I had a slow leak in one tire. I couldn't remember when I bought my tires and couldn't find the paperwork, but I thought I remembered getting them from this Discount branch. Well, it turned out that I had bought several pairs of tires there for other cars, but not this particular car. Well, it didn't matter. They patched my leak for free! I don't know why I didn't buy those tires at Discount, but I sure will in the future. Their prices, service, scheduling and follow up (lifetime balance and rotation, etc.) are excellent. read more

This location has always had the friendliest and most helpful employees. Since Discount Tire does not do wheel alignments, they do recommend Brake Masters at 22nd and Harrison. Go to Discount Tire first and they will give you a special coupon that Brake Masters only offers for Discount Tire customers. It will save you $25-20 off your alignment. I went in to get a tire that went flat replaced, and the customer service was absolutely great. They did not give me a hard time or ask a bunch of questions. They promptly got me rung up, threw in free tire rotation and started on my car. Everyone was very helpful and in cheerful moods. Not to mention every employee held the door open for their customers (a motion that doesn't go unnoticed these days). Will be returning when encountering future tire complicatoins. read more

Very unhappy with the service i got from Hector, i guess when a woman walks in there they just dont care, and yes i had no clue as to what to ask or say besides i need tires, as one had just blown the night before, i told him, he just looked at it and said ok, he said he didnt know what happened to that tire, so we go inside, he gives me a price, doesnt tell me what kind of tire I'm getting, price on tire, NOTHING, just terrible! I kinda was nervous and upset by now so i just paid 500.00, gave me a receipt, did not even put in the usual envelope they use, just handed me the receipt, did not even ask me if i wanted the warranty , or what ever else they ask, just completely rude!! Said it be an hour! I just had someone pick me up!! When i returned to pick up my car, it was a mess, tires were all dirty, big writting on them, just threw my donut in trunk, forgot to put the screw in where donut goes, im not kidding , it was just horrible! That man was a grouch, treated me very bad, no thank you, no apology for the mess in the trunk, just horrible!!! Will NEVER be back!!! read more

Two years ago I came to Discount Tires on Broadway because I needed to replace my running flats. I had excellent service with one small hiccup. They didn't reset my tire pressure gauge system for my new tires. Today I had to return due to a flat. I don't know the outcome yet but I've never felt more comfortable in my life. Lorenzo immediately went out to look at my tire, told me what the plans were and to wait in their clean and inviting store. There's nothing better than being told, " We've got this. Sit back, relax and we'll take care of this." Within minutes one of the gentleman, came up to everyone in the waiting area with cold bottled water. I must say, they hussle here , and don't slack on customer service! I feel good and confident that Discount Tire will be honest and fair in the repair/replacement of my tire and pressure gauge system. My tire was 2 years old, the replacement cost me nothing. I did need to have one sensor replaced for an additional $60.00. I'm happy! I'm angry! I had to drive back to Discount Tire, so I chose the E. Broadway one again since their customer service is extraordinary even though the TANQUE Verde store installed it. The TPMS light came on again. Tommy took care of me quickly even though they were swamped. Come to find out, the other store had installed the new sensor but had not programmed it. Shame on them and thank goodness E. I've used this location twice and had to bring my car back each time to have it fixed correctly. A friend also went here, out of convenience, to have his tires rotated & balanced... they couldn't even do that right! He took it to the Kolb store & they knew right off it wasn't done right, that they had used the wrong weights so they fixed it with no further issues. Also while he was at the E Broadway location an older gentleman was complaining about having to bring his vehicle back Again to have to fixed correctly. They are SLOW & INCOMPETENT at this location! read more

We purchased two Yokohama tires from Discount Tire which had a 65,000 mile warranty. After 28,000 miles the tires were bald so we went back to purchase a new pair under warranty. They did not honor the warranty and charged us the full price for the replacement tires. They also kept our receipt so we have no record of our purchases. He said that it was all on the web so we did not need a paper receipt. The salesman's name was Vincent Cervantes and he was very dismissive of my wife when she protested. Excellent service, great prices, and very good selection! They always have a lot of tires in stock, and they also offer extended financing. They will do complimentary tire checks, and if your tire goes flat they will tow your vehicle to their closest location for you.. I have aluminum alloy wheels on my car and a center disc was stolen, and one of the representatives had a spare there and put it on for free.. I can not say enough good things about them, and would recommend them to anyone! read more

Good experience with Anthony at the 8470 E Broadway store when I brought in a competitor's advertised price. No questions asked. Opposite experience at the discount on Tanque Verde and Kolb when I gave the same advertised flyer to my GF to get tires. After putting tires on her vehicle and not matching the advertised price I went back with her the following day. They were jerks about it, but we got her money back.
