I went here the other day just to get my Air checked and they ended up doing so much more for me all for free. They checked my tires and tpms for busts and or errors and and offered to fix my busted tire for free! When they found out that my tires inside tred was destroyed they recommend I buy a new one and when I told them I couldn't afford it Brett, the guy who worked with me the whole time, gave me an amazing deal to fit my circumstances. Summer in Arizona is a bad time to have a flat tire, but I guess there were lots of them over the weekend, because a different tire store had a two-hour wait! Not only that, but they (the other store) were very disorganized, didn't provide good customer service, and weren't enforcing mask-wearing for customers. This store, on the other hand - had excellent customer service - I wobbled in on one flat tire and two others that needed replacing. The only ones they had in stock were over $200 apiece (which was a bit much for my POS car). However, they were able to get three less-expensive tires THE NEXT MORNING to match the one good tire I had left. But that's not all. In order for me to get home safely, they put a loaner tire in place of my flat, and didn't charge me for it or the labor to put it on/take it off. I found out that, rather than waiting for the usual 3-5 days for FedEx to deliver the 3 tires, they arranged for an employee of another store to pick up the tires and deliver them to my store before they opened the next morning. When I went in, right at opening, they got me in and out with the three new tires in record time. I was so impressed, and really surprised that they weren't busier, just because of how professional and sharp they were. Good job, guys, and thanks so much! read more

Drove by and saw this new location. They have advertised free tire air check. To get a feel for this place I decided to give them a try. It has a drive up section to get your air checked I was the only vehicle waiting it was a Wednesday morning 930am to be exact and the men in there weren't as busy as a Saturday morning. After waiting there for 7 mins and not getting acknowledged by non of the 9 men that I saw in there I decided to drive off. I will never give this place my business I will continue to go across the street to Firestone for my business. Felt ignored and dumb just sitting in my vehicle for over 7 minutes. Not a very good first impression. read more

Discount Tire, Very happy with the service I got Tim was very helpful and even went beyond the duty of customer service to help me find a rim for my car. Took almost about 3 days but Tim was there every second of the moment with phone calls going back and forth just to get the rim. Definitely will be coming back for the service.
