I have the worst luck with my tires and am so annoyed when I have to figure stuff out for my car. I bought a tire ahead of time and set up an appt for them to install it. I was called early when my tire was delivered and they were able to move my appt earlier. After inspecting my tire, they were actually able to remove the nail that I initially thought was in an Unpatchable area and offered me the option to insure the rest of my tires. I was really appreciative that they didn't pressure me into using the purchased tire and actually help me save some cash as my tire is pretty expensive. This is the place to go if you need tire rotation or even getting a nail removed from a tire. I bought rims and tires from my truck from them and financed it through them. No issues at all. Tires and Rims are paid off now. I bought the insurance on the tires and I'm glad I did because about 7 months in I got a huge screw in one of the tires and it was not repairable. So they put a brand new tire of the same brand and the insurance covered it. They also do free rotations if you purchases the tires with them. The wait times can be long if you are a walk in. Stopped by the Orlando location because I had got a nail in my tire on my way into work. I understand the weather wasn't great but simply was trying to make it back home without a issue. Dalbi I believe was the name walked out to my vehicle and said it just needed to be replaced when he walked back in. I've done enough business through discount tire to know how they operate and check the vehicles and visually watched him never actually check the depth. Yes the tire was worn but still right at 4/32 (verified by apopka store) and pretty much sent me on my way. Drove to the location by my house to see about replacing the tire since I only had about 30min of drive time between filling it back up with air. They offered to repair but had one in stock. I opted to replace it being they had the tire in stock and I was already here. The original tire had coverage and the option to fix was on the table according to the apopka store but aware the life of the tire was at its end. All I wanted to do was get back home safe but I guess that's not a priority at this location. read more

Incredible service, one of my Pirelli run flat tires blew out at 5pm on a Friday, after calling around for a replacement I got in touch with Rick, he accommodated me a little after they closed to check the car to ensure the replacement tires he had would work. Order the tires at 6:15pm on a Friday, got them in the next day, about 9am on Saturday, installed and was out within 50 minutes. I discovered a screw in my tire and started calling around to get it patched. After numerous calls, Walmart never picked up. Action Gator Tire loves ripping everyone off and wanted $25. When I called Discount Tire, they said it would be done free of charge and could get me in same day. When they gave me back my keys, they had inflated, rebalanced, and shined all tires. This place was amazing. I got my front tires replaced, and honestly I'll go back again and again even though it's a little out of my way. The lobby is very socially distanced, everyone is masked, and there's hand sanitizer everywhere. This is easily the cleanest auto shop I've ever been to, and I have a feeling that's not just COVID protocol. Everyone working was fantastic and obviously knew their stuff. I have been customer here for more than 10 years this place used to be great but with that been said this location has changed and not for the better first i go because all four of my tires that were rated at 65k are worn and i only have 30k on the truck so i tell the service kid because thats what they have working here now what happens now he tells me let me ask the manager so he tells me he can give me a discount on two tires like really i have always added the warranty and if the tire is way under the thread life well at least make me a real offer and take responsibility for the tires i can pay half and i thought that would be fair since i used them for 30k then i call days later to ask if i can get a slightly bigger tire since someone is selling me take offs from a brand new truck with an attitude the clerk tells me you need to come in to see if a bigger size will work its great when they are making a sell but not to help otherwise tires were always rotated and this is the first time something like this has happen i expected alot more from this place i have 5 cars that i take here and a trailer not anymore you guys just lost a customer read more

I've been getting my tires here for over 14 years now. They will take care of you when you buy your tires and when you just need to rotate and balance your tires. If you are near this spot and need tires this is the place to go. I've also had to use the warranty a few times because of a tire in the nail and bad camber wear and they either replaced the tire for free or prorated the tire price for me. :) FYI you can make an appointment online and it makes things a lot faster than just dropping by. read more

However, be prepared to wait up to two hours or more on Saturdays for a rotation, the wait times they give you are not always accurate. They also don't love making appointments for rotation only.
