Overall, I am pleased with the level of service I have received from this location. I have been buying tires from this store since they opened, nearly ten years ago. They always have the best pricing, and only twice have I purchased tires elsewhere for less money. My peeve is that there is a ton of "slick" salesmanship going on in this location. They push the high profit tire certificates that add about a hundred bucks to the sale even before you decide on a tire. Educate yourself before you go in on what tire you need and what you should be paying for it. Don't let them switch you into a higher profit tire. They are masters at this, and will even try and substitute a different sized tire on your car if they don't have one in stock TODAY. They couldn't find the exact tire for my BMW last week, and tried to push me into a different size. Since I was skeptical, I used my friend Google, and called around. Within ten minutes, I found the correct size in stock at the Colorado Springs location. I then called the store to inform Matthew I wouldn't be buying tires from him. He acted like I shot his puppy, and asked why I wanted to "waste all that gas" to drive to the Springs. He wasn't too happy he lost the sale. I politely explained that I wanted to the correct sized factory recommended tires on my car. Don't fall for the hype. You will get a good price, but be prepared to defend your wallet against a salesman trying to squeeze you for every dollar available. I always loved that you had the option of getting a free air check done and you never have to leave your vehicle! But nope! Not today! The air check section was blocked off by a truck towing a trailer that was parked and being worked on! Okay, so I drive up to one of the nearest employees who spoke first saying "can you not be parked here? We need to work on a car." Okay, I get that but first off, you don't have to be rude. Second, I ask where I can do an air check then. He said I have to park next to the trailer and he will send someone over. So now I sit right next to this trailer, blocking any other traffic that comes into the lot, and nobody arrives to do it!!! I waited 10 minutes and finally decided to leave. Tire Repair 30 October 2019 This was my first experience at any Discount Tire. I chose the one on Lincoln Ave here in Parker as it is the closest to where I live. After calling a less than courteous competitor in Parker to see about an appointment, I decided I would take my car here instead and see if they could fit my tire repair on that day. I could see they were busy upon arrival, so I prepared to leave my vehicle, or be told to come back at a later time. I was greeted quickly upon entering the store. The person at the counter (sorry I can't remember his name) was quick and efficient, came out to the car, checked the tire, then gave me an estimate on a replacement if the tire proved damaged beyond repair. I provided my information, the keys to the car, and went home to wait. Before leaving, I overheard another sales associate tell a customer 40 cars were waiting for service before his, which proved to me how busy they were. The sales associate never seemed overwhelmed or too busy to help customers. The previous competitor (has the word fire in the name) I had contacted earlier in the day gave me the impression I was asking him for a favor to look at my tire, not as though I were a potential paying customer (I should only review places where I plan to spend money, which will never happen at the place with the word fire in the name due to that one telephone interaction). I left my car at Discount Tire at 10 AM and received a text at 3 PM informing me my car was ready for pickup. I made my way there, went to the counter and was informed the tire was repaired, and to my surprise, free of charge. Naturally, I asked why and was informed simple tire repairs are not charged. This was the cherry on top of a very friendly interaction. It occurs to me they could have told me the tire was beyond repair and charged me for a new one, and I would have had little recourse but to buy a new tire. I appreciate the free tire repair and have to say, this consideration, coupled with the professionalism of the staff, will be the reason I purchase tires at this location in the future. I am more interested in service than cost, and one good experience makes all the difference. Keeping in mind, it was a cold, snowy, miserable day when this location was busy by any standard; I was prepared to have a poor experience. I was nevertheless nearly delighted by the result. I've been a Discount Tire Co. customer for over the past 15 years. I'll rate this location here in Parker because this store was the last one I visited for service. I don't think anyone looks foward to buying new tires. Bottom line, they're expensive. Discount Tire carries a wide range of brands to fit many budgets and they always stand behind their product. I really like the convenience of their number of locations. Example, I bought new tires for my Jeep at the Parker location. 10k miles later, I was due for a tire rotation and went to their Iliff and Havana location, and I was in and out in 20 minutes. The only drawback with DTC is they're very popular and always busy (a good problem to have in business). To avoid waiting for your car to get serviced, plan ahead and go during the late morning or early afternoon hours. And don't wait until the first snow of the year to get your new tires, that's their busiest time. read more

Shop around if you'd like... It's always a good rule of thumb, but I did and still came back to Discount Tire. I drove from Denver through prime rush hour traffic to this store in Parker because of the high level of professionalism and knowledge. I worked with the manager, Aaron, on the phone who was able to help me find the right tire for MY car, MY budget and for MY year round CO lifestyle, not trying to sell me something I didn't need. He was very well spoken and clearly explained the pros and cons between various tires available for my car. Upon my arrival, I instantly knew the trip down was worth it. I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff. They were, what seemed to me, to be very busy and still made sure that I was taken care of. Apparently, that was not what they consider to be busy, which means that these guys know what they are doing and how to handle it. This also tells me that other people have figured it out as well. In the last ten years in the Parker area, I have taken seven different vehicles to Discount Tire for Service. Wow, they are great. They have a high, turnover of tires, so don't expect to receive a set of tires from the back of some warehouse that is already eight years old. Their crews and desk staff are polite and efficient. They go above and beyond when replacing tires, if other problems exist, they will show you - and what they show you is real, not some BS, rather a real safety issue. Used to have good luck at discount tire. Lately the Parker store in particular has gone to shit. Twice I have had issues with my tires on two separate cars and they will not honor the road hazard. I'm wondering why I even buy the warranty. Then on my sons truck I buy Michelin's so that they last and are a good snow tire. They have all of 8,000 miles on them they have been rotated twice buy this store and inflated by the same people and two of the tires are worn perfectly in the middle. I am under the understanding that this is due to over inflation. So why are they selling my son a used tire (30 dollars cheaper than a new one) that is a different brand no less. Not right for a 4wd. I seem to be needing to find a new tire shop for my future purchases. read more

I had to get all of my tires replaced ASAP because somehow I ended up getting seven nails in three of my tires and they were not fixable by patching them up. Parker and Bob were the ones that helped me and had my new tires on with new valve stems/caps in less than an hour. They both provided great suggestions and got new tires on my car that work absolutely perfect. If you need new tires this is your go-to place. Well, there is a time where you have to buy tires and I was way past that time... I stopped in to Discount Tire and was amazed at the level of customer service. I know what I'm talking about when it comes to vehicles and they pointed me in the right direction. In fact, they loaded me up with tires that had better reviews than the brand I was going for, all at a cheaper price... I'm cool with that. The next day I noticed that my tires were going flat so I thought the tires were garbage but it's best to stop by and let them know what is happening. They took my truck in immediately and found that my "active tire pressure monitoring system stems" were dry rotted (A common occurance in Denver) and since they didn't catch the problem they would give me 25% off the price of all four... I'm definitely cool with that. They replaced all of the stems o-rings with no service charge. Again, I was blown away by the service. I'm glad these guys set me up with a new set of meats... Have been a customer many years. Was treated well & that has changed.They will tell you tire rotation is free but do not tell you it will take week or better to have it done. They have a very different attitude & seem to have more business than they can handle! If you call ahead about a repair you are told to bring in your car with a 45 minute wait. When you get there it is a different story. You are told by someone else it might be at least 3hrs or longer. Too bad will not be back. read more

I made an appointment earlier in the day and walked in at my appointed time. Michael Boston was very quick to help, and when I told him about my appointment, he was almost excited. I picked the rubber for my car. All I was asked was insurance on them, which I accepted. My previous ones were Pirelli Cinturato AS which were bald and actually dangerous in the snow, so just about anything other than summer ones would be better than them. From the time I walked through the door until I was given my keys took 30 minutes. The reason why I'm not giving 5 stars even though I had no problems with this visit is because I went to have my previous all seasons balanced thrice and they still shook at around 50-80mph. They used their "smart balancing", and it did nothing to correct the problem. After the second, they used their non smart balancing as the former didn't work. I finally gave up after the 3rd attempt, and drove them until I bought the GTR Champiro Ice Pro studdable ones. read more

I went to TSG Auto to get an oil change before going on a summer road trip with my family of 5. They noticed a tire indicator light was on and referred me to Discount Tires on Lincoln Street, Parker, CO.,located right down the road. I'm so grateful they did! Had to hobble here on low pressure or would've gone to the Southlands location where I am used to a committed bay for returning customers to address issues and get them on there way. Here, I parked and was told 80-90 minutes for a low pressure check. I walked back two hours later and the vehicle hadn't even moved from where I parked it. Discount Tire Store has treated me well over the years. Sorry to say, today was different. I took my truck in to get the tires rotated and rebalanced. I was promised it would be ready in about an hour, but no later than an hour and a half. When I came in to pick it up, an hour and a half later nothing had been done. Worked with a couple different folks (usually don't like this, would rather have one guy) but they were both great. Wow! That's the first word that comes to mind. My tire light went on and I drove over to Discount. Two guys met me outside to check out my tires and found where it was leaking. I then went to pull it in the parking spot and walk inside when another employee met me outside to ask what was wrong. He took the keys, inspected my Subaru and pulled it in. Recently had to get a nail removed from my tire, I called ahead and they told me to come first thing in the morning and they would get me in and taken care of. First thing the next morning I went to the store, they got me, and taken care of in about 30min! I have been going to discount tire ever since I can remember but now I will never go again. My daughter bought tires there in October. She just had a blow out - Jan 15. They said the tires were all bad and made her buy a whole new set. They didn't even stand behind their crap tires. They blamed her for not getting an alignment when they should have told her she needed one when they put the tires on in Oct. I just recently became a car owner and have never had to replace my tires before but the time was coming soon for me to have to replace them because I was getting to the very end of them. My left front tire blew unexpectedly a few months before I had anticipated getting new tires. I wasn't sure what to do as I couldn't afford to have them all replaced but I heard a lot of good things about this Discount Tire so I went to have just the one that blew replaced and then to purchase the other three at a later time. When I went there and they inspected my tires, they asked me how much I could afford. After I told them, they went away for a bit and came back and explained that I HAD to get 4 new tires, that the others were able to blow at any minute and it was too unsafe.
