I coordinated a ride to be picked up after dropping off the vehicle for 4 new tires. After receiving a text saying that the vehicle is ready, I coordinated another ride to be dropped off to the shop only to be told that the vehicle is actually not ready. Once the tires were installed, it triggers a text to customers saying that the vehicle is ready. However, this is a false alert as it now has to go for an alignment. As I'm sitting in the lobby, I watched another customer show up after receiving the same text message and was told the same thing. They were not happy about it and left again. Your employees are well aware that this is a communication problem. Please make customers aware up front so that they do not drive back prematurely.

When I came back, they told me I'd have to make an appointment for tomorrow. Why? I literally came in yesterday, and they didn't even do a proper assessment the first time. I told them to just take a look at it now -- they said I'd have to wait, and I said that's fine. It's a tire light, it could be something serious. Purchased extra hose and try not to turn wheels lock to lock. Given it's a custom piece and no one else has anything close I consider this currently a minor maintenance issue. Since I pull the wheels and do a brake check after every track day it's not much of a hassle to keep an eye on. New Apex wheels don't appear to have as much interference as the oem wheel. May be able to make further adjustment in the future. Braking consistency has improved dramatically so overall a great product.
