I am writing to share my experience at the Discount Tire location on April 23, 2026. I initially called to confirm whether you offer free flat tire repairs and spoke with Blake, who was courteous and confirmed that you do. I was told no appointment was necessary and advised to come in, which I did shortly after. Upon arrival, I was second in line but experienced a significant delay before being assisted. When I was finally helped by Assistant Manager Keith, he inspected my tire and then proceeded to check the remaining tires, which I had not requested. He then repeatedly attempted to sell me new tires despite my clearly stating multiple times that my vehicle is a lease with less than a year remaining and that I did not need replacements. His continued insistence, along with inaccurate statements regarding lease return requirements, was both unnecessary and inappropriate. I was then informed that the wait time for a repair would be approximately an hour and a half and that he could not determine whether the tire was repairable until it was placed on the lift--implying I would need to wait that entire time just to find out. Having no alternative, I agreed to wait. I arrived at approximately 11:30 AM and was later told via text that my vehicle would be ready by 1:08 PM. However, I observed multiple customers--both with and without appointments--being serviced ahead of me. It became clear that paying customers were being prioritized, while my service was repeatedly delayed. At around 1.45pm, I followed up with another associate and was told my car was about to be brought in and would take only 20 minutes to complete, contradicting the earlier uncertainty about whether the repair was even possible. I did not leave until later than 2 PM, resulting in a total wait time of three hours for a simple flat repair. While the staff were polite in their communication, the overall experience did not reflect that same level of professionalism in execution. Offering "free flat repairs" should not come at the expense of excessive delays, inconsistent information, or pressure to purchase unnecessary services. This experience was inefficient, frustrating, and did not align with the expectations set when I called ahead neither did it align with discount tires mission statement. I expect better alignment between what is advertised and the actual customer experience moving forward. read more

This place was abysmal. Service was soooooo slow, it took 6 hours for them to fix 1 of my tires. Which literally just needed more air, they tried to scam me into paying for all of my tires to get "fixed" when they weren't broken. These employees need to be looked into, and look in the mirrors and check themselves. Would not recommend 1/10 service and experience. You're better off going to Sam's tires or Tire Kingdom MILES away then going to this ghetto place. read more

We spent the day packing the Rv for a two week trip. That night we stayed in the Rv so we can get an early start the next morning. After preforming my pre-trip inspection on our Rv before leaving our home all was well with the tires and other items. Walked back in the Rv and heard a lot of air leaking from a tire. Went back outside and found the valve stem on one of the tires broke. Changed the tire and put the spare on. Had a 11:15am appointment time with Discount Tire. Once we arrived we were in and out in about one hour. They were very busy. Thank you Discount Tire for a job well done; as always! All the staff were friendly even when everyone was super busy. Customer service is bad..I get they probably get commission but 5 times I get asked to buy a set of tires after 4 no's. This is the repair show you were warned about. read more

One of my buddies told me to check out DT and ask about the certificates. I did then recommended my wife take her vehicle was newer at the time as well. This location seems to be take pride in good customer service. My wife had to eventually get all of her tires replaced. I had to get one of mine replaced. They do take appointments, but note that they won't pull your vehicle in at the time of appointment. Took about an hour before they pulled my vehicle in to start working on it. When my father in law had a flat tire, we went to a tire place (will not mention anymore) and waited for almost 4 hours. Even for oil change we usually stay at the shop for almost the same hours even with an appointment. So I was really surprised when we came here and only waited 1 hour for all my 4 tires to be changed! They were very fast and efficient! They also have complimentary coffee and water for the customers. My husband made the appointment and pre-order the tires so everything went smoothly! I highly recommend this place! I had bought my tires in California before I relocated and of course bought the insurance. I unfortunately ended up running over something on the freeway that shredded my tire. I called in to the shop to inquire about a replacement and see if there was anything else I would need. By the time I got to the shop it was 4:45 and they close at 5:00 and they were still so helpful and friendly and got me in and my tire replaced before the tow truck driver finished my paperwork. They are the best; I went there @5:45 pm . I walked and said I have a nail in my tire is it too late because I know you close @6:00pm and he said no we will get you taken care of. While I was their people were still coming in @ 6:10 ,6:30 and even 6:45 when I was leaving, they never once turned anyone away. All of them where smiling, Just happy people. It was just awesome. Called about getting two tires, asked if I needed an appointment and was told if I got here at 8 when they open I didn't. I arrive at 8:05 and 3rd in line. I then see all these people that came in after me getting serviced. I asked for a refund after waiting an hour and 15 minutes because all these people that arrived after me were being worked ahead of me and when I questioned it, I was told they had appointments. I asked the guy who was two behind me when checking in if he had an appointment and he said no. This as he was being checked out after his vehicle had already been worked on. So that was bullshit. As I'm complaining I see them go out towards my truck to bring it in. Mike said next time make sure to have an appointment, and I said you were the one who told me I didn't need it if I showed up at 8. I normally use the one on Phillips hwy but this one is closer. I'll drive the extra distance next time. Don't go here, do yourself a favor but if you do, make an appointment even if they tell you that you don't need. Mike said just show up at 8 and we will have you on the road in about 45 minutes, and here we are 2 hours later. What a joke. I will say they are persistent salesmen. They wanted to sell me a new spare tire because you should buy a new spare every 5 years even if you use it or not and they will hound you on buying windshield wiper blades. I have been a Discount Tire customer for over 20 years. They have good deals on new tires and have comparable tires at low cost. I went to Discount Tire online and checked their tire inventory. I called for availability and made an appointment. Easy peasy! They're friendly and work professionally fast. They only specialized in tires so don't expect to wait long. Other tire places do oil changes, brake jobs, engine repair, etc. and may take a couple or so hours even with an appointment. I took my wife's car in before noon. Stepped out for lunch and when we got back, my wife's car has sharp looking new shoes and ready to roll. When it's time for new tires, I highly recommend Discount Tire. First off. Want to start off by saying this crew works hard. Due to work, I was not able to go and get new tires until 5:30PM. The shop closes at 6PM but they are working quickly and efficiently until each car is completed. I had all four tires replaced in a timely manner and for an affordable price. I installed some new tire pressure sensors in my older car and the installer (not Discount Tire) didn't have the meter to program them. I called Discount Tire and they said they could do that. Upon stopping there the service team was very helpful and programmed them for me at no charge! They also suggested I check the pressures and handled that for free as well. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. I walked in with a flat tire. The service technician said he promised my car would be done in 2 hours. So I waited in the showroom. 2 hours go by, and I notice my car hasn't moved. So I approach the front desk and the guy working there rudely tells me it'll now be 3. What good is a promise if you can't deliver on that promise? The only thing this place delivered was an attitude. I won't be back to this location. read more

Traveling through on the highway, we got a cut in our tire and we were losing air fast. I found Discount Tire and the closest place to us. I called and asked could they get us in. He said yes. We drove there and upon walking in I told the guy I just called. He straight looks at me and says..."you don't look like you sounds on the phone". What does that mean??? They say they didn't have our tire in stock so we would need to purchase 4. They gave us the option of buying a used one but then went on for 10 minutes about it not being safe. We felt forced to purchase an entire new set for $1000. Not what we expected or wanted when we were traveling on a vacation. I do feel like we were taken advantage of and then the off putting comment about my looks didn't help anything. They knew my husband was a retired Marine and offered 5% off but still pressured us. read more

Setting up an appointment on their was so seamless and easy, I wish more places were like this! The service is pretty fast, so same day appointments can be made. When you walk in, there's always someone who's very welcoming to assist you. I had 2 flat tires- one was repaired and one needed to be replaced. What was off putting was the up-sell the employee kept trying to push on me. I asked to get the cheapest tire, so of course he showed me the most expensive first. He went on explaining all the features, which I politely listened to. After he was done I declined and told him I didn't need the most expensive. He then shows me the 2nd expensive one, ugh. Discount Tire had the best price and availability for the tire we wanted. Ashton was very helpful in setting this up. He called early yesterday to let us know they were in. Saturday my light came on for a flat tire. I am a regular Discount Tire customer, so I decided to wait until Monday when they opened to use the warranty we purchased on the tires. I made an appointment online and showed up 15 minutes early. Luis greeted me as I walked in, it was not busy. Yet. He went and looked at the tires. In the process, he found another nail! After they did a full inspection, one tire was replaced, one nail was removed but did not puncture, and the spare was still in good shape so they aired it up and put it back. My total was $12 (only because I opted to renew my warranty). Took about an hour or so. Then I leave and drive home. Yep, almost home, which is 10 miles away, and the light comes back on. I call the store. Eric answers and says it is not a problem, to come back. Not a problem? I go on to explain (angrily) why it is a problem. I drive back and talk to Luis. While he is taking care of it, Eric comes over and apologizes. The most sincere apology. For some reason, on this rough mom Monday, I needed someone to give me above-and-beyond customer service. My two front tires were damaged and stopped by to see if they would have my tires. Spoke with Keith who was a solid guy! They didn't have my tires but he was able to order them local which was awesome! On top of that finished installation and tire pressure check in under 2hrs! So.. yesterday I brought my 2023 Rav4 (with 4000 miles on the odometer) to the 103rd location with a screw in my tire. Discount Tire advertises free tire patching on their website. After pulling off the tire, the assistant manager advises me that there are, "multiple punctures so they can't repair it," but hetold me they'd be happy to replace it with a new tire. I told them I wanted my keys immediately because I was sure those were bait-and-switch tactics. I also told them I wanted the phone number to corporate. The assistant manager had the nerve to tell me he didn't know the phone number to corporate and when I grabbed his business card, he tried to advise me to grab the manager's card instead because he didn't want to take responsibility. When I got in touch with corporate today, they assured me that the assistant manager knows how to lookup the corporate number, which came as no surprise. Well 30 minutes later after leaving Discount, I was at Walmart's Automotive Center. They showed me the inside of the tire and pointed out the only puncture in it which was easy to find because it's a new tire and the inside was perfectly clean. Also, while I was at the Discount they mentioned that I previously paid for extended warranty on a tire that I bought there previously, even though I specifically remember turning that down at the time. If you do business at this store, you should go in with the mentality that they are going to try and upsale you on items you don't need or outright add them into the bill without telling you. My tire pressure low light came on several times over the course of a couple months. It was fine for several weeks each time I blew up the tire, but I finally knew I needed to have the tire checked. Just moved to the west side of town from Mandarin and wasn't sure where I should take my car, but have always heard good things about Discount Tire, so I went there. Made an appointment on the app which was super easy and convenient... I showed up at the appointed time and was greeted when I got out of my car. After a quick inspection in the parking lot, my very pleeasant tech took me inside the store to check me in and told me they would take the car immediately to the back for full inspection. After about 15-20 minutes, the service manager updated me - no nail/screw, just a small leak at the bead, rear of the rim to the tire. They changed out my tire stem/sensor just to be sure there was no proBlem with that. All for no charge! After filling all tires including the spare, I was on my way in les than 30 minutes. Worst place 103rd st store. The Lenox store was run better refering to the staff inside at the computers. I waited 4 hours to get my tires rotated and balanced as per the lifetime warranty for $649. The young guy could not even figure out how to take my hub caps off. Then they installed the tires and did not balance them. What a joke. No more tires here. I got to the store after it was open for 30 minutes did not leave until 1pm read more
