The job shouldn't take more than 3 hours, but it seemed they forgot about my car because I had to follow up with them 6 hours later since I wasn't reached back about my car being finished. When I asked for documentation of the alignment specs over the phone since they didn't give the Mrs's any paperwork the person on the line told me they email the receipt and details. Upon checking my email they didn't provide such documentation. My wife's car is still pulling to the right. I recently had a good experience at this Firestone location, thanks to store manager Eric, so wanted to share. About a year ago I bought new tires at a different Firestone location. With the purchase, you get free tire alignment for one year. Since my one year was coming up, I made sure to get in for an alignment. I called this location and was easily able to make an appointment. The alignment took about 30 minutes. After this, of course they recommended three other maintenance items based on the mileage. I typically get my car serviced at the dealership so that everything happens in the same system, but decided to pursue one of the recommended maintenance options. Unfortunately, the next day my car had a major issue somewhat related to the maintenance service they performed. My car wouldn't start, which was infuriating as it completely de-railed my day causing me to be homebound since my wife had already left for work. I promptly called Eric who offered to help get the car towed to the store so they could try to fix the issue. Ultimately, I waited for my wife to get home from work so we could jump the car and I brought it in. Eric and his team were able to fix the issue at no charge since my car had just been in the shop the day prior. Hey Firestone! You sold my wife an alignment on my jeep while I was out of town... told her YOU recommended it, but here's where it gets shady, the jeep had an alinement the week prior! And if you put it on the machine you should have seen that the vehicle was tracking fine and removed the charge. I stopped at the Firestone by my house to have my break light checked. I had already spent 2 weeks getting advice from other local places and an auto repair business but they couldn't figured out. Julio went out to the parking and open the back light thing and checked and there was nothing needed but a new little light bulb. The other places had told me i was going to need electrical work and other things. Julio replaced the little bulb i already had and placed all back into place and didn't even charge me. Took my car in to get 2 tires replaced, I supplied the new tires. Advisor told me the price, I agreed, he comes back in and says he needs to charge an additional $8 for "valve stems" because of my TPMS. I question him why and he lets me know that the "rubber stem needs to be replaced" I laughed in my head and paid knowing that the stems are metal just so I can leave this review. I had a free oil change that Firestone offered a free oil change from my last inconvenience. When I went there he was very condescending. Told me I needed to show a receipt when all my service was done at Firestone. I explained to him who offered the free oil change. He told me he's no longer there. read more

We had an appt at 2:00 for an oil change. They close at 6:00. It was about 5:10 and no call yet. We call and they tell us they are "working on the car now". We come down 30 min later to pick up and my car is still in the bay. We ask how much longer and they say "oh we ain't getting to it today". They say they had to pull a tech off my car to work on another. But no call to us and we had an appt. Just for an oil change. No additional service. Don't take an appt if you can fulfill it or at least have customer service and call to let us know so we can take our business elsewhere. Worst place ever, dropped off a tire in the morning to have it patched and repaired. I was told it would be ready In an hour... came back at closing time, with my tire sitting in the same place it was when I left. Wasted my whole day waiting for these clowns. Worst experience I've ever had Joe was the most rude and unprofessional person I've ever experienced talking to he used profanity on the phone after I realized that they had broke my seat mind you I took my car there for AC condenser and compressor that led to them breaking something on my firewall which cause them to take out my dashboard and my seats and yesterday Joe assured me there were no issues no lights no codes hour before closing he calls me back and now there are codes and after I said you guys broke something else he began to use profanity and aggression being that this is the second thing they broke Joe ,Julio and that whole establishment should be shut down unprofessional don't know what they're doing and very very rude especially being that the problems that they have to fix are problems they cause themselves never take a vehicle to the location on deer springs and Simmons I only took my vehicle there for condenser and compressor which I really didn't need my AC ran 98% of the time after they broke the AC they got mad and told me I could take the vehicle now with no AC and my AC worked 98% of the time. This is the first thing they broke in the pictures,now they had to take my dashboard and seats out and now my seats are broken and they can't fix it they have to send it to the dealer and I got cussed out for what they did Joe should be fired the way he speaks the people read more

Took my car for tires was offered a discounted inspection which was totally proactive considering my car was just maintenanced per the check point. Got my car back leaking fluids from 3 different areas but ironically from the work I had just gotten done. They said "these cars usually need these repairs at your current mileage" once I told them I had just gotten the work done theyre faces turned bright red. I dropped my car off and was advised a few cars ahead of mines but will call me after they take a look...3:00 pm comes around still nothing call to check the status and Joe tells me "Oh they are currently looking at it now" 5:00 pm rolls around still nothing...call again because they close at 6...Joe passes the phone just for someone else to tell me "Oh we are short staffed and haven't had a chance to take a look but can keep it overnight and take a look first thing in the morning if you would like. One thing to be short staffed but why not say that when I dropped my car off initially? Or better yet joe tell me that instead of LYING? 0 stars....this is a clean place, perfect location ...BUT came in for brake inspection....the tech did a half inspection because all they reported was that they were new pads and eventually squeaking would stop.. fast fwd 3 months later still squeaking so I went elsewhere. For 2nd opinion..the mechanic took all the pads and rotors and saw a defect in 2 of them( even though they were new)..they had an indentation on pads and rotors were uneven....got them replaced at a different location no more squeaking.....attention to detail wasn't taught at this location...will not return even for wiper blades. read more

Had a 7am appointment it is now 3pm and they're barely looking at it. Said they'd call in 45 min. I had to call them at 5:45 to check status and they said they didn't find anything. Previously took my car for an oil change and asked for an inspection because I knew my brakes were squeaking. They didn't even inspect my vehicle. Had to take it back the following week and it needed all new rotors and brakes and it's still squeaking! This place is definitely lacking. Why didn't they look at it in the first place when they were supposed to? And why take an appointment when you were backed up with cars from the previous day. Absolutely pointless for my car to be sitting there 8 hours and not even look at it until 30 min to close. Just left and stopped at the sign and guess what? It's squeaking. Came in months ago just to fix a coolant problem. I forgot who I talked too it was either Tyler, Cameron, or Thomas and I remember they called me to update me on my car and then proceeded to ask if I want to get these other services done air filter, alignment etc. I said "no thank you I would like to get the service I had ask for done only". When it came to the day I had to pick it up I saw they charged me for all these extra services that I already said no too. I don't know if its because I was a woman who went in alone they took advantage of me but I didn't appreciate either one of them gaslighting me proceeding to say I did agree. I went in and I found out that they also booked another customer with the same time as mine. I sat there for 2 hours and they didn't even touch my car. The service manager is rude too, very bad bad bad. He was nasty with me. He doesn't know good customer service and very unprofessional. He didn't even apologize for wasting my time. Took my car in for break pad and rotor replacement. Travelled to a family member's house 300 miles away. During the entire trip I heard rattling coming from the driver side tire area so I took it to a local Firestone shop. During the inspection, the mechanic told me that my break caliper bolt was missing. They were very accommodating and replaced the caliper bolt. It was really upsetting to learn that my breaking capability was compromised. I spoke with the Vegas shop manager, Thomas, and requested the labor portion of the break repair be refunded. He replied that that's what the warranty is for. He did offer me a complimentary oil change, which I found unacceptable. It is highly unlikely that I will ever return to a Firestone location and I caution all others who contemplate taking their cars there for service. UPDATE: I received a call from the area manager, Andy, and he was able to resolve my issue. Very nice, apologetic and understanding. While I will not return to the Aliante shop, I will consider service at another shop. read more

My vehicle was leaking oil bad after making a long drive from the east coast . The techs listened to my concerns and were very efficient looking over my car to find the problem and fix it for me . I use to go-to this place alot, I will no longer visit this establishment. ESPECIALLY for a tire plug, my GF had a screw in the middle of the tire. I told her to call Firestone they have always treated me good. She called, they asked her what kind of car it was, she told them a Jaguar. He then proceeded to tell her $29.99 for the plug, EVEN after she told them it was in the center of the tire. I called Discount tire on Azure, they told me it was free, she went down and got it taken care of within the same hour. I would give 0 stars, however this location was great when Thomas was manager. I went recently to get an oil change and tires rotated & car generally inspected. I was charged $106 just for a basic oil change, keep in mind i have a toyota corolla, nothing fancy... $10 for the filter and $90 for 5 qts of oil, that typically costs $50... that took about 4 hours with an appointment... they even "forgot" to rotate my tires and didn't tell me until i asked about it... days later my tire pressure light came on, i added air and the next day my tire was completely flat, i looked online to see if they had coupons on tires and saw a coupon for $25 off an oil change that they didn't even tell me about. Also I wasn't given a brief explanation when i picked up my car, it was just here's how much it is and your receipt will be emailed to you, which it never even was. Before my original purpose for going in was ever addressed, I was already being pressured to buy tires, which I don't need since I have solid tread being that the tires are about 2 years old and I seldom drive the vehicle and the employee insisted I also get wipers and an oil change and put it on their credit card he was also pushing. I shut down all of his offers and asked him to please focus on why I went in to begin with. Once he felt I wouldn't buy any ancillary products or services his entire demeanor changed. I was running errands in the afternoon and upon one of my stops, I noticed one of my rear tires noticeably low. I drove down the street some distance and decided to have it looked at. After arriving at this Firestone store, I talked with the manager, Grant Routh, and he squeezed me in for what turned out to be a tire replacement. He was very cordial, professional, and provided extremely good service and a good price on the tire. I was only there around 20 minutes, at a busy time of day. Scheduled appointment. Arrived 15 minutes early. Manager was at lunch and the shop shut down completely for an hour. Asked if they could simply check me in so I could go home and wait for whenever they get around to it. They told me only the manager can work the computers. After asking further, the manager arrived to address and appeared frustrated. The entire process was unprofessional. A shop shouldn't shut down completely because one person went to lunch. Apparently no one else is allowed to check people in. I've avoided firestones for a long time because of non-sense like this. Tried one more time and got burned like always. Stay away. Give your money to a good shop like V&V auto not far away from this location. I would advise they replace the manager for this location. I can't imagine a situation where other employees aren't allowed to operate computers except that the manager doesn't trust them. They lost out on a $800 job because of this. read more

I made an appointment a week in Advance for an oil change, on a Sunday to help with my busy schedule. I always used Firestone in California, they were great! This place, not so much. I walked in at my scheduled time and was told if I wanted to keep my 9am appointment my truck would have to sit there till closing, very unprofessional person working. Did not have any customer service values. I was so disappointed that I left and he seemed relieved.
