I went to Discount Tire on Thursday to replace two tires and was told I also needed an alignment, but it was too late that day. I called on Friday, gave my Mercedes' year, make, and model, and scheduled an alignment for 07/18 at 3:00 PM. When my husband arrived, he was told they don't perform alignments on German vehicles. If you knew it was a Mercedes when I got my tires changed and again when I made the appointment, why schedule it in the first place? My husband rearranged his day off because my car was shaking badly and needed an alignment immediately, only to have our time wasted. Unfortunately, I had a surprise flat tire in the early morning on a weekeday. I had to get my car towed here because I didn't have a spare. I've been to this location a few times but it had been awhile. I didn't have to wait long to speak with a technician and he did let me know my other tires might need to be replaced soon but I declined changing all the tires at once and he didn't push the issue which I appreciated. Sincerest thanks to Marvin & William! I am the owner of Pink Piggy Pickup and I noticed that the tire on our famous trailer was low. I had no idea where to take a trailer so I had some kind people help me change it in and put the flat tire in the back of the trailer bed. Today after I working for the day I pulled into this discount tire and I wasn't sure if they even would work on trailer tires or if I needed to go to a truck stop or something. I just purchased 4 new tires here earlier this afternoon, Monday, 3/2/2026. All 4 tires were under inflated. The warning was up on the dash for low tire pressure, but I guess they didn't notice that as they were too busy changing the A/C to max-max. And running the driver's seat all the way forward. If Discount Tire was a cult, then consider me its newest member. The business reminds me so much of Les Schwab (#1), a west coast retail tire company with a reputation for quality tires and outstanding service. Folks can freely drive up, get their tire pressure checked and rotated without any upsell or skeevy tactics. I've been so spoiled by all of this that I feel instant deja-vu with Discount Tire. I needed to have my tires inspected since it's been a long time since any work done on my beat up tires. After successfully booking my appointment online, I showed up early and noticed a like that went right out of the parking lot. I managed to squeeze through to eventually find a spot. Robert was the service staff member who came to assist me upon arrival. He was professional, courteous, and pleasant all around. He had me wait in the lobby / waiting area and I received real time updates via text and for when the process was finished, he presented me with a bill for nothing. Zero dollars. These guys are providing legitimately good service for customers. My wife and I scheduled an appointment a week ahead of time, because the tires needed to be ordered. When we arrived, they literally were able to take the keys from us as we were walking inside from the lot, said they were expecting us, and immediately started work. We were originally only buying two tires at the time (this is a leisure vehicle), but decided to grab a couple more. We spoke with Will, and he notified us that there was another more common size available that was a little less expensive. This would also allow us to more commonly find replacement tires in the future. No pressure for the tire warranty or upselling extra services, etc. I can't say anything negative about them. read more

This place has pissed me off beyond belief. I have a mechanic, etc. that I normally take my car too. That's trusted and does a very good job. Very good prices. An extremely reliable. Yesterday my tire sensor came on because I had a low tire. This branch is very close to my house and I was driving by it and decided to pull in to get some air. Two of their technicians took a look at my car and told me that it only had 6 pounds of air and that I had two screws in my tire and pull it over to the side in a parking spot and they'll come out there and get it very shortly because they are not busy and plug the tire for free and I was super surprised I was like for free. When did y'all start plugging tires for free and he said a while ago but we're not busy right now. Pull it over there park it, and I'll go out there and get the car in a second and plug it for you and I said OK no problem. I walked inside and tried to get a quote for two tires to match my two front brand new ones that I just had changed well they told me that they could not, but they had another brand that they could use and I told him no because I wanted them all the match. I had just changed these tires two weeks prior. The back ones were fine to keep because they had 80% tread left so when I bought the new ones and he didn't have the set, he showed me let me know that those tires were good anyways, and I could find somewhere to match him later on when I needed to get new tires. So after I spoke with their rep and he told me he could not get me those tires. I walked out to check on my vehicle and looked and it was still sitting in the parking spot and I was like all right well, they'll get to it shortly so I went inside I sat down Made some phone calls took care of some things for about 30 minutes and I looked out there and nobody had touched my car so I went out there and said hey have y'all took the screws out of that back tire yet? It's been like 30 minutes. Y'all weren't even busy when I got here and he goes what car I said the red one right there he goes. Oh well you're not into the system. You gotta go get into the system in order for us to touch it. Well, nobody told me anything about that. They told me to park the car there and they would get to it momentarily it would only take a second to plug the tire so that annoyed me so I went inside and told the guy and he got me in the system so I ended up having to wait another 45 minutes and one of his technicians tried to feed me this line of bull crap about how he could not plug my tires because they were too bad and worn out that I needed to buy new tires as if I'm completely dumb enough to fall for that.. ( he was literally trying to get an upsell ) it really made me mad since I had waited so long and I did raise my voice at him, which I probably shouldn't have, but it was more than obvious that the tire was in very good condition and I knew it was in very good condition because I have my vehicle regularly serviced and I've already had multiple other places check my vehicle and it's tires included to have them balanced a week prior so it made me mad that he was trying to lie to me and insult me with that stupidity and then he took it a step further and try to show me the lines on the tire that go diagonal because that's how this tire was made. It has diagonal lines every foot and say when you can see those that means it's worn out and try to lie to me even more when you can obviously see that the tire has 80% tread left. I'm not a cheap person at all and if the tire really was bad. It wouldn't be a problem, but I knew he was lying to me so I did get onto him about it and I told him to plug the tire or put it back on my car now I'm leaving. He said he was going to put it back on my car and made me wait another 25 minutes to do so and I immediately leave to go over to xpress automotive to get them to fix the tire and Lord behold they had took my tire off and put on a new tire of their picking and it does not match my other tire and they broke my tire sensor in the process so now I have to spend $75 on a new tire sensor and by matching tires... not cool at all horrible experience, horrible communication skills, horrible customer service. I take so much pride in taking care of my vehicle and having no lights on the dash and now my tire sensor obviously will not go away because it needs to be fixed.... Not happy at all. read more

I am really happy with the service here. With The pandemic going on, they have taken really good measures to ensure that we are safe. Everyone was wearing a mask and all seating was very very far apart to ensure that all customers were able to safely socially distance. They even allowed you to wait in your car if you felt safer until it was your turn. They were very friendly and made you feel very comfortable. I had a horrible experience here. I dropped my car off on a Friday to get a flat tire replaced. I had to wait almost 45 mins just to check my vehicle in. I was told if it's not repairable then a tire would have to be ordered and it should be ready the following day so I left my key and left. No one reached out to me on Saturday. So I eventually called and they guy said the tire had to be replaced because it was not fixable and that they are still waiting on the tire to come in. Absolutely no one thought to reach out to me and call me. Monday morning I called and the tech who replaced my wheel said that it was ready on Saturday. I told him when I called right before closing time on Saturday they told me it wasn't. He said it was definitely ready on Saturday because he changed my tire. When I picked my car up on Monday both rims on the passenger side was scratched and scuffed. I then told the tech that someone scratched my rims here because they was t like that before dropping it off. He accused me of doing it and said they are not going to be held responsible for it. The supervisor told me he would have it fixed and that he would reach out to me and it's been a week and no one has decided to help me. Great store for fixing flats/leaks and buying tires! The employees are all polite, helpful, friendly, and you never get the sense that they're trying to sell you stuff for the sake of it.If you're interested in getting a specific tire put on, you can check if it's in stock at this particular store using their website, where you can also compare prices and read reviews of all the tires that fit your car. Really useful if you like to do your own research beforehand. I thought the pricing was very reasonable and they have a whole range of tires, from low to mid to high end you can choose from. They do free flat patches, too. This store is super busy, though. I got here on a Friday at 8:05am (they open at 8 am) and I was already 7th in line! Thankfully the wait was short, maybe 10 min, because they had 5 different stations with employees helping customers. Even though there were a ton of people ahead of me in line, there are also 4-5 different stations in the repair shop so I was really only behind 1 other person for my repair. I was in and out in about an hour, which was really great since all I needed to do was buy a new tire, get it put on, and get the old one patched up and put into my trunk as my spare. Great customer service at this location. I needed 4 new tires for my Tahoe and wanted to go with a slightly over sized tire. They didn't have the brand / size of the tires that I wanted in stock but they were able to test fit the larger size to make sure it would fit without issues. Only took about 20 minuets, the larger size was good to go so I placed an order for the tires and was told that they should be in about 2 - 3 business days. A couple of days later I received a call letting me know that my tires came in. The salesman was very accommodating and was able to schedule an appointment during my lunch break. I arrived at the appointed time and I was in and out the door in about 30 min. I am very pleased with the service I received as well as my new tires (Bridgestone Dueler AT Revo2). Discount Tire sold me a tire that was 2 years and 4 months old, as new (at the time of installation).  [For those not aware, tires have shelf life, and will need to be replaced after 6 years regardless of mileage.]  I called asking for their explanation and was told that they consider anything 3 years old unused as sellable. This was actually written in 6/2018 for this Discount Tire location, but I posted it on the wrong location -- oops! I noticed because I had another wonderful experience here today and wanted to write a follow-up review. Long story short, I'm a satisfied customer! I... actually haven't made a single purchase at this Discount Tire location yet. I've come in here once or twice to get my tire air pressure topped off, especially when the temperature drops a bit. There is almost always a line, but it it usually not too bad and I am in and out in 15 minutes max. Most recently, my tire pressure light came on and when I drove up to have it checked, they recommended that I get it checked for a flat. I couldn't that day but I brought it back 2 days later (I live close by and don't drive very often) with an appointment. Jose was very polite and friendly, confirmed that I probably needed a repair at the very least, and checked the tread on my other tires. He said I didn't need replacement tires just quite yet, but to look into it in the upcoming months, and didn't try to push a sale on me. My tire was repaired in less than 45 min and they didn't charge me a single cent. Will definitely be back when it is time to purchase new tires! read more
