the tire free of charge. I needed a new tire so I made an appointment for 130 I was late. I got there at 1:40 but no big deal they checked me in and gave me an arrival time of 147 to 2 o'clock or something like that and said the car would be done by 2:40. It was done by 2:30 and I was on my way for the rest of my day. I thought it was pretty efficient no issues and I think the price was right I really don't know what tires go for these days but I didn't feel ripped off, so that's good. read more

So you walk to be greeted which is great! Guy at counter asks for service type. Asked for rotation because I have an off alignment that is causing a front tire to go bald and I want to make sure it doesn't continue to happen. Nobody goes to inspect my truck I was told to wait 10 minutes and 45 minutes later the guy tells me they don't want to rotate my tires. So now I ask if they can rotate at least two tires and they said they don't even want to touch the front tire then they told me after waiting for 45 minutes I have to wait three more hours to rotate tires there. I think it's important for anyone that goes to this location and the manager or the franchise owner of this particular location should know that his people there are not very sufficient or efficient and what they do. I would not recommend going to this discount tire at all worst experience I've ever had in Las Vegas or Henderson. read more

What a HORRIBLE experience!!!! Took my 2016 Range Rover to get a tire checked out because it had low pressure. The technician came in and told my husband "sir you have a big tear on the side of the tire and we're not going to be able to fix it" so my husband said "ok show me" he walks out looks at the tire and clearly it was PUNCTUATED by their machine when they were trying to remove the tire from the rim to repair it. My husband told the technician "sir I would not been able to put air in the tire and drive here"!?!? The look on his face was like "DAMIT"!! My husband told him I want to see your manager. Manager came looked at her and he immediately said "yep that doesn't look good" and said he will get us a new tire to replace the tire. The manager told us he found a tire but it wouldn't get here until Wed/Thursday of next week. We told him that wouldn't work we needed the tire before Wed because it was being used for our sons wedding on Thursday . And that he would have to do whatever it took to get the tire here. It was there mistake and now we were at their mercy. DT ended up putting my spare on tire on. Before driving away I looked in the back where they put the tire and the back of my seats had tire marks all across it and tire marks in the carpet yep the tech just threw it in there. The manager came out shook his head and said "unacceptable" and had one of the guys come out and clean it. DT ended up putting the new replacement tire on the next day. The technician tried to lie his way out but to the WRONG person. My husband KNEW exactly what happened to the tire when he looked at it because he use to work for a tire shop. Their carelessness blessed us with a BRAND new tire. We're not ever going back there again. read more

Discount Tire not only repaired my tire with a patch, they did it for free!!! Big-o was going to charge me $30 (if they could patch it). Discount Tire, your employees are so kind and professional! I had just filled my tires with air and noticed that my valve stem insert was stuck in place and leaking air. Discount tire was the nearest tire shop that was open. When I walked it I was promptly greated by Shaun and he was able to immediately remedy my valve stem situation and directed me to the drive up line to get an air check where my tires were filled with air (unfortunatelyI forgot the service reps' name here but he was very friendly and did a great job as well). This place obviously has a great system in place even with the covid 19 precautions in place. They definitely provided me first class service and I would recommend people stop here for your tire service needs. Brought my car in to get a screw removed and the tire repaired. I bought my tires here and did not realize my lug key was missing until I returned for the repair. I advised Jeffery (guy that helped me and also the GM) that I did not have it. He asked me to have a seat and he returned with a lug key and apologized for my inconvenience.
