Although I lived closer to this location I haven't been here yet and often go to the one on Ashley Phosphate. Christian helped me get scheduled to get one of my tires repaired/replaced. Upon arriving, he was also there to check me in. Very friendly and helpful guy. When we spoke days before, I was told that the specific tire I needed would arrive by today but came to find out that it wasn't. However after inspecting my tire, they were able to repair it with a plug since it was just a nail that was causing the slow leak so it did end up working out. But in the future I do hope that it's communicated to me if my tire doesn't show up on time so that any time wasted is avoided. Overall the appointment only took about 45 minutes and I received a text to notify when my car was ready. It didn't cost me anything because I had put warranty on the tire which was also a nice feature they offered. I still plan on coming back to this location next time. read more

This is my second time using DT to buy a brand new tire. The first was after a blowout on a tire on my Mercedes. It happened as I was driving out to sign paperwork for my new house purchase back in 2023. Not very good time. But getting a flat tire doesn't ever happen at a good time!! This time after buying a new Mazda it was at about 21K miles. My friends had noticed my tire looked low, so after some investigative work we found a screw jammed into the inside wall of the tire. My friend got the screw out and plugged it for me. I went up to get the new tire the next morning. I was greeted by Keith in the parking lot. Showed him pictures of what had happened and we went inside. They didn't have the exact matching tire in stock, but had same brand and almost identical tread. He also turned me onto getting their certificate program. I basically have coverage on all 4 tires now. Plus they'll rotate and balance when I want it done. We didn't even have enough time to get our food order from Wendy's before getting the text that the tire was ready. All total we were in and out of there in less than an hour. Discount Tire store are horrible! This company claims they can install a set of tires and balance them and torque your lug nuts in 17 minutes...that's scary! With 'em in that much of a hurry, I'll never use them again! They don't honor their warranty and lie like it's just normal for them. The corporate office is NO better! Total Degenerates! This company doesn't care for the safety of what customers they have. When I called corporate, I received three different responses from three different people only saying the same exact thing, different name and different number which means it was automated, and didn't help AT ALL! they don't care about the safety of anyone! We trusted them. we left thinking all was fine. We came back less than a week later and spoke to an assist manager. They towed it to a local place and WE had to pay for their mess. I've never felt so unbelievably shocked for how a situation was handled. I am not sure what happened to our world. No one seems to do the right thing anymore. Please watch their parking lot as I walked the lot thinking on this issue and I picked up a handful of tire stems and other metal pieces all over the area in front of the bay. The service advisor recommended a wider size of the same tire for added stability but gave to me for the same price. I love the way the truck rides in these new tires. My newest go to place for anything tire related! Their service, tire options, and pricing cannot be beat anywhere! I've purchased tires from them all the way from their cheapest in-house brand to top of the line ones. The last pair I bought they accidentally damaged one of my TPMS sensors and I came back the next day and they replaced it no questions asked. Customer service is also top notch! This is the only tire place or auto care business I've been to that someone comes out and greets you in the parking lot as soon as you park to discuss what's going on. It is always worth asking for him, although everyone is great. Ben went outside with me, and after looking at all of my tires, recommended getting all four replaced. The tire repair took twice as long as the estimated wait...which is consistent with my previous experiences with them...and they tried to sell me new lug nuts for the entire car at $51 after they stripped the ones they removed. I am on the road and the F150 develop a vibration in the front left tire on day 1 of a 3 day 1400 mile trip. Getting a bit of cupping on the edges of this tire.
