I drove to the Les Schwab on Bel-Red in Redmond to see what they could do. I have taken my car there several times over the years and have always been pleased with the service. Technicians always greet me with a smile and show their concern/interest in my situation. They checked the air, patched the tire and made some adjustments to the tire air valves. I stopped by because I noticed my wiper blade was torn. The man at the check in desk was busy and immediately rang a bell. A technician came RUNNING out to help me. I then booked another $1,300 worth of work, for strut replacement and another $575 for a class 3 trailer hitch. I've just given them $2,500 of my business. The counter girl refused to even look at my situation, said it would be a couple hours to have someone look at it. A five minute look-see would have been the thing to do. I had a flat tire while traveling in Washington. I took it to this shop for repair. Andre, the gentleman who helped me, told me that the tire can not be repaired as the nail is so close to the side wall. My car is awd so I need to replace all 4 tires at the same time; However, they have to be on special order which will take several days. I could not wait that long so Andre offers me a loan tire at no cost so I can go on and even can return the tire in any shop in California, my home town. First of all, I should have written this review right away. I don't recall why I didn't, as my experience here has remained pretty close to the front of my mind since then! I had to come in for an emergency flat repair in December 2019. Ryan G was my service person, and sadly I just found out he is no longer with this Les Schwab. But I still want this all on record. For one thing, I was working a VERY busy delivery job for the season, and I absolutely HAD to get the tire repaired quickly and immediately. I called ahead, and Ryan told me to come right in and he would take care of me. It was near closing, but he kept to his word, and he got me in. I totally expected to pay for the service, but when they were finished, he told me what all they had done, and then presented me with an invoice for $0! It showed that the flat repair was $20, but then they added a $20 credit, so it balanced to nothing. I don't recall the other thing they did, and it doesn't show on my invoice, but I do remember him telling me about one other issue they addressed with another tire. I feel like they had to reinforce the seal, or something along those lines. But in any case, no charge for the emergency service. And that wasn't all! You know how, like, every tire/oil change place on the planet tries to upsell you? Well he actually said, verbatim, "There is absolutely nothing wrong with your car. You obviously take really good care of it!" Honestly, this made my heart swell with pride, because I love my car so much, and I really do try to take care of her. I was seriously impressed that he didn't try to sell me a single thing, and didn't even charge me for the things he had done. I have never had a bad experience at any Les Schwab I have been to, and this was no exception. However, this was hands down the best experience I have had, and I was so impressed with the level of service here. read more

My car had a low tire sensed and I had one tire that was losing air every three weeks but the tires were only 1/2 worn. My brakes were about 1/2 life. My rims were lovely aluminum factory Lexus rims I was working so my wife took the car in to fix the tire and sensor. $3000 later with new brakes, rims to replace my aluminum rims and 4 new tires, I still had a low tire indicator. I took it back and got another hundred charge to fix the tire indicator. I'm ok with the tires. Half ok with the brakes, a little pissed about the rim upsell. And downright mad I had to take it back to get the original problem fixed. read more

Highly recommend this shop! The technicians are honest and professional! I went to the Firestone Auto Shop on Gilman Blvd Issaquah and I was told that ALL tires needed to be replaced since there was one tire that got a nail. I did not trust the Firestone technician so I came to the Les Schwab Bell-Red. The Les Schwab technicians fixed the tire for free and told me that all the tires were fine and still had years of life to go. Very happy with their services! read more

I always buy tires from my company vans at Les Schwab and I normally have very good service, unfortunately that did not happen here at this particular store. I sent an employee in with the company credit card and very clear instructions and the salesperson, Hannah, tried to confuse and upsell her in a highly aggressive manner. I got on the phone and found her demeanor evasive and highly offputting and she gave me the runaround about getting in contact with the manager who was "at lunch". I was able to finally get in touch with him and he was mostly unimpressive, but we did get it worked out after much unnecessary acrimony. While I will continue to buy tires from the Les Schwab organization I will not again patronize THIS location. read more

When I say that the guys hustled, I mean literally I saw Oscar sprint at full speed across the parking lot with the keys to my car to bring them back into the building so I could be wrung up. Those times I felt like the service was great although I am not a tire expert so do not know if I paid more or not. My visit to this specific location: I came here just to get a leaky tire patched up. While everything went smoothly I did wait about 45 minutes longer than I was told I'd have to. They're close to Malay Satay hut which was convenient for me to go grab lunch. Overall I'd say come here if you need but other locations may be less busy and with more staff. read more

David at Les Schwab helped me pick out some inexpensive tires after diagnosing the issues with my set of worn-down tires. I came in with out an appointment and was helped immediately. Service time was quick, considering I requested four tires and a front end alignment. The staff at this location are friendly, professional and look like they have a good time working here. I was informed of other things to consider repairing as regular maintenance during the life of my car, but the technician that told me this (not David) wasn't pushy about it and respected my wallet and my boundaries. I'll be coming here again for tire services. Edited -- First time driving my car after repair I noticed that my engine compartment was squeaking loudly. The noise is coming from a cluster of parts that is near the area the mechanics were working on and failed to fix (a seized nut on a tie rod assembly). I'm afraid the mechanics may have damaged my car while attempting to fix my alignment. Now my previous statement about how the staff has fun at work looks a little more like goofing off. read more

Ever since I stopped at a Les Schwab several years ago to get a flat tire repaired I have bought several sets of tires from them for both our vehicles, with nary a bad experience. These people really go the extra mile. My first visit was simply to get a flat fixed. To my surprise a man in a white shirt RAN out to my car, picked up the tire, and took it in for repair. When it was completed and I asked the charge, he said "no charge. Please think of Les Schwab the next time you need tires." And so began an always-satisfying relationship. The prices are much better than my auto dealers offer and focus is on the customer rather than driving up prices. And the service is fantastic. Get a flat on a tire purchased from Les Schwab, and they promise to fix it free--and always have without a problem for me, promptly. Winter chains are also a good deal, and come in an easy-to-carry pack with easy instructions. read more

I took my brand new 2018 Nissan LEAF in to get a puncture checked out. I was initially happy that they saw me immediately and repaired the puncture for free on the promise that I would return if I ever needed tires. However, a few hours later - when I returned to the car after lunch - I noticed that the wheel which had been removed had been damaged; the alloy rim of the wheel which had been repaired had been scored. The scoring was consistent and solid around the circumference of the rim, and was consistent with machine damage. It definitely was not kerb rash. The damage was a single deep score, uniformly spaced around the circumference with no imperfections (which implied it was machine made, not caused by impact with stone/concrete) The car is only a few weeks old, and every wheel remains in perfect condition. I had been inflating that tire every day for a week, so any damage would have been noticed straight away. However, when I returned to the branch - I was effectively called a liar, and told the damage had been there when I first arrived. I spoke with the manager who explained that the staff member who changed the wheel was an experienced member, and he believed him when he said that it had been there when I first arrived. Sorry - but I'm calling bullshit on that. No amount of arguing would make him admit any liability. So... my free puncture repair cost me $200 of alloy refurbishing! I will not return to a Les Schwab branch again read more
