Replaced all four tires and sensors. over inflated my tires and and didn't program my sensors. Had to return.

Went in for routine maintenance. They decided to tell me that my car needs complete front brakes and rear brakes. They are recommending brake pads, calipers, and rotors. All four. At cost total of $1200. They also recommended a fuel system cleaning for $160 which is a complete waste of money. $145 to flush the brake system. When I asked them why all brakes and rotors and calipers need to be replaced they said because the pads are worn down. I asked him what's wrong with them and their response was because the past were worn down. They could not advise me of any mechanical failure or reason to replace them. Just a blatant attempt to rip off their customer for over $1500. Edit to add that about a week after my TPMS light comes on. All 4 tires were 8 to 10 pounds under inflated. How do you do an alignment without checking the air pressure in the tires? Can not even trust a tire store to check the air in the tires? read more

I was always a loyal customer at this location. I was told I needed a new oil pan and brought it somewhere else to get a second opinion and come to find out I only need a new drain plug because mine was TAKEN OUT by one of their mechanics. Don't need a new oil pan at all. So thanks for costing me $100 goodyear and trying to scam me out of $600. Bring your business elsewhere! read more

My car was having an undiagnosed issue, I entered to be told my car would have to kept overnight and, I needed to find a ride because I had people in line front of me. I waited an hour and no information was ever taken about my car or my name, so I left to Firestone who was happy to take down my info immediately and get my car checked in so I could continue with my day. read more

Came in for an oil change (made appointment 1 day prior), full synthetic $69.99. There's a deal for $5 off right now. There was an older gentleman at the front who provided service immediately, Richard. He gave me the oil change and air filter for free since I needed 2 new tires badly. He was very helpful and communicated what was going on while it was happening. His customer service skills were not only efficient, but naturally gregarious. The manager is the person who made my appointment yesterday but had today off. He was friendly over the phone. Service time is a bit lengthy. read more

My car broke down in the middle of the night off of Wells Road. So I got on google and found this place less than a mile up the road. I called that next morning and got Mike (the store manager) on the phone. I explain the situation to him and he confirmed that should be something that could fix. After getting it towed to them around noon, I showed up and a mechanic was already looking at it. Within 15 minutes of me being there, Mike had given me a quote and told me that they had the parts in stock so that I my car would be fixed that same day. In addition to fixing the initial issue he also spotted another issue that was a major safety concern and was able to take care of that as well. And true to his word, he had the car done that same day. Great experience, would highly recommend! read more

My sister in-law had a radiator hose blow and this place quoted her get this.....get ready for it......$1000.00 to fix. They required, said it was mandatory, as if by some legal protocol, for a radiator flush at a cost of approx. $200.00 and she also needed a new thermostat. Each hour labor would cost her $150.00. Luckily my sister in law told them no to the thermostat. But how can a hose, a thermostat and a radiator flush cost $1000.00? I would avoid this place, they have no respect for women, trying to take advantage of someone down on their luck. I think Good Year should go in there and fire the whole bunch. read more

Prompt oil change & rotation at a fair price with coupon. A little concerning that an invoice was drawn up for regular oil when my car takes synthetic, but we got that straightened out. Also offered to change my engine air filter (debatable it needed it) + I did it myself the day after I got the car back (after calling/driving around to a few different places) This tells me odds are they didn't just have the filter sitting around, but would have likely simply taken out the filter air hose/vacuumed it & charged me $40-50. It's just a commentary on the auto service industry today. Can't blame them. Easy money. read more

service is not so great, don't know if I will be returning...twice I have been disappointed! the first time I was disappointed I didn't get the service I had requested and the man acted unconvinced when I questioned why I didn't get what I had wanted...my second disappointment I was told my car would take an hour then 3.5 hours later I had not heard from them and when I finally got in touch with then I was told it would be even longer....for an oil change! that day they were not very busy either! when I first started using them the service was top notch, now not so much..... read more

The "Free Flat Repair" sign by the road is a ruze to get you in to sell you tires. Twice it's happened to me on two different vehicles. Tires are always "just beyond the stage" where flat tire repair can be done. They won't fix even if i want to pay. Last time i went elsewhere and purchased tires, this time I'm going to get my tire fixed elsewhere. Wouldn't have been so bad if they'd not let me sit in the waiting room for 1:45 before telling me they only wanted to sell me tires. They won't fool me a third time. read more

I lived in the area for 2 years and took my cars here regularly. Pros: This place does a lot of work that oil change places won't do. They are pretty good as far as service and courtesy. Cons: They frequently get the time estimates wrong. Several times they got it wrong by more than an hour. read more

Horrible auto service. Prior dealership technician but had to stop for emergency rear brake lock up. I should paid to tow but figured better to use them. I was wrong, the prices and knowledge are just unethical(110% parts mark-up) plus tried to get me on extra services that were not needed. Guarantee none of those technicians are certified nor nothing completed by procedure in repair manual. If I was a regular Joe that didn't know cars I would of been out the door for $1000 rear brake job. Dealerships don't charge that. I called there customer service and "Robert" had nothing to say except dealership parts are about the same price. BS. Corporate assholes. Find a better shop to work on your car. Update: Failed to mention that the brake pads were installed incorrectly. Both squealer pads that indicate your pad is low were installed on one side. So had to remove wheel that was repaired for that extra added rework from Goodyear auto service. Thanks and never again Goodyear. I wish I could give zero stars. read more
