My husband and I needed two front tires on our Chevy Cruze. We blew out one on the 101 and had been driving on a donut for about two days before pulling into DT. I've always used them because I feel like you are never pushed into anything you don't necessarily need and they fix nails for free! The service at this discount tire is sensational! It was my fault for coming in a few hours before closing but they were pretty slammed. They gave me the option to call me and come back to retrieve my vehicle, which I thought was pretty nice. Nef, is the man! He is courteous, prompt, and a really nice guy! He checked on me as I had to wait in the waiting room the entire time. There is a sonic next door to help kill the time! I walked in without an appointment to the lobby with two people waiting, needing to get TPMS checked. I decided to purchase two tires as well seeing that the Discount Tire location was not busy at the time. My car sits untouched for one and a half hours before getting into a bay- many other people come and go for various needs. Soon after the store rep tells me he forgot to charge me for charge me for the TPMS sensors, oops there's another $100 bucks! - another Discount Tire store gave me better pricing for the same set of tires- lower cost on tires and labor? Why are different locations charging different prices? I'm not talking about tax either.... seems shady, will be looking elsewhere for tire needs in the future... not happy with this experience at all! read more

Got a set of new tires for my truck. OK prices and service. Nothing really too special, but I'm happy with the product/labor. Just don't count on getting any of the mail-in rebates that they offer, though. It was like pulling teeth to get their employee to even give me a copy of the application ($60 prepaid Visa card). And when I applied online, I received an e-mail a few days later telling me that I would have to send in my application and copy of my invoice through the mail. So, I mailed the materials in. After checking up on it a month later, I was informed that nothing had been received on their end, and they requested that I fax or mail the materials again. I guess they accomplished what they wanted; which was to get me to not pursue the rebate by giving me the runaround. Not like it matters that much (only $60), but it will be enough for me to never do business with them again. read more

I originally came here for a flat repair. I called cause I heard Discount Tire does this for free. I called and talked to Josh, he confirmed this was done for free and to come in. I did go by and was out the door with my flat fixed in less than 45 minutes, no sales pressure or anything. So, when I bought new tires a little over a month later I did come here. I called and spoke to Josh who got me in at a set time. I got in at 3 PM he discussed and showed me options of tires, advised me of 2 mail in rebates for my tires, and had me out the door with my Mr new tires by 3:45 PM. We stopped by to have all four tires replaced 15 minutes before they were to close on a Saturday. They fit us in with no problem.or complaints. The staff was very helpful (Danny in particular) and fast. Apparently alot of people showed up right before closing but that didnt phase them. They got the job done quickly and without any kind of complaining. We watched outside as they all worked together to get everyone serviced quickly and efficiently. While our tires were a bit pricey, the service was great. read more

Caught a nail in a tire and heard that Discount Tire would fix it for free. Went in to find out. Not only did they fix the flat for free but they got the air pressure up to snuff and even the small spare. Found out how much longer my tires wear is going to be. These people get what service is all about. There is enough workers there so that nobody has to wait long and the facility is spotless except for the spider webs on the outside lights. They will be the first place I check when I ready for new tires. read more

The absolute first time I've ever had a bad experience at a Discount Tire. I came in there in need of one tire for my vehicle. I was on my spare at the time so in somewhat of a bind. I called my local Firestone who quoted me an out the door price of around $70. I'm not a Firestone fan so I called up the Discount Tire near my place of employment. When I spoke to the individual on the phone he stated that they would price match and stated there was pretty much no wait and to come on down. Once I got there the price with install was magically over $30 dollars higher than when I spoke with him on the phone. Being that I had a coworker waiting for me outside I couldn't really walk out and go to a different place. I explained that Firestone quoted me around $70 out the door for the tire and he stated that he called the Firestone and they said that was just the tire price and not out the door. Another great thing... they didn't even air up my other tires as I had a low pressure warning still on my display when I left and continued to drive. Oddly enough when I called Firestone after getting my vehicle back from Discount, they said they did not receive a call stating what the Discount employee said. Firestone said I could still come down and get the original price they quoted me. I deal with fleet vehicles at my job pretty much everyday so I can easily say you will want to steer clear of this branch. There's plenty of other options within a two mile radius of this shop that won't give you a dishonest experience. I've never had a dishonest experience at a Discount Tire. I've always seen them as one of the best when it comes to just tires. I'll never use this branch again and will have an extremely hard time using a Discount Tire ever again. read more

I really love this location. For some reason I cannot keep my tires healthy. I am constantly driving over screws, nails, and really odd things that leave holes in my tires. I've been to this location at least a dozen times in the past 2 years. I really like the staff, they go out of their way to get you in and out as quickly as possible. The location is crazy busy, so wait times can be very long sometimes but when you watch them work you realize that it isn't their fault. Today I waited an hour to get my tire repaired but considering it was during the lunch rush and there were at least 6 people ahead of me, not including the people that had already dropped off their cars and left, an hour is not a long time to wait in my opinion. They even have courtesy bottles of water. read more
