Just purchased 4 new tires at the Redmond Store and once the car came out i noticed a big scratch on the alloy wheel with powdery substance still around that area which meant it just happened. But they totally refused to accept that and told me that it's a curb damage and they didnt do it. Now i have no way to show them that it wasn't their earlier as i just took the delivery of the car few days back and have driven it myself so no chance of that. So i would recommend everyone to click pictures of their wheels before handing over the car so that these things can be avoided. read more

I have always taken my cars to Les Schwab but after getting a quote for tires I decided to check out the competition and I'm so glad that I did!!! When I called Discount Tire they gave me a great rate on tires they got me in right away the service was exactly what they said it would be. They didn't have any crazy add-ons they were on time and I really feel like I got a great deal. To top it off a few weeks later I had a tire pressure gauge go off in my car and I happen to be near Discount Tire & Redmond I swung in I did not have to wait they took care of me right away and it was nothing was just a quick sensor issue I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The staff here is extremely helpful and courteous...they understand your problem and give a proper solution unlike other stores which force you to buy stuff and try to convince that u need to buy new tires...I had a flat tire and my tire was completely worn off...I wanted to buy 2 new tires for my Honda CR-V I went to Discount tire in the morning after taking the appointment online...they were quick in inspecting the vehicle and told me that they don't have the tires which I wanted but can get it done around 3:30...I had to go to work so I told them my wife and 8 month old baby will come and get it done...my wife had the best customer service they took care of the car as soon as she was there and asked her to wait in the lounge and all was done within 20 min! I have been going to the Redmond location since 2011. I have receipts for four cars from this place. The last interaction was the worst and will likely not return again. There are plenty of other chain locations that will have my business. The interaction was suppose to be a one that anybody could have done. I brought in rims and tires to be balanced and mounted. I had my little one with me and approached who I believe is one of the more senior people working there. I have worked with him a number of times in the past several years. Instead of the usual transaction, he starts to berate me about how I could've bought the same tires/wheels from him instead of getting them else where. I get it...they run a business and need to make profit off the purchase as well. I'm a incredibly busy person and would prefer that I take the online route then have someone local install...that's my path. Now...the worst part was after I got in my car, my little one turns to me and says..."why did that man use a bad voice with you daddy". That's what turned me livid and wanting to write this review. It's one thing to talk to an adult, but it's no excuse to have zero situational awareness of little ears. read more

Terrific experience. Went today to claim warranty on worn out tires that I had bought there, and get new ones for my RDX. The process did not take more than 15 minutes. Joseph (rock star) had a look at the old tires, took some measurements, we picked new ones, he applied the prorated warranty discount, and just like that my car was in the shop. Knowledgeable, friendly, affordable staff. However the time prediction can be way off. They asked me to come by for a wheel balance issue and predicted 30-45 minute wait. After a long wait of 2 hours I was asked to wait for another hour. The folks were too helpful if folks who came after me attending to their needs. My entire day was ruined. read more

I had quite the experience with these guys. Came in got a price quote for my wheels and tires and they had to order in the wheels. No big deal they said it would take about 3 days. So went home thought about it. Went in on a Saturday to purchase them and get the process started. They told me they would put the order for the wheels through on Monday. Makes sense. The distributing company told them they were shipping from California and it would take about 4-5 days. So expected the Thursday or Friday of that week. Okay that's fine. Well Thursday comes around I call cause I hadn't heard anything yet. They call the distributing company and they say no there shipping from Texas they won't be there till early next week. By this time I'm getting irritated, they apologized and gave me a discount. So Tuesday comes around still haven't heard anything. Call them again find out what's going on. They were expecting them. So they called the company again. Now there not suppose to be here till Thursday or Friday. I'm pretty irritated again. The gentleman on the phone apologized and reassured me that he was going to file a complaint to the distributing factory and he gave me another discount. Needless to say I am appreciative of all they had to do for me and the discounts. Tires and wheels aren't cheap so every dollar counts Every time I call they were very nice and caring. This tire shop is the best! Joe called me at 10:30 to let me know he received the set of tires I ordered yesterday. I arrive at 11:00 and he had me out the door in 45 minutes! AND he told me about a $100 rebate from Michelin AND another $60 rebate from Discount Tire! Always outstanding service. Just had a screw in one of my tires. Called around 2pm on a Saturday. They told me that they are very busy and that I could just leave the car. I asked them if they could still get it done that day since they were closing at 5. "We stay until every last car is done." was their reply. A coworker pointed out that I had a large screw imbedded in my front driver-side tire. I needed to drive kids around for carpool later that day so I decided to go get the tire fixed immediately. Went to Discount Tire and was greeted at the front desk. They got me in immediately (~12noon on a weekday) and repaired the tire within 20 minutes. I came into Discount Tire early on a weekday morning after blowing out my tire the night before. Although they were pretty busy that morning, I was helped right away by Eric. I never felt pressured into buying something I didn't want, and was given a lot of options for a replacement tire. Although they said it would take 30 minutes for my car to be serviced, I was in and out in fewer than 20, and the lobby had coffee. The staff at the Redmond discount tires are amazing! I've always had great experiences with Discount Tires when I lived in Arizona. When I moved to Issaquah I didn't know there was a discount tires in Redmond and went to another tire place for the first set of tires I got here in Washington and will never go back after coming to discount today. My tire pressure light was on in my 2013 Kia Forte and stayed on despite filling my tires with air on a number of occasions. Discount Tires in Redmond did a free flat repair and inspection and got me on my way quickly and gave me prices for tires for my other car! They care more about my safety than anything else and never made me feel forced into anything that I was uncomfortable with. They are absolutely wonderful!
