Today I went to discount tires for the convenience of the free air. I did want to point out that the entrance that I came in makes it a little hard to turn into the air line. I had to make an awkward u turn to get in the line, smh. I do want to point out that the air guy filled my tires with air and advised me that my tires looked good and that I should do a tire rotation to keep everything in order. Made an appointment they didn't even respect that made me wait an hour when I had got to my appointment 10 minutes early. There's a bunch of young kids doing all of this work and I can tell they don't know what they're doing. The customer service here isn't the same. There is one guy that is still helpful but the person who wears the glasses with the diabetic patch on his arm doesn't provide good customer service. Explaining the rating on tires wasnt explained and options wasn't either other than their pricing but why certain tires would be better. And when given the keys after work was done nothing was spoken by the rep he just handed keys and that was it. Like goddamn at least say here you go customer here are your keys This location gets a lot of people bcz of where it's located but service isn't as good as it use to be. I was surprised that they put a tire air cap on the tire they replaced, usually they lose the tire caps when they change out tires the past 2 times I have been here And I didn't notice until later when I got home or even to check before I left the site but they had put more air in my front left tire and the replacement they installed the back right, they didn't put or even match air on all 4 tires. I don't even know what the logic was on putting air on the front left tire when I didn't even ask for them to look at this tire just to only replace the back right tire. Maybe to f up the balancing over time, not sure. I won't go back to this location other than for free air, the next closest one is off the 59 and that location got pretty good service and are very nice F the current staff they got to sum things up read more

Had to have all 4 tires on my wife's car replaced. The staff were amazing and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!

Had an appointment. I arrived and was told to wait and someone would be with me. Some time passed and the same person who told me to wait, was only doing something on the computer and when he finished he looked at me, didnt tell anyone else I wasn't waiting and walked off. I noticed 2 other employees talking and on their phones by the next computer so I had to ASK if I could check in and was proceeded to get looked at crazy.. before getting asked what I needed. not the same service it use to be. read more

Purchase of 4 Michelin tires: 1. 45 minute wait from appointment time - only got in when I reapproached service counter. 2. They lost my wheel lock [did provide replacement locks at no charge]. 3. Inflated tires to wrong pressures twice! 4. installed one tire backwards. read more

I use discount tire all the time. They are the best. I get my windshield wiper blades replaced every 10,000 miles and rotate every 5,000.

Came to this branch thinking they have the same high quality like in Humble by I-59. Ordered a new set of rims & tires then came to pickup with the wrong rims. Came back 5 days after to install the correct rims, waited for 30-45mins and was told that there was damage/bent on the correct rims. So, thats another 45mins of waste. No apologies or any sort of compensation due to lack for customer service. read more

I have never had a problem getting my problem solved/fixed with any of the Discount Tire stores. They stand behind their warranty. I had a very bad slow leak in my tire and they replaced it with a new tire. The next day I heard a noise coming from that tire so I called them on Monday and they told me to come in and they will take a look it at. Since there was a store close to where I work I took it there instead. They had no problem with looking at it even though they were not the ones to do the original work. I was in and out of there within an hour and they fixed the problem. read more

Quick and efficient service. Will was very courteous and we were in and out in about an hour. My tires were under warranty so I was able to get in, get my spare off and new tire on! We arrived at 8am on Friday and there were a couple of people at the doors waiting in line and they were able to get in and out as well. One note, if you would like to make a reservation for a morning drop off that is an option, simply call and let them know. Most appointments made for drop offs and pick ups. They close at 6pm so pray you don't get a flat at 5:30pm like I did. Great customer service always.. 5 starts.. Coffee cups could be bigger but that is just me being greedy. read more
