Dropped off my vehicle in the morning to have two slow leaking tires checked. I was told they would start working on it by 12 and it would take no later than 3. Showed up at 3:30 to retrieve my truck and they hadn't even moved it. I understand that things happen and people get busy but a little communication goes a long way. I could have easily taken my vehicle elsewhere or at the very least not had an employee having to run me around all day as I could have just got the truck back. Poor communication and poor service. With 3 other tire shops in the vicinity I'd give this place a miss. read more

Mystery brake issue found and fixed! The Honda dealer said definitively it was not the brakes causing shaking when braking go down hill, and at no other times. The dealer did about $6k of suspension repairs (including holding it for parts for a few days). Fast forward a few months later the shaking comes back when down hill braking. When the CTS postcard came in the mail, I hopped on the interwebs to see the reviews from my closest one (Quebec-Arapahoe) and saw the stunning 5-star reviews, half of them praising Kenny himself, the manager. I called and explained the situation, and Kenny promised they'd thoroughly inspect the vehicle and figure it out. He brought me out to shop to show me all the work done by the dealer (which fortunately they had done right). Well, all looked good but the tires, the brakes seemed fine. So we got new tires, aligned, balanced, etc. On their own, Kenny and his team, took the vehicle out to test the brakes at higher speed, and finally did notice some vibration and were able to pin point the front rotors being slightly warped. After the huge bill for the bridgestone tires (not CTS's fault, just the tires which are priced the same everywhere), Kenny was able to call around looking for a better deal on the rotors, and found ones with full warranty (24mo/24mi). Take advantage of appointments to avoid a wait and watch for your postcard/coupon to get a few bucks off. read more

Was sent here from Valvoline because this place takes are of their harder work.. basically.. valvoline people tried to F*CK me and the manager KENNY went out of his way to call regional manager.. who told him to F off so Kenny went further out of his way to call someone higher. THE VP of valvoline called back manager in Las Vegas who messed up bolts that forced a $2,200 bill that he didn't want to cover. He made it right because Kenny had the big boss hancho call him! I went to CTS For an oil change and tire rotation. I had a coupon,they did an inspection and wanted me to do all this add on work. I politely declined. They wanted to charge me $69.99for a new cabin air filter, which I bought at Walmart for $19.97. I should have known something was up when the guy working at CTS wanted me to go out and look at the car. (That normally does not happen) I saw immediately that there was 3 dents in the hood of my car and told him so. Basically it was my word against theirs. My calipers are all broken as a result, hanks to you. So I want quadruple my purchase price refunded to me. All my calipers are broken as a result of your shoddy material. I want quadruple my purchase price, period. End of discussion. All my calipers are shot, I took it to the dealer, he said I should get quadruple my purchase price back. I went in last week to have a simple wheel swap on my Toyota RAV4 (switching all terrain tires for my winter tires). I got a call two hours after I left my car claiming that my alignment was off, and it would cost $300 to fix. I had a routine oil change/service appointment at Stevenson Toyota later that week, so I decline service from Colorado Tire. When I took my car into the Toyota dealership later in the week, they did an alignment check that cost $120. After checking, they told me my alignment was fine. After dealing with Toyota, I called back Colorado Tire services and complained. At first they were apologetic and told me they would give me a refund if I brought my receipt from Toyota. I drove in a rainstorm to the shop and brought the receipt. I was yelled at by the manager/owner, refused a refund, and told not to come back. Do not trust this shop. They are only out for your money. Worst customer service of my life. read more

We have a daughter who is residing in another state for college. She had some trouble with her car so I randomly called a couple of auto shops to see if they could assist us with some issues she was having with her vehicle. I managed to get a hold of Kenny and from the moment I've talked to him, he was very dedicated to assisting us and giving us the best deal possible. He went above and beyond and got his whole team involved with getting our daughter's vehicle fixed. It is an older car and we did not want to sink a bunch of money into it. They provided photos and, even went as far as to fix her key fob, which was never part of our conversation. We feel so lucky that a complete stranger would take such good care of our daughter/family for a great value. After waiting about 2 weeks for an appointment.. i told the gentlemen (Jasper) that all i wanted was a regular oil change, and he said that he wont do it. He claims they are a full service maintenance facility and will NOT do "just" an oil change. i told him this is my second oil change and it is a NEW car and does NOT need an inspection, airfilter , tire pressure check .. etc which i said i do not want. nor does it need it. I even asked if they carried nitrogen for tires and he said they do not. I have nitrogen in my tires and he had the audacity to tell me that they were going to check em anyways... Woke up to two flat tires. Made it over to Colorado Tire right as they opened. Extremely friendly and professional. Dropped the car off and ubered to work. They called me back less than hour with quote, told me they could have tires shipped from one of their other locations and everything would be done in a few hours. I got stuck at work and traffic from downtown was horrible so I arrived about 10 minutes after close (I had called ahead and they told me not to rush) when I got back the Assistant manager Ceasar was happily waiting. Great service! These guys are thorough, polite and friendly. I received an email with an breakdown as to what needs to be replaced, their suggestions and the health rating of different components of the car. In this email was pictures of the different fluids and pieces of the car that need to be replaced, they showed comparison pictures as a reference. It was incredible. We've been looking for a great auto repair shop for my Subaru and my wife's Suburban. These guys do top notch work, they're honest and reasonably priced (better than going to the dealership). We have just recently started using colorado tire and service and we enjoy their honesty and reliability. We brought in my MIL car for a tune up since it has been driven in well over a year. We expected several "suggested services" and were pleased when he called and said he couldn't believe that the car was in such good shape after not being driven for so many months. They topped off the fluids and sent us on our way with minimal charges. That one act of honesty has made us customers for a lifetime. I visited this place due to the 5 star yelp reviews and they did not disappoint!! I had a slow leak in one of my tires and dropped the car off before work. Lance called me after an hour and a half, and they repaired the leak, checked and aired up all of the other tires, and managed to get the "low tire pressure" light turned off! (Which was still on after months of service and oil changes). These guys provided such great service I'll keep going back. Wonderful service. I felt the employees were honest, and the service was reasonably priced, which is rare. My wife and I just bought a car, and got a nail in the tire within two days. We came in to ask if it's patchable, and they had fixed up in less than 20 minutes. We were expecting it to take longer, but had no problems waiting. Their waiting room is family friendly with a tv, couch, chalkboard and kids playing area, as well as a coffee machine. It's a nice place with nice people. These guys are polite and prompt and they did the work right the first time. I think their labor charge is very reasonable but the biggest thing is I felt like these guys weren't going to do unnecessary work or try to repair things that didn't need to be repaired. No pressure to try to do repairs that might be needed but that you couldn't afford at the moment. This will be my go to mechanic as this is my first time there as I'm from out of state. I have been using this company for over a year but recently decided to take my business elsewhere because of their refusal to wear masks. I understand if the guys in the back don't wear masks, but the front desk staff and owner blatantly disregard the current state-wide mandate, even with covid cases skyrocketing. Putting the law aside, it's just disrespectful to your customers to not ensure their safety, especially given all the traffic the front desk staff exposure themselves throughout the day. read more

Wow--the reviews are absolutely right. This place really impressed me. I scheduled an oil change for a Tuesday afternoon. They completed it super quickly (about 30 minutes) and then recommended having my tires rotated and my rear windshield wiper replaced. My rear wiper is some sort of specialty size/type that I had not been able to find elsewhere, but they had it on hand and were able to replace it on the spot basically at cost ($15). I walked away with a happy car for less than $75. These guys are awesome. read more

This was the first place I went to since moving to Colorado after I saw outstanding Yelp reviews and well as other sites online. and being Deaf with limited speech, They were more then accommodating in opening up a dialog with me and assured me that everything will be taken care of. As with any automotive place, I was leery about being taken advantage of by paying more than I needed, I had no idea what I was in for. THAT WASN'T THE CASE! now after recent my fourth or fifth visit, the car need a bit of work since they have me an estimate of how much brake pad percentage I had on the front and back on my last visit, it helped me be aware how soon I had to get the work done. They were able to give me an quick and detailed quote. After this visit, I have never felt more confident about the quality of the work Colorado tire can do. Jason and the team did a great job keeping me in the loop for any further repairs and had a loaner on hand for when I needed it. As well as advised me on any discounts that apply to the work I needed. More then satisfied when Lance contacted me a few days after for a follow up on the work. You can't ask for more then that! So far so good. Needed a tire replaced and they were on point with getting it ordered and installed on the wheel quickly. Coincidentally enough my other car got a flat 15 minutes after I left their shop. When I came back in to pick up the previous tire (5 minutes before closing) they repaired the new flat tire right then even after I said I'd bring it back tomorrow. Lance comes back 15 minutes later puts the repaired tire on my car, puts the spare back, and does it all for no charge - alright I'm impressed. Apparently they do repairs as well as tires. I'm going to bring my jeep in that needs service and see how they do. I'll update my review based on how they do. read more

Can't say enough about the service I have received here. I've only taken my car in for oil changes and a transmission service, but the staff is always courteous and honest with expectations. My son has had his truck there twice and is very persistent in understanding the details of what a mechanic is doing (He loves his truck more than just about anything). The staff is not only patient with his questions, but they have gone above an beyond trying to find the most economical solution to his issues.
