I got a good deal on tires so that's a plus but when I picked up my car I was told the spare I bought was a little too big so it was going to stick out of my wheel well an inch or so. Not a big deal. However when I got to my car I opened the trunk and my spare wasn't even in my wheel well. It was thrown on top of what I had in the trunk! (A portable tire pump, tennis balls, a portable car battery charger, and some other stuff) So I go to put my spare in the wheel well, it doesn't fit at all. There was PLENTY of extra room in my trunk. I go to get into my car and a panel on my drivers side was popped out and just left on my floor board. Why do you need to take out any panels to replace tires? I had to put the panel back into place myself. As a women, now I am honestly concerned there's been a tracker placed in my car. Then when I get home I noticed there is damage to my windshield tint! I tried to capture it in my picture but with the reflection it's hard to see. My tint is scratched and peeling off now. Why would anyone need to be touching my windshield for my tires to be replaced??? In addition all of my tires should be filled to 32-35, all of them were at 40. read more

STAY AWAY! Saboteur works here! I took my car in here due to a flat tire. The person at the desk was very cordial but I had to wait for 2.5 hours for them to take in my car and fix the flat. They didn't charge me and drove the car to the front door. That was very nice so far. After a couple of weeks I went into the trunk to take out my portable air compressor. When I opened it up the air line to the compressor was cut into several pieces. Very malicious! Please beware you can't trust this place. Two of my tires were busted and the rims were damaged. I did not like the first set of rims that I purchased so I was told that I could exchange them. I decided that I wanted 20 in rims and tires and Chris said that I could exchange them both even though they head miles on them. Then I decided that the 20 in rims and tires were too expensive. I was given quotes from the Stealership, and a few other places in town and these guys were $50 cheaper per tire everytime.
