I'm 100% the type of person to patronize this tire establishment. I'm from LA and these are usually the good spots. Their humble place of business isn't fancy nor is it appealing. However, you can snag a pretty decent deal here. They provide used and new options like all other similar hole on the wall shops around town. Just keep in mind that you get what you pay for. I truly wanted to give this place at least a 4 star rating but I had a little bit of a frustrating time one day. Let's just say I made 2 trips here one week and that was annoying. Anyway, still a quick spot to go if you miss any sporadic rush. It does get packed so plan accordingly. Only place in town that's 24HR tire service. We had a flat with no spare so we had it towed there. If your car requires a specific puck for the jack, bring it because they don't have it there. Bring cash, we didn't know it was cash only. Charged us 20 when it's usually $15 - but still reasonable and we still gave him a tip. Realized my tps light was on and as usual I thought not too much of it just figured my tire pressure was a little under and I will inflate it later when I get a chance. Continue driving doing deliveries for third-party and I really felt like I was feeling a lot more of the road. Came out from picking up a delivery when I noticed my driver rear side tire is completely flat. Already picked up a Customers order so I went ahead and against better judgment continued to safely finish the delivery on the flat tire. It's 7:30 PM on a Saturday and all typical Big Box tire shops are closed and luckily this place was nearby where I was currently at and it's open 24 hours!!! Pulled up and even though they had quite a few customers I was able to be taken in right away. They took off my tire to take a look at it and luckily there was no major additional damage even with driving on it. They were able to patch up the tire, put it back on my car and send me on my way in about 15min for very low fair price. They saved me that night and I was able to continue making deliveries and money!!! read more

Garbage place! My girl went there and had 2 tires put on. They never put the hubcaps on correctly (hubcap on then lug nuts). She got home and one hubcap was missing. Now the other one is gone. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away from this trash business. Will be stopping by tomorrow and see what they gonna do about it. read more

Went 8/17/24 with 2 intentions to either patch a tire or buy a used tire. Now I'm going to mention this the flat tire was already in the bed of my truck , when I pulled up I myself downloaded the tire and handed it to a nice gentleman who said he will check for leaks and attempt to patch , 5 minutes later he came back and said he cannot find a leak , I told him I just came from another name brand shop who couldn't fix it either , I said fine since you can't fix can you sell me a used tire? He said he will check , 5 minutes later he comes back empty handed and apologized for not finding any used tires. Fine I thanked him and picked my tire and loaded it to the bed of my truck my self. As I was about to get in my truck the gentleman comes back after getting yelled at by his manager ( Georgina) I simply to avoid confrontation paid the $10 she demanded. I got on my truck with a feeling that I had been scammed out of money and time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I nicely walked over to the officer and asked for the manager who told me her name was Giorgina. Went for a quick tire change after work and two of the workers from the shop welcomed me with poor attitudes. Had to bother someone to come down since they don't accept credit which was needed to be mentioned to any customer from the very beginning as any business should. The worker's also slacked off the whole time sitting down on their phone's instead if doing their job and maintaining the shop until they finally got up after seeing another coworker came by with a pack of beer. My tire went flat and it was Saturday after 5:00 pm. I didn't have the tools to change it, so AAA sent me a tow truck. The driver suggested we take the car to a place he knows that's open 24/7. We did, and I'm really glad! The guy at Rapid Tires took off the flat tire, ch it thoroughly, and found the problem - a loose valve stem. He tightened it and put the tire back on my car. He said no charge. . So I gave him a nice tip. They could easily have talked me into buying a new tire, but instead he fixed my tire for free! Overpriced services, their inventory of wheels and tires are junk, and nasty attitudes. They want to charge you more for using a card, which of course, is not on their sign outside. BAD TINT installation! The tint person got upset when he was informed there were bubbles more that 1 month after the installation. Person(s) removed the tint paper and left the glue on the window. As stated by the person, who's name is on the business card for the window tinting, "all tint not going to be perfect" which is understandable. When you are paying for something like this, usually you are paying for quality effort. Go to a business that at least has a warranty.... They don't even give receipts! UNEXCEPTABLE!! read more

They gave me such badly cupped tires that my car shook!! They said I might need to get a balance which they did not offer until the tires were all the way on. The car pulled so hard to the right it felt like I needed an alignment! I took it to my brakes guy and he showed me how uneven they spin due to cupping. He said it was causing the shaking and pull so he moved the tires to the back. It stopped. Later when I returned and spoke to the manager she said I could not put the amount I paid toward new tires even though they did not have a matching, decent set in my size.
