I have been using this store for over twenty years. Had good service and was convenient. I scheduled several maintenance items for today online a few days ago. Arriving this morning, I was told that the store didn't receive online information. Then I was asked if I had purchased my tires there. Answering yes, I was asked when. These are 60,000 mile Michelins with 30,000 miles. I was then told that they couldn't service tires of a certain age, but they could put it on the rack and advise me. I could see where this was going. He wanted a tire sale. I asked for my keys, left and will never go there again. The place was also DIRTY and the manager was less than enthusiastic. I gave them 4 stars just to ensure it's a believable and realistic review. There's always room for improvement, but these folks provided very good service. The young lady that took care of me was knowledgeable about tires and provided some great feedback. Her Manager took time to ensure I was getting the best deal available. Had to replace the tires on my car on short notice because of an upcoming trip and some road debris. Was able to call and make an appointment on 48 hours notice. Brad was super helpful and really worked to get me a good deal on my tires. Took them about an hour and a half to put new tires on my vehicle. The waiting room is a little small so it can get loud if you are waiting in there and others are in there talking. read more

I came here to have my TPMS sensors replaced - I brought my own. Gary took care of me and I even bought a new battery. They didn't pressure me but did advise that the crank isn't where it needed to be. Since I bought a battery for two of our other vehicles I figured it was time for a new one in my Altima. There's two waiting areas. One with bar stools where you can chat it up with the reception peeps and look in the service bays or by the restroom with a coffee machine and a TV. The service did take quite some time. I was here for 3 hours for a TPMS replacement on all 4 wheels and a new battery replacement with an appointment. read more

Russ the manager and Mike the district manager are real pieces of work. Took in my car to have a tire replaced... They replaced the incorrect tire. After advising them of this I was told they would fix the issue. Brought in my car and was basically called a liar. Was told that both my tires must have had a leak... Requested my original tire back and was told it was "already picked up". After arguing for 2 hours they magically found my original tire in the back. Mike the district manager told me that he understood why Russ had a problem with me because I would not stop talking... WHAT A WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER. I have been a customer since 2002. If I could give 0 stars I would. Call 9:30am to get an alignment appointment to be done at 1:30pm. I showed up on time and went to the desk to tell the manager I had an appointment I 1:30. His response was a stern "no". No "I'm sorry our machine is down right now". Just a straight up "no". It was a waste of a half hour drive when I called in the morning they could've just have said that their machine is down. Terrible communication and they don't know how to treat a person. read more

I wasn't sure if I needed a battery or not. Dan was great. He took my car in before the appointment time. They did a battery check right there in the parking lot; determined the battery was not an issue. I was out before my original scheduled appointment. I wasn't charged for the battery test. read more

This place used to be my go- to place for tires and auto repairs but not anymore. Over the years I had this shop perform oil changes, install batteries, alternators and perform brake and front end work. Gary the manager was always very helpful and honest to tell me what work needed to be done on my Toyota Tacoma truck and Dodge Ram van. The last time I had the Toyota truck in for an oil change Gary was not on duty. The new manager was a younger man who refused to rotate my tires even though the work is included in the oil change. He said I needed new tires even though the tread was only half worn and the tread bar was no where near showing. He also pressured me into installing new rear shock absorbers for $200. Later I brought the Dodge van in for an oil change. The new manager said he could not change the oil unless I had the oil pan replaced for $800. I won't bring my business to this place anymore with the new manager. The new manager is pushing expensive work on customers. read more

So where do I begin. After getting brand new tires in my car at another place of location that is very trust worthy. I ride to tire kingdom on blanding next the the Duncan donuts and just FML! so I originally when in for a alignment and I did and also got talked into an oil change in which I did. He tried to offer new tires as well but I denied Cuz as well you know there ALL new tires. So I left for about an hour in which I waited for there call for pickup and don't cha know. I have a nail on my tire right as I walk in the establishment. I'm like umm no... I have an up to date car and it notify me when any issue in message form to allow you to know the problem. So I'm confused how I didn't have a low tire issues when I drove from North jax to west. I asked didn't notify you in my car when you got in to pull it up on the car rack. He said no. He noticed it after they did my alignment and oil change. We had some words about it and I left. Hoping to not come back just like an in satisfied customer. 2,500 miles after a high mileage oil change my light come on. I have full synthetic high mileage and it not supposed to come in till 4K in. I now bring the car to get address the issue and once explaining it; the man behind the seat is obviously offended by me like he did it. And gives the attitude in the key exchange and walks out the side door. That jester in which made me turn to look at another customer and ask am I wrong or does he have an attitude. She said yes. So after watching him hand my keys off, I wait until the guy approach my car and says checks my oil. It says safe but the LIGHT IS ON! he says just clear it. No! One you can't the car done work like that you gotta fix it. If y'all reset it and there a problem then what?? I'm not getting any real answers and I gotta get this problem fixed! There a mess up there the only reasonable person is a person named Richard. He was professional and calm. Guys behind the desk need to do better in customer management. PROBLEM NOT FIXED!! The Tire Kingdom associate (I believe was the manager, the name of the closing sales associate on the invoice is the manager ) "greeted" me 10 minutes after I arrived. No one was at the desk when I got there. His facial expression and attitude appeared irritated and frustrated, as if I were an inconvenience. I handed the man my appointment print out which indicated the time of the appointment and the type of service I requested online. He glanced at it and handed it back. As expected he "recommended" additional services. I declined, but reconsidered and informed him that I would approve the other two services that he recommended. At check out, the total was larger than expected. The man charged me for a Full Synthetic Oil change after I requested a Synthetic Blend Oil change. The promotional price I got online was $34.82 for Synthetic Blend. He charged me $79.99 for Full Synthetic. I handed him the printout again. This time he actually looked at the printout and realized that he made a mistake. Instead of owing up to his mistake and instead charge me for what I requested, he flat out said I had to pay for the service because I got a Full Synthetic oil change. The prices for the wheel alignment and brake system flush were not what was quoted either. I reluctantly paid for the services. Arguing this matter would have gotten me no where. This man made no effort to make this right. He ignored the online service requested, he didn't commit to his quoted prices, and he made no attempt to make this right. read more
