I was in here last week to get my car's tires rotated and balanced. It was a weekday morning, so there were hardly 2-3 other customers in there. I was greeted promptly as soon as I walked in and they took my car in within a couple of minutes of my arrival. I was out the door within 30 minutes. They have plenty of seating in the waiting area. This was the only store in 100 mile radius from my house that had any tires in stock that would fit my car. I had ordered tires online to another store but they still hadn't arrived and I had a 13 hour drive to make the next day. The person who answered my call was very nice and found the tires I needed as well as allowed me to come in to get them on 30 minutes later. Was headed out of town for holidays. Went to put some more air in tires and couldn't get a valve cap off. Ended up using pliers and pulled off entire valve stem. Opps. So put the spare on and head to this local on the way to get the gf to head out. Joe came and greeted me. I explained my problem he said it has to be replaced with the sensors in them. But luckily they were cheap. He took my keys and about 15 minutes he had me out the door, with spare but away under all the luggage and what not in the trunk. leveled off all the air pressure in the other tires and sent me on my way. Oh and this was on a Friday at about 4pm. Couldn't of been happier about how fast they got me in and out. Awesome. read more

These guys are the best. I bought a set of tires at this store for my Infiniti M35x. I immediately began to notice a vibration and noise that was not present with the old tires. After two weeks and having inspected the brakes, bearings and alignment I took the car back to the store and their only concern was making sure that I was happy. They immediately replaced the tires with an alternative brand without any additional fees or cost. As soon as I left the store I noticed that the vibrations and grinding noise had disappeared. Things don't always go according to plan - it is great to know that when you are not happy that there is a company like this that will take great care of you. I can't believe I haven't left a 5 star review earlier. All I have had is great experiences with this location. They will patch up your tire for free even if you didn't purchase from them. I have bought tires for all my vehicles from discount and will continue. They greet you within seconds of walking in and have the best prices. They will get you in and out in no time. This place is truly awesome and the only place I will buy tires. Got a new set of wheels (after having the car wash damage one beyond repair) and CJ couldn't have been more helpful. These guys were awesome! As soon as I walked through the doors someone was there to greet me he showed me exactly what tires are a good choice and within my budget. It took a grand total of 10 minutes to walk in, go through all of my options, pay, and walk out. They had the tires on and ready to go in an hour and a half when I came back. This store steals your money and doesn't honor there warranties. I got a flat and brought it in to get it fixed but instead of honoring their warranty they just tried to sell me a new tire. I bought 4 tires 3000 miles apart and the 2 new tires have lost all there tread after 10,000 miles while the other two are perfectly fine, obviously there is something wrong with these tires but they didn't care and they wouldn't replace them they just tried to sell me new tires! You sold me the bad tires in the first place why would I ever buy tires from you again. Sad that the sales associates don't care about providing you with the right tire just the tire that will make them more money. read more

I worked with CJ to get a new set of tires on my Truck and buy a new set of wheels for my car. As always I had a great experience and received a very high level of customer service. I had four new tires put on my car. The guy at the front was friendly and helpful, and the actual work was done quickly, well within the estimated time. Within two days, I'd lost one hubcap, and five of the sixteen hubcap screws. Needless to say, I'm not impressed with their workmanship. read more

This review could have gone one of two ways. I had some trouble with getting my tires changed out for new ones from this place. One of the sensors on my tires got broken during the change out and although the shop (without telling me) replaced the sensor with a "working one" I still had a light on in my vehicle because apparently my Civic didn't like the aftermarket part. After two trips to the dealership and two trips to Discount Tire the bill to fix it was $200. I received a little resistance from the Assistant Manager when I brought in the bill to be compensated for my dealer fixing it, but in the end they store paid in full for the amount that it cost to fix my car. I was told repeatedly that DT could have fixed it for less then $200 before finally receiving my money, to which I responded "I gave you the opportunity to fix the problem, I brought my car in and your tech TOLD ME to take it to dealer." Fortunately for me, one of the other managers remembered me coming in repeatedly and told the Assistant to just pay my bill. In any case, something has to be said for a place that is willing to make right my cost so for that they get 5 stars... however, I could have done without the hassle of driving back and forth and then given a hard time when I brought the issue to their attention. read more

Purchased my tires at Discount and a couple of months later got a flat. When I came in for the maintenance I had purchased, I ended up waiting more than three hours for the repair. I guess that since I wasn't buying tires and hadn't made an appt I was pushed back in line. I didn't appreciate the long wait without any info. Very disappointed in the treatment we received. They were nice enough but I think this could have been handled better. Won't go back to this particular store read more

Had been researching tires online for months. Thought I knew exactly what I wanted to upgrade tires on my Tundra. Then I ran into Ryan, he showed me a Goodyear Duratrac that I hadn't even heard of. The store manager, Joe, made me a deal on some wheels that I couldn't pass up. Low pressure, knowledgable and truck was finished ahead of schedule with my old wheels boxed up and loaded in the bed. I bought tires from here in 2013. I wanted 245/50/18's. The manager told me he didn't have that size and said he had 235/55/18, and they would look the same. He lied and I felt stuck with them since they were mounted. He also said they were 75,000 mile warranty, but they weren't. Only 55,000. Now I have a bubble sticking out of the sidewall and the tire is shot. They only have 25,000 on them. 3 tires still have a least 10,000 or more to go. No road hazzard, but this is a manufacturer defect. They did nothing for me but try to sell me a new set. Like that's going to happen. Not. Beware what they say and what you get. I own 4 vehicles so they're going to lose a set a year. They're loss. I might pay a few bucks more, but I'll gain in buyer confidence. Bye. read more

I am sitting in the parking lot of this Discount Tire and cannot let one more minute pass until I review these guys. We moved to Parker last Spring from Florida and the whole snow thing was concerning to us. These guys were so cool talking me through the pros and less-than-pros (no cons really) to snow tires. I bought two sets when the time came. Prices were so reasonable and I shopped around. Then it was time for new regular tires and they gave me the same professional and knowledgeable service. This is a busy shop. They tell you how long it's going to be and do what they can to make you comfy. Very clean waiting room, bottled water, etc. I was in here 2 weeks ago with a flat. They plugged the tire and I was out of there in an hour with no appointment and no invoice. If you're a customer, they will make repairs (even if it's not their tire - this was the other car.) Flash forward to today. About to go to grocery store and I get the tire light again. Another slow leak! I walk in - at least 8 people waiting. I'm in and out within 30 minutes with a plug and no invoice. Offered me water for the road. Must be great management, I don't know. Always happy and helpful guys. I had to Yelp them! read more

everytime I come here the sales associates are extremely friendly and polite! they aren't pushy, but know what to recommend when input is needed. this place is fabulous about fixing/replacing tires (and for free!) that were previously purchased from their stores, which most places don't offer. my family always buys all of our summer and winter tires for our cars here and appreciates not being jipped or tricked like many of the other places (to get tires) in parker! read more

I had a great experience when buying my tires with Discount Tire, (Fast, great customer service, Good Price) My problem and why I'm writing this review is the follow up and warranty. I purchased a set of tires that they do not typically carry, but were able to order them for me. 35K later my tires did not hold up. (this was my second set of this brand and the first set was well worth the money) I stopped by the shop and told them my problem and but the warranty information was not in the system due to it not being a standard tire. I ask if they could find out what the warranty was so that we could correct the problem and I got nothing but push-back. A week later I called and Steve answered the phone. He asked me for all my information and was in the process of making some calls and we got disconnected. No call back. I called back a little bit later and Mark answered the phone. Mark went out of his way (Steve was helping another customer) called and found out that the tires had an minimum of 50K miles warranty. At this point Mark said to bring my truck back in and they will measure the treads and see what they can do. Story to be continued.......... read more
