I will ALWAYS go to discount tire for my tire related needs! I'm not sure how much they pay them, but customer service is crazy good all the time. Kenneth was the best. Walked me through what I needed, gave me his honest opinion. I asked if I should be getting all new 4 tires since I drive an AWD and he advised that he would personally only get 1 and replace all 4 when I hit 50k miles. He kept me updated throughout their progress and checked in multiple times. Also- when he wasn't working with customers, he took out the trash, was disinfecting the POS, chairs, tables, etc. Seriously- I need to know what they pay you all there. Decent prices and lots of free services! It did take about an hour and a half to inspect my old tire, change it out, a balance, and an alignment. Seemed pretty normal to me! This review is for 4 service visits, all of them 5 stars, for the Noblesville location since we moved there in the past year. We previously used the Carmel location with great service as well, so apparently this company is doing great things insofar as developing their leadership, customer service and culture. After I write this review I'm going to see if they are publicly traded so I can buy stock. We've done there twice for tires (a cheap pair for an old van we were going to sell and an expensive set for a daily driver w 20" wheels) and once each for free air service and free punctured tire service. Every time and with every associate I dealt with, they were polite, articulate, respectful, informative and swift. They don't charge to put air in your tires and offer (with no pressure) you to sign up for service monitoring and sales ads -- but will still fill your tires for free if you deline it. Yesterday I had them remove a bolt from a tire I didn't even buy there. They quickly and cheerfully did it for free. And shook my hand and thanked me for my service. Way to go guys!! read more

Pulled in to add some air on December 5th. I pulled into the air station and sat while all of the techs looked and pointed but didn't move a muscle to actually do anything. I had to get my disabled self out of my truck and go find a manager to have someone come out. I sent an email to Discount Tire corporate and was told I would get a call from the store manager. As of January 3rd, I have heard from the regional manager and corporate customer service 4 times, and each time, I was promised a call from the store. It hasn't happened yet. Last Saturday I realized that I was losing air in one of my tires. I panicked and called Discount Tires about 4:15pm to see if I needed an appointment to come in and have it looked at. Dylan answered the telephone and said that I didn't need an appointment and to come on in before they close at 5:00. I got there about 20 minutes later and they immediately took my tire off to take a look. There was no nail or anything in the tire. They said the rim was rusty and it may have been causing the tire to not seal properly around it. These guys are super nice and don't talk down to you. I didn't realize that they do free tire rotation if you buy your tires there. I was there about 25 minutes. They took the tire off, used a wire brush to get the rust off and put the tire back on. They did not charge me at all. I will be looking for my next tires here. read more

Great service and selection at this location. The shop itself is very clean and the employees are helpful and friendly. I made an appointment online to repair a flat and was seen immediately when I arrived. Although the tire couldn't be fixed, they had my somewhat rare tire in stock and were able to change it right there. I was on my way with a new tire within 40 minutes of arriving (20 min sooner than they estimated). They did not try and pressure or upsell me on anything I didn't want. Price was lowest I found, although they would have price matched if it wasn't. As I'm used to waiting around for hours whenever I have a tire issue, this experience was a nice surprise for me. I have spent thousands of dollars with Discount Tire Carmel/Westfield. This morning, noticed flat and could see small screw in tire. Put some air into tire and drove to Discount Tire Carmel/Westfield. I arrived before 8am opening of the store and no other customers in line or waiting. Once opened, told them needed help with small screw in recently purchased new tires and even showed them. Told me they take appt only due to labor shortage and would be a couple days. What??? One employee was texting on cell as manager was telling me this not even working. Only one car in bay and multi gents there. Told me their Noblesville location might be able to help me. Really??? 10 min job???? Long time customer that has invested thousands? Check the computer? So drove over to TireDiscount Westfield. I can't even begin to count how many tires I've bought here over the years. There's no way around it; buying tires sucks. A lot. I think they have doubled in price over the last 15 years, but that is industry wide. It's not unique to Discount Tire. This shop is always clean, efficient and friendly. I've never had any issues with them. I get free rotation and balancing on any tired I purchased there. Pro tip: spend the extra $ and get the extended protection plan. Sure enough it was a nail in one of the tires. They diagnosed it quickly and reminded me that I was also due for a rotation and offered to do that as well. Horrible timing as I got a flat tire 3 weeks before I'm trading in my vehicle. Oh well, another hundred dollars or so before I get rid of the car. I made this clear to my salesman. I told him I'm trading it would be gone in 3 weeks, need a cheap tire to put on it. He continued to try and tell me the rest of the tires need replaced too, I reminded him of the trade. He then said ok and the tire is around $99. "Your total sir is $142.00". I asked him how we went from $100 to that. Oh I charged you the lifetime warranty. I stood in disbelief and reminded him....3 WEEKS!. He then tried to sell me an extra tire for 1/2 price. This was all after I told him I was getting a new jeep wrangler and would be back for some upgraded tires and wheels. I feel sorry for the poor people walking in here and getting ripped off....didnt even explain what the charges were, just a total. They lost $2,000+ worth of additional business from me by trying to screw me out of $16. Pathetic. read more

Apparently my tires were on the brink of death. While one of the guys inspected the tread, he said something along the lines of - "Yeah, you shouldn't even be driving on these right now." Sure, this could be said to every customer, but in this situation - he was correct. It was definitely time for some new wheels. Car related shops always make me a little uneasy. Seriously, these guys are always so helpful and treat me as though I'm not an idiot. You can't ask for much more than that! I took my jeep in when one tire was low and they couldn't find a leak so they told me to bring it back again if it goes down. It did and then they found the nail, which was mostly hidden.
