We choose Gerald's as we trust them. We dropped it off at night, so they could diagnose the issue. They called us and said after inspection it was a tire issue. We went ahead with the service as they recommended it. When they called us to pick it up, I asked if they were able to confirm if the issue was resolved. If not, we could have it further diagonsed and resolve the issue. They told me they do not drive the cars after installing tires. Odd as how would they be able to confirm if the issue was resolved? Continuing to trust them, we picked it up and our car. Unfortunately for us, we have two new tires and a car that still shakes.

When I brought that car in a specifically said that I had brand new lug nuts on it and that I did want an impact wrench used on the car at all. Well, that didn't happen. I've now got some lug nuts that need replacement. When you look at the pics you'll see the damage. The fact that the paint at the top of the lug nuts has been scraped off also tells me that a shallow socket was used. A deep socket would never even come close to touching the top of the lug nut. Also, no attempt was made to keep the wheels clean. There are very big grease marks from someone's hands. That should have been wiped away. I'd use them again, but I'll also be sure to explain to them that this happened and that I wanted to be 100% sure it didn't happen again. And I'm dropping the stars from 5 to 3

It couldn't be fixed but he found an alternate rim and I was back on the road and able to get home and not have to miss work. My grandkids were so impressed with how he helped me that my grandson said "We have to give Super Bowl tickets to Ali". They have not forgotten the experience and neither have I. Ali went above and beyond and I will forever be grateful and he made a wonderful impression on two young kids. Thank you, Ali. I truly appreciate how you helped me that day.

Asked if they needed to look at my vehicle to see what else was needed because I know I was gonna need an alignment too. They said no to just come back the next day. Went in and was told I needed to come back the next day as they needed to order more parts but still put my tires on without an alignment. A little over $1600 and two whole days wasted. Yesterday I was driving home from work when one of my brand new $173 tire blew. I took it back to the shop being as it hadn't even been 30 days. I got told that bad things happen and that there was no warranty for the tires I got. If I wanted a new one I would have to buy yet another tire. Years of business down the drain but with the new management the whole company has gone under. Wouldn't even recommend this 'repair' shop to my worst enemy

It took almost that long but they did finish faster, I appreciated the honesty. This crew was hustling. I had my 10 year-old son with me and they really were kind and great with him. In terms of the repair, they explained clearly the problem with my tire and found a solution to repair the broken valve. I love my car and appreciate the care they gave us. Upon arriving, he was also there to check me in. Very friendly and helpful guy. When we spoke days before, I was told that the specific tire I needed would arrive by today but came to find out that it wasn't. However after inspecting my tire, they were able to repair it with a plug since it was just a nail that was causing the slow leak so it did end up working out. But in the future I do hope that it's communicated to me if my tire doesn't show up on time so that any time wasted is avoided. Overall the appointment only took about 45 minutes and I received a text to notify when my car was ready. It didn't cost me anything because I had put warranty on the tire which was also a nice feature they offered. I still plan on coming back to this location next time.

After an hour I asked for an update and was told they didn't have the right filter for my car and needed to go buy one before they could even start. No one had mentioned this during the full hour I was sitting there. I said never mind and asked for my keys, and then they couldn't find them. Apparently the technician had taken my keys with him to get gas. Eventually they returned them and I left. I drove straight to Jiffy Lube and ten minutes later my oil change was done. Zero out of ten. I would never go back to Firestone.
